Regina sure was a pleasure to work with! I had my son's care towed in and she was on top of it from the get-go. She saw that the car was received from the towing company in good order, set proper expectations as far as when the technicians might be able to work on it, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process with phone calls and emails. I could not have been more impressed! Thank you!!

If you go to their website, you can make appointments online which is my favorite part about their service. I hate having to call and figure out times, this way you can pull up a calendar and find a day that works for you. Easy to drop off before work and then pick up afterward when they're done. Staff is always helpful and cheery. They do a good job about telling you what is necessary vs what can wait and I don't feel like they try to upsell me on stuff. Only had to do one major repair so far, mostly I get my safety check done here.

Convenient location to downtown if you have to get your Toyota serviced, but they're always busy and appointments are booked months in advance, so good luck if you have an urgent service need. Prices are high too (of course). Also, the shuttle service needs better coordination - waited almost half an hour for a 10 minute ride back to downtown; I should have just walked instead.

I will never buy another brand new Toyota van and bring my car to Motor Imports Toyota for service. I bought 2013 van in December 2013, Original battery needed replacement within a year. Second battery replacement in second year. Front two tires were gone after a year. The staff from this location told me that there is no warranty on the tires. The staff also gave me stink eye just because my van is dirty. I ended up calling Michelin manufacturer myself and found out that there is warranty. I ended up replacing my tires at another shop and paying only 25 % of the cost of new tires. This van also had blind spot where pedestrian can be missed when crossing street. IT really sucks to have a van that eats tires like nothing. The first three years warranty, dealer does not change the vans engine oil and as soon as three years is past, you have to pay a leg and an arm to change oil. please do not trust the staffs there because they lie. They just want to pay them all the $$$ you have and here you go with three kids living in the super expensive paradise, it really doesn't help. You think that you buy new car and it should be less money in maintenance but it is not true at all.

I've been bringing my Toyota here for servicing for about 10 years. Convenient location in town. They also offer courtesy shuttle services to drop you off, although I haven't used it because I normally wait for my car. 12/18/25 update. This was my last service at this location. Unfortunately, they are closing down this location on 12/31/25 and relocating and merging with the Mapunapuna service location.

They good but if you ask them to do something like blow out your air filters because you have those permanent ones that don't need to replace they won't do it but they'll be happy to charge you and replace with their brand. A good customer service company will certainly do what customer wants but in these revenue driven days that goes out the window.

I just move from Maui to Honolulu, and need to schedule an electrical inspection on my 22 Tacoma . They got me in within 3 days. The service consultant Julia M and the manger (never got his name ) Both were very helpful and understanding of my situation, and honored my Toyota warranty even though I didn’t purchase the vehicle from them, but welcome me as I did . Very glad I found them and will used them for all my services on my Tacoma

I love the staff here. I always get my car serviced here. It is so easy to get an appointment and they are on it when they make recommendations to you about your car. They let you know what needs to be changed/repaired and you have the option to accept it or not. Example, my wiper blades needed to be changed out and their cost was $95. So I declined because I could get it for $29.95 outside of Servco. They were fine with that with no problem.

Wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the Servco Toyota Service Kaka'ako team! Experience here was great as I've already gone multiple times to get some assistance my truck. As a first time customer here, I scheduled time to get my trucked looked at as it was purchased used and wanted to make sure everything was functioning properly as well as if there were any red flags that needed to be serviced -- I was assisted by Reycene (apologies if I spelled that wrong!) via phone and in person. She was great and very communicative through every step of the process. She helped with necessary suggestions as well as any additional suggestions. My next visit was to getting the truck serviced and I was taken care of by Ryan Foong. Again, had a great experience here as the team was quickly able to check on everything for the vehicle while Ryan was my point of contact with clear communication. Overall, the Servco Toyota Kaka'ako team has me as a repeat customer and I appreciate all they do! Thank you to both Reycene and Ryan for making this experience smooth + easy and I'll definitely be back with any future services on all my vehicles!

I had an appointment for routine maintenance but accidentally scheduled for the wrong location. Luckily, they were able to take my car in as a walk in and were really quick with servicing it. Ryan was very helpful and communicated well, and gave honest recommendations.

I am a Toyota loyalist. My car is a Scion FR-S RS 1.0. It is badged as number 473 of 1500 made. (Photo 1) I have tolerated long waits for car service with Servco for the past three years because I could always rely on quality. That is over after my last experience. After returning from a six month military deployment I brought my car in for service and multi-point inspection to make sure all was well. I stated that despite filling the tires the low pressure light kept coming on, and suspected a slow leak. I told the service representative that if I needed no tires it was no issue, just call and I'll authorize it. After service I was told all that needed was an air filter replacement. (Photo 2) For a month more the tire continued to leak, and the wipers obviously needed to be replaced. I reached out to the service representative who told me to contact him with issues, and never heard anything back. (Photo 3) Finally I called and scheduled an appointment and was setup with a different representative at the Kakaako location closer to home. They confirmed what I already knew, and replaced four tires and the wiper blades. They discounted me $150 for service. (Photo 4) When I came to pick up the vehicle the alloy rims were covered in dirt and grime. I couldn't believe they wouldn't even wipe them with a rag. Upon further inspection I noticed scratches on the rims and complained to the service representative. He told me I could take it to another place out in Waipahu to get an estimate and they MIGHT cover it. He insisted that his staff could not have scratched it, and were so meticulous they would report if anything was damaged. This is untrue because they lost one of the custom valve caps and replaced it with a piece of plastic. (Photos 5 & 6) It's no longer about money. Now it's about time and an understanding of what a car like this means to a customer. I will not take my valuable time to get an estimate to fix a mistake their shop made. They also will not be making Scion anymore. So those custom valve caps are now irreplaceable. I've already looked online. Do not go to Servco if you actually love your car.

Appreciated that when I arrived, the service rep. Immediately came to check me in. Gave me an estimate based on the service requested. The waiting area was ok. Could use better chairs. Had the standard Keurig coffee and cream. Restrooms were outside housed in a trailer. Completed work as estimated. Only real complaint was after paying no one brought my car up. Had to go back inside to let them know. Overall my service rep was pleasant told me what I needed to know. Would return for next service.

They diagnosed and fixed my van's air condition and replaced front a/c evaporator. They told me it's fixed, but when I picked it up, my van sadly had the same problem; still warm and not fixed. I brought it back same day and after couple of days they called me again and said the ac was fixed. I picked it up again and the a/c was cold but a part of my dashboard was not installed properly. After a day, I sent my van to a detail place to get it cleaned, and they told me that my engine hood wouldn't lock, so I inspected my van and the motor imports technician miss-routed my engine hood release cable causing the cable binding to not release the unlock lever for my hood lock. I fixed it myself because I couldn't waste any more of my time going back and fourth...

Avoid if you value your time and safety I brought my car to Servco Kaka‘ako for a regular maintenance and safety check, but the whole experience turned into a nightmare. First, they rotated my tires even though they’re not the same size front and back, which should never be done. How did the technicians not catch that? Luckily my friends noticed, and I had to return just to get it fixed — a serious waste of time and a safety issue. Then, they gave me the wrong safety check with a typo. I didn’t catch it at first, but when I tried to renew my registration at the kiosk, it got rejected. I had to drive all the way back to have them fix it on 7/5, and they told me it would take 3–5 business days for the DMV system to update. It’s now 7/30 — still no update. Because of their mistake, I had to go in person to Satellite City Hall just to renew my registration — something that should have been simple. All I got was a refund of around $30 for the incorrect tire rotation, but not a single apology for either issue. One standard service visit ended up costing me multiple trips, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. Completely disappointed with Servco Kaka‘ako. Their lack of attention to detail and follow-through is unacceptable.

2 hour+ phone wait times with no callback option and you can't get basic routine maintenance without scheduling weeks in advance. They probably don't care, though. Must be nice to rule the Hawaii market with an iron fist as Hawaii's only Toyota dealers without having any competition or having to answer to anyone, yeah?

Julia provided me with excellent customer service and answered all my questions! She went above and beyond, I asked for my cars maintenance history and not only did she provide me with that, she also printed out a maintenance schedule for my car! This week I had my car inspected at another shop, and an oil change at another place. Both of those places recommend service that is not recommended by the manufacturer, or repairs that doesn’t need to be done. If you are looking for a place that you can trust, and that won’t recommend unnecessary maintenance and repairs this is your place to go! Ask for Julia, she is amazing and she saved me from spending $1000!!! I will definitely come back here for future maintenance with my car, I am confident that they will only recommend necessary repairs and maintenance.

Had a appointment to have my truck serviced at 6:30am that’s when they open. Got there at 6:25am. 6 cars already were in line in front of me. By the time I finished checking in my truck it was 6:49am. Each vehicle has to be photographed from all angles to prevent liability claims. Two employees working as fast as possible to get the vehicles signed in. Another employee assisting w covering your seat. Overall pretty well organized and employees were very personable. If you need your vehicle ready for pick up at a specific time make sure you notify them. It might be better to request one hour earlier. My truck was serviced and it was ready for pick at 2:20 pm. It wasn’t a problem for me as I didn’t need my truck back at any specific time. Picking up your vehicle just enter their office. A cashier is located right as you enter. There’s a waiting lounge and an employee will bring your vehicle , right outside the office door. Prices for parts and labor is on the high end Ex to just install a cabin air filter labor was $26.89 This is really easy to install it by yourself. Parts are original factory parts so it justifies the high cost.

Always get my car serviced here. Would take my old '05 Camry here and now my '19 Camry. It's very convenient and always a good experience. They have a shuttle, or if you're like me, it's a nice area to explore with SALT, Kakaako in walking distance for a quick bite, walk or just to explore the cosmopolitan neighborhood. The staff is always courteous and keep you posted on the progress of your cat via text. It's by appointment and if there happens to be a line when you check in, they move it pretty quickly. There's also a little lounge with coffee and a TV if you choose to wait. They are also Covid compliant in a lot of ways. Go for it! They're a really good option for your car maintenance. Oh, and they do safety inspections for about $25. Not sure if they do all models. Call and check. 🤙 7/29/21 Took my car in due to fuel part recall. Checkin 2as very welcoming that early in the a.m. Layton Yee noticed I was due for regular service as well. He kept me informed throughout, estimated correctly how long it would take, was diligent, followed through and made sure I was taken cared of. Shuttle drivers were very courteous as well and made every effort to insure I was on time here and there. Checkout was also quick, courteous and painless. Thank goodness for this location! Again - 🤙✌ 3/01/22 Great service as usual. Timely, informative, and kept me up to date via texts throughout. Jayson H. was awesome! Thank you. 🤙✌️ 2/2023 Another good, quick, efficient service today. Good communication as well on updating me on service, options, etc., throughout the service period. 🤙✌️

I won't be back here. I really suspect they scam women and young customer. I took my car not long ago and was told the admission butterfly had a crack and was expected to pay $250 plus labor. The funny part is when I went to pick up my car a young Japanese lady was commenting to the staff that the technician told her that she had the same butterfly admission valve crack and that really put me on alert to don't do this service at this location, she had a younger car than mine how unlikely two different car has the same issue with the same diagnosis. But it becomes worst, the son of a co worker turned his car in, he a young guy, he was told over the phone that one part of his steering was cracked that it would cost $800 to fix the damaged side but they recommended both since was better. When he looked up online that the brand new part was only $400 , something was off trying to charge a young customer for $1600 to probably duck tape a part , and on top of everything when they released the report of the car non of this defect was mentioned. So no, I don't recommend anyone that is a new customer or a middle age male to go to this location. An inspector should absolutely visit this place and is a shame for Toyota that some people run bussiness like this.
