My husband backed out of our garage into one of our trees and busted the tail light on the Toyota Tacoma. We went down to the new O’Riley’s and the young lady behind the counter had the tail light assembly in stock. It took over 5 minutes for the guy to pull the part but, we weren’t in a hurry. We got the part home and installed it easy peasy.

Bought a wrong size coupler at this new location on Nuuanu recently. Instead of refunding me back?! Manager tried to rip me off. Eventually she reconized her mistakes and instead of apologizing? She played the victim card. I will never buy parts from this location ever again. But if you gonna buy parts from this location?, I advise everyone to keep their receipts at all time

Everyone was helpful incl Anthony store manager who help me gather everything I needed to replace my blown radiator. He even reminded me to get the antifreeze which I didn’t think of. Great to have this store in the neighborhood. Yes they were nicely stocked which saves time to bounce around looking for parts.

" What are the odds 🤔"? I was in the middle of peel and stick 4x4 on my walls. Next thing I knew it " peel off and didn't stick " 🤨! The paint is a bit shiny and almost slippery? Walking though Nu'uanu Shopping Plaza heading home I stopped and looked at O'REILLY, 🤔 with granddaughter in hand mentioning " Nana needs glue, what are the odds that they have glue? "we went in? The entry threw me off, and my granddaughter said " we're locked in forever Nana😝😂". Being waved in , I pushed the 2nd door and asked " what are the odds" nice behind the counter with the compliment of a young man said " no not crazy But I have gorilla " and walked us over to the product. We both were amazed by the products, size of the store, and something pink, shiny,🤩 and furry caught our eyes! 🥳 Forgot why we were there. Sales rep inquiries on what I would be using it for, tips of Why this 1. For my Nani mentioned that she pressed it " a bit " and it exploded in her hand and fingers got Stuck! With the compliment of the young man they said " the one with the brush" more control. We both was having a Great time and met James Mr. Compliment himself. Talking stories about anything and everything felt right at home. The young lady has been part of the O'Reilly's family for 13 years. We talked stories and just before leaving said the nicest thing for it's about my last name. " But You know who You are "! I thanked her, for that was more than customer service. I left feeling proud and all I wanted was glue, go figure 🤓

A very rude, unfriendly male O'Reilly rep (black, shoulder length straight hair) raised his voice to me, outside the store, while I was in my car attempting to turn around. "YOU CANNOT PARK HERE, THIS IS OUR PROPERTY" he yelled. I was simply having a difficult time finding a parking spot, as many yardmen were in the parking lot along with an ambulance. I have been a faithful satisfied customer of O'Reilly's for many years. I will avoid this Nuuanu shop like the plague. This was very uncalled for! He is a rude, obnoxious, angry employee. Customer service is NOT is forte!

Went in today to get a car battery for a friend. Right when I entered, I was immediately greeted and got assistance from someone at the register. She helped me find the correct battery by looking up license plate. She was very quick and helped to register phone number so that when we return the old battery, we won’t have to worry about losing the receipt. The workplace environment seemed really friendly as they were talking amongst each other and joking around. It’s good to see. They even offered to help carry the battery to my car. I felt comfortable being here as I would normally feel looked down on because I am not familiar with car stuff.
