I've been coming here for years and I highly recommend them. Affordable and friendly car cleaning service. Reasonably priced and worth the wait. Car wash, wax and vacuum for $36. Today the service was a bit rushed and I recognized my mat was missing a piece from my last service I had (they remove and clean my mats) and the piece was under my chair. When I mentioned it they stated the owner would reimburse me if I need to replace the part. Bonus: if you collect 10 wash card you get the 11th one free.

I was excited to experience Japanese-style service but surprised by the grumpy/surly employees. My opinion but they seem overwhelmed with business while lacking basic work flow organization skills. The final product isn’t impressive because they rush through it. Guess people are desperate to find a car wash so they can stay in business. Expensive on top of everything else.

They didn’t do a good job🤷♀️ I went there not for car wash only but wanted them to check the tires! But two guys worked on it and they filled in all different # of air🥹 I don’t know why, 38, 39, 40, 41 , are they supposed look at the correct pressure on the car door? I paid $40+ might as well go to some place like under $20😫

Came here for the car wash. John Ohtani, our Audi salesperson, highly recommended Yajima Service Station for a car wash. We did the car wash, vacuum, tires, extra wax and the trunk vacuuming...in other words, we did the works. Fast and efficient. We will be back again. Toshi was terrific. Took extra time to make sure the Q3 looked awesome.

Drove there with a phone mount and left without it. I asked they check their camera, because my dash cam was erased back 1 month. They said call the police over a $8 phone mount. Pathetic! Several times prior the guy who was supposed to clean the inside windows went in rested for few minutes and came out leaving all the windows dirty. Professional thieves!

I have gone to Yajima previously with my old car several times and always had a good experience. I haven't done a full wash since I bought it but I did have it cleaned and wiped down when someone sideswiped me several months ago, and definitely no marks. After getting my car washed and cleaned at Yajima, I did notice some strange habits, like using old bath towels to dry the car (one towel for all parts of the car) and I saw that there were some uncleaned parts but figured for $40, what was I really expecting? I went toward Donki to an ATM to grab tip money since their card machine doesn't do tips I guess, and stepped out of the car with my handy microfiber to buff out some white fog (presumably wax). It was not wax, it was the base layer of my car. A chunk of paint about the size of my pinky nail had been scraped off, and there was another scuff next to it and a long scratch almost the length of my door, all on the rear driver side. As a note, I drive every day. My boyfriend, who has actual OCD, also drives my car when we run errands. I know my car was dirty, but there's no way that dust and dirt could have been covering that large white patch. I immediately drove back to talk to the employees and got one of the car washers, who called over his boss, a Japanese man in a blue shirt. He insisted it wasn't them and that he'd try to buff out the long thing scratch, but that nothing at their facility could cause the paint to come off that way. Another employee came by, a young woman with shorts, and she told me it's clear that someone hit my car with their door or a shopping cart. The woman got increasingly rude as I was telling her there was no way that I couldn't have noticed that missing paint before and pointed out to her that it could happen when employees are using the old bath towels instead of microfibers, and even that when they use microfibers, it can pick stuff up and stick, then scratch the car. I pointed out that one employee who was cleaning the tires was letting a portion of the microfiber drag on the ground, to which the employee started trying to degrade and belittle me by asking if I knew anything about car washes and running a car wash business. FYI, I have detailed a lot of cars and did the ceramic by hand on my old car, but I didn't say anything because she clearly wasn't trying to have a conversation. She kept raising her voice about checking the cameras, but what use would that be if there's something stuck to the towels or equipment that's now dislodged??? She proceeded to tell me that they've been in business for 30 years so how could they be doing this all the time? I told her that I'm not accusing them of doing it all the time, it could just be the one time. I told her that I didn't understand why I was getting this kind of attitude and that I just wanted them to understand how I would feel coming in for a wash and leaving with damages. She kept saying that I should call my insurance and she'd deal with them. So I ended up telling them I would and the woman ordered the male employee to go in Japanese while he was still trying to buff my car. I contacted my insurance and made a police report for damages, and am hoping this is a cautionary tale that you get what you pay for and to not trust a $40 car wash if you're not driving a beater. Had a good view of them but wouldn't go back even if they completely fixed my car because of the attitude on that woman.

NOT Recommended. First time customer today based on other reviews, but after seeing the quality, there is no way I would ever recommend this location. Issues: Horrible interior cleaning. See included photo’s. Still have sand all in the cup holder area and seats. Floor mats washed but put back in the truck all wet. Doors not wiped down, still dirty from shoe marks. Exterior: They used tire shine spray, but didn’t wipe off the excess spray, so as soon as you drive-off, it flys all over the side panels. They popped the hood (no idea why) and didn’t re-latch it. No work was done in the engine compartment, so why pop the hood.. I didn’t notice until I was on the road driving away that my hood wasn’t locked-down. Had to stop and secure it. I highly DO NOT recommend this place.

Went there for safety check. No appointment needed. It was a Tuesday after around 2 pm. Didn't have to wait long. Done in less than 15 minutes. When I was leaving I saw the cashier young girl helping an elderly grandma to get in her car. Very impressed.

I walked into this shop in a great mood and left absolutely furious, thanks to a blatantly dishonest and unbelievably rude female employee. I’ve been coming here for a long time, but what happened today was completely unacceptable. After confirming they could do an oil change, I dropped off my car and requested a tire pressure check and a car wash. My son and I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby. When the cashier told me everything was done, I went outside—only to discover that only the car wash had been done. The oil change wasn’t touched. When I pointed this out, a young female employee came over and snapped at me in a rude tone, saying I’d need to wait another 45 minutes for the oil change. That alone was irritating, but I at least wanted to confirm the tire pressure check. She, clearly annoyed for no reason, claimed she had already added air and told me to decide whether I wanted to wait the extra 45 minutes. Because of her terrible attitude, I decided to come back another time and left. But the tire pressure warning light stayed on—proof that she didn’t do what she said. So I drove all the way back. When I told her the tire pressure seemed wrong, she immediately responded with attitude, insisting she had checked it. I asked her to verify it again. She checked the gauge—and the truth came out. One tire was at 31 PSI. Another was at 28. She had clearly lied. When I pointed this out, she suddenly became aggressive, accused me of “yelling” (I never raised my voice), then threw the air pump on the ground and walked away. Completely unprofessional and shocking behavior. I am paying for a service—why on earth should I be treated like this? I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I’ve never experienced such disrespect and dishonesty. My child was right next to me witnessing everything, and even he was upset. If a business keeps an employee with zero integrity and zero customer service skills, the entire shop’s reputation will suffer. The owner seriously needs to address this problem and retrain (or reconsider employing) someone who behaves this way. After today, I will never return to this shop again.

I have had multiple great experiences here, from fixing my tire when others wouldn’t try, to being patient with me on safety. I am actively going far out of my way to take my cars there now for other service.

They ask for additional $6 bucks to vacum the trunk!! This is scam. The trunk was empty and not even dirt. When I told the lady nobody charge extra for vacum the trunk. She when ballistic screaming at me. Insane. Staff is cool and nice. The 2 ladies running place are rude -chewing gums- and talking with clients. I paid almost 50 buck for regular wash. And they want to charge more for the trunk. Ladies the trunk is part of the car!.Dont go to this car wash ever. Unless you want be abused for the woman over there. See ticket. Vacum is part of the service I paid. I agree with Patricia, who post another honest review here. Be warned. Do not going there!!!!. Avoid this place.

Call ahead to see if they accept walk-ins for my vehicle safety inspection. They do, but depending on the day and time. It might be busy. Process was quick and easy taking about 15 to 20 mins and cost the standard fee. The issue I had...I wish they turned off my engine when coming back to the station. They return my car remote, but the car engine was still running. Since my car has a remote start, the car alarm was alerting me my remote was too far from the car. Its not like the transaction between them coming back to the station and me paying was short.

I had such a great experience at Yajima Service Station! I came in for a safety check and ended up leaving with brand new tires, a completed safety inspection, and total peace of mind. The process was smooth and efficient, and the customer service was truly top notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything easy to understand. You can tell they really care about taking care of their customers. I also loved that they had fresh bentos and drinks available for purchase while I waited...such a nice touch! The waiting area is spacious with plenty of seating, which made the time pass comfortably. Highly recommend Yajima Service Station.

Female employee comes across a little pushy. The spot where they are at is not very convenient. It’s just a gas station with 2 garage ports. It seems to be a full service gas station with a car wash if you want it. A little pricy for the car wash so I asked for just the wash. When they said my car was done. It was still dripping wet. The inside waiting area could use some cleaning. I would not drink any of the coffee that they have in the waiting area. That think is filthy.
