Brought our car to this shop twice and the mechanics did a horrible job both times! First time they installed a hose to my inter cooler and days later the hose blew off. Had to fix the clamps on the side of the road. Second time had to get t-clamps placed and they were not tightened down yet again. Not only were they loose to the touch, but when we went to pick up the car when they called it wasn't touched. Kai the owner is very professional and a great man who will happily fix the wrong. Hopefully they get some better mechanics.

I would give this negative stars if I could. 90% of the parts Kai said they replaced haven't even been touched or were replaced with faulty used parts and took over 3 months to get my car back as it was excuse after excuse. Had two other mechanics look at his so called work and said we were robbed and the car was not fixed. Needless to say I'm still having problems with the car after giving $7 it should not be having the problems it does. Reporting to the BBB and getting this taken to court. We've tried reaching out and allegations were said to not be true when we have so much proof otherwise.

In 2020 took my BMW 335D, to Streamline performance to Kai and paid $550 for them to install my VRSF Downpipe to my vehicle. They said it needed some welding and charged me extra for that. Unfortunately, only found out now after getting the car up that nothing was installed and just the exhaust was just disconnected to make it sound like a straight pipe. 😡 Extremely disappointed in the way I have been dealt with my Streamline and feel I have warn other potential customers about their deceptive, shady and shocking practices!!! Where is my VRSF downpipe?? You charged me for disconnecting my exhaust from my M57 engine and took my downpipe. Disgusted. STAY AWAY!!! You have been warned ⚠️

They are trash. Had the do a wiring job to get my car running and they took over 2 years. Car never ran and they made a mess of everything. Nothing that I asked was done and instead they did other small things that I never asked them to do. They ended up over charging me for a job they never did and threatened to keep my vehicle. Highly recommend not using them. There seriously are a joke. Especially the owner Kai and Jason.

Kai and his team take care of my parts when being ordered. Two of my guys from my car club now work here. Kai is the only one that's pretty familiar with my cars but one complaint... I get that you guys are super slammed but have someone answer the phones! Lol. One of their mechanics installed some tires on the brand new rims I ordered before but they were backwards. Eventually they fixed the issue after I called them about it. The labor maybe kinda of expensive in my opinion but Kai can pretty much order anything for you if it's in stock in the mainland. Give them a shot. There's not too many reputable import shops left on the island.

Kai was very knowledgeable and helpful while doing my tune. He was able to be flexible enough to allow me to reschedule as it took longer for me to put my motor back in and install my new parts. When done he gave me very useful information and a walk through of what was performed for my tune and advice to keep my vehicle running well. Definitely recommend!

Took them 6-7 months to tune my car and It sounded like a trash can after they did. In total my car was there 10 months and just questionable decisions on fixing my car. Weeks on weeks I got calls about it overheating and the day I pick it up and drive it home I check the fluid and it’s water. Idk who trains these guys but I wasn’t happy with their attitude, price and quality of work!

Just wanted to shout out Kai who is the tuner at streamline performance took my 2020 Subaru wrx in for a custom tune on January 3rd. He worked on it really fast and got it done by the 4th. Thanks to Kai my car runs way better on his tune then the Cobb ots map. Thank you again Kai and we will definitely be seeing you for more upgrades and tunes.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Kai stayed behind after closing to replace and mount the tire himself after I had gotten a flat tire and had to wait as tow companies had canceled on me. Terrible experience with this shop. If you book any mechanical work you will be expected to wait months & they will call you asking for more money when it’s not even close. Bunch of 🤡 mechanics over here
