Drove here for an insurance inspection after a collision. Confirmed the appointment, showed up, they took the photos, told me they sent them to my insurance company and the insurance company would follow up and we could schedule repairs. Insurance company then contacted me to say that my appointment was canceled. I followed up saying it must have been a mistake. No, they never sent the photos. Waste of time. Waste of gas.

Excellant customer service! My vehicle looks great fixed up all the damages. Software wise they went extra mile to make sure everything worked even though it had never worked before. Thank you taking care of my 2022 Minivan. They updated me and if I needed to know before when I was expecting since parts were back ordered they answered all my questions patiently. Thank you guys! Starts at the top with boss man Brandon and Ashley who answered questions coordinated. Their workers to so kind dropped me off far. Thanks guys!!

Brad and the boys at Honolulu Auto body will take care of you! I had someone hit and run my 2020 4Runner on the rear hatch.. It’s custom and has custom emblems, trim, and aftermarket electronics. They ordered the parts needed before I even brought the 4Runner in to get worked on. They installed a new rear hatch; repaired the rear bumper, and painted everything to match perfectly with the rest of the factory paint. They changed over all my trim, electronics, and looked exactly how it did on the old rear hatch. Their customer service is superb too. Miss Ash in the office even helped arrange my rental car. A+ Customer service A+ Work Quality A+ Total Repair time I HIGHLY recommend Honolulu Auto-body!

This place is the BEST!!!!! Seriously. They are the nicest, most efficient, best autobody shop we have ever been to. They gave an accurate assessment, provided a reasonable appointment time, completed the service exactly like they said and provided text updates as things progressed. And on top of all that, they were super friendly and helpful with questions. We loved them and would highly recommend them!!! 5 stars. 100% amazing service.

Allstate sends me to them for what I thought was an estimate on 1/23. That day was pouring. There shop is located in a sketchy area with a tricky entrance. Anyways, I get there, was directed to a dark office where Ms Ashley was. Asked me to sign a consent which I thought was for the estimate and that they were going to check availability for parts. At this point I was going to use them. 2 weeks later, I didn’t hear from them so I called but there phone did something weird and I was unable to leave a message. Tried again last week same problem. Finally I was able to get I in touch and spoke with Ashley. It started off well like I am following up on my estimate and when does she think they are going to get me into five my car? It went bad when she was saying we ordered it and it says 4 weeks but we don’t know for certain. Then I mentioned about the phone thing and she goes we know and that it’s a Hawaiian telecom problem. Well it’s your problem that your customers can’t leave a message or if you don’t call to let us know the status. It upsetting driving around a dented car that wasn’t my fault. She was so rude that I decided to called Allstate to see if I can use another shop. While I was calling Allstate, Ashley calls and tells Allstate I have to come to pay for the part's, or Allstate has to pay them even though I choose not to owe them. I told Allstate they can pay them for the parts and I will gladly go there to pick it up. I refuse to use a business that is rude. I don’t care how good you work is if you don’t have courtesy to others. I’ve dealt with insurance and claims before and have never walked away and not used a shop. This will be a first.
