I had a wiring issue with my brake system and I had been around town asking different shops if they could take me in. Most places said they couldn't get to me for a few days and the others wanted to charge me $150 - $200 just to diagnose the problem with no guarantee they could fix it. I had already narrowed it. I called clarence at hi-tec auto and he treated me like family. I took the car to Hi-Tec Auto Repair and he had it fixed within a few hours... and gave me great price. He was a true professional who actually listened to me and didn't talk down or rude to me like some of the other places I called. I Highly recommend this place.

Ever since I replaced the new brake pads and brake discs, there has been a constant squeaking noise. Over the next four months, I went for inspections three times, and each time they claimed it needed time to break in and refused to recheck the brake system. Their attitude was extremely arrogant and rude, shouting at me to go back to the dealer. Helpless, I had to return to Servco Toyota. They told me that the left front brake system was missing a shim kit component. I asked the dealer why they resurfaced both rotors when they were brand new, only installed four months ago. The dealer said they didn't believe the rotors were brand new.

Definitely call Clarence! He's so nice and helpful. It sounded like my car horn was going off every time I hit the gas or the brake pedal on my car. It was SO embarrassing and random. Everyone thought I was honking at them. The best part is this is SATURDAY and not only was Clarence available but he took care of my issue right away. He is affordable and efficient. I highly recommend his services. It's nice to have an affordable mechanic to call now esp here on island. By the way- the issue was a brake pad sensor! It was alarming me to change them when my brakes barely made any noise if any at all. I am grateful.

Let's just say, every other automotive company wasn't available or didn't want to work on my vehicle 1990 Chevrolet. Big shout out! I had just landed and I was experiencing issues with my car , I called around to different places and I was told I would have to make an appointment. But once I called I was told to bring my car in immediately. The owner checked my vehicle quickly and told me what the issue was a faulty ignition coil. I’m so happy I found this shop. The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I will bring my vehicle here before going anywhere else.
