Ashley was great! Everyone actually was great but Ashley really went out of her way to help me out and squeezed a last minute estimate in for me. Everything was pretty smooth and the work came out great, but it seemed like they forgot to attach the lock properly when they put my door back together. As soon as I realized, they immediately made time for me to come in and get the issue resolved and had me back out on the road in like 30 mins or less. A++ for customer service and customer care, A- on work only because of the lock issue but I think that was a fluke so still 5/5.

I was scheduled by my auto to do repairs at this autobody shop. In August 2024, i really have thought things might be a lot different with a different person. This second experience with a different person really showed me they haven’t changed as a friendly customer service agent. I have been in different autobody shops, some are very helpful, even though you Nate not spending money on them. I have learned that not all shops provides quality experiences, I have rated a mechanical shop a five star and great customer support. This company had the worst customer support and experience. I had a new accident, I had a different accident. I believe that the real reason for Uninody is not telling me why they are refusing service is because they continually giving a hard time. .so I left a one star review. So they are documented what I am saying to them. Unibody is using the excuse the radar detector is in the way. Even if I removed the radar detectors, it’s still doesn’t mstter we a not work on it.

Great service! Brought our car in to get an estimate (after being rear-ended) and enjoyed the whole experience. We got reminder texts and directions (with photos!) and were able to pull in right away, no waiting. Ashley was considerate and professional and efficient. She explained the whole estimate procedure, including reasons for potential delays, and made sure to answer all of our questions. She made what could've been a difficult appointment very easy. So awesome! Highly recommended!

This location (Waimanu St.) only does damage consultations. Repairs are performed at their Mapunapuna location. Checked in w Dayton he was very informative and easy to talk too. The shop looked clean and well organized. There’s parking right in front. He took some photos and said he would take care of the documents required for my claim. He did this in a timely manner. I received a email on Tuesday night that my claim was approved. I signed the document electronically. This review is only for the damage consultation I will write a review for the actual repair when it’s completed. So far excellent service.

I was backing into a tight spot in my parking lot and crunched the rear passenger panel - not too bad, but enough to cause pretty significant damage. Initially, I thought going to a local shop would be easiest since I live in Kaka'ako and there are tons of shops around me. I stopped by several places within a block of my house, but they all said they don't work on Teslas. I was kind of in a bind. That's when I found Unibody Tech Collision. They're one of only three body shops in the area that work on Teslas specifically. The guy at their location was super nice, though his shop is more of a holding facility - the actual work gets done at another location about 15-20 minutes away toward the airport. I thought dealing with Enterprise for a rental car was going to be a hassle and a pain, but I was wrong. They called me a couple weeks after our initial contact, and the whole repair process took about 5-6 days (the total timeline was about a month and a half from start to finish). Insurance covered everything except my $500 deductible. Throughout the process, they texted me status updates, which was really convenient. The best part? I was supposed to pick up my car at 4 PM, which would have charged me an extra day on the rental. Instead, they had it ready for me on Christmas Eve at 9 AM - talk about going above and beyond! The pickup process with Enterprise was smooth as hell, and they were awesome too. The job Unibody did was phenomenal. My car looks beautiful - you can't even tell there was damage. I would highly recommend these guys if you need Tesla body work. They're great at what they do.
