Great oil change experience. Stopped by around 1130 on a Wednesday and I was the only customer. They were quick, friendly, and professional! Finished up around 25 minutes later after adding a tire rotation. They also offer a military discount! (Thanks, guys! If you're reading this, my tire pressure light turned off 😀)

My husband has just come back from going to this Jiffy Lube. I will be perfectly transparent they told my husband they were unable to top off any of the fluids in his car (granted it was only 1 fluid that needed to be topped off) because something from the car was leaking (understandable) and they only changed his battery for him. That being said my husband came home directly from this location to check the hood of the car. The surprise came when we noticed that the windshield wiper reservoir cap is missing. Everything else was in place except that cap. My husband called first and they gave him an excuse about how maybe it was in the bottom or in between the hood area. I called back already annoyed that they had washed their hands from responsibility because seemed like they didn't even bother to check if maybe it was around their work area they just did what these type of places do best which was wash their hands from responsibility and tried to blame the customer. If you value your car please consider not taking it to these places where they do irresponsible work like leaving caps on the side of hoods or not placing back the caps appropriately. Even better advice make sure you check all the caps of your car before even thinking about leaving these quick stop places.

I took my son’s car to help him do much needed maintenance and the folks at Jiffy Lube new just where to look for deficiencies and with my obvious approval, they corrected all that needed to be corrected, such as beyond dirty air filters (both), that probably have not been replaced since more than 5 years that we own this faithful Camry.

Friendly staff and fast. Come check them out! Updated review and 1 star: Normally I go to this location but after today and witnessing how a rep had accidentally opened my hood then how he closed it was unnecessary. I had talked to the senior crew member and the chief who was on premises telling them, the way how your rep closed my hood with his fist with not just pressure but hard pressure that could've created a ding or dent with his knuckles to my hood is unnecessary. The chief stated we do that to check if the hood is closed and i understood but not that much pressure as what i saw. Not even a sorry from any of them and told me they will just talk to their rep. I witnessed the whole thing right in front of me while I was in the lobby waiting and that pissed me off. It had the rep greasy knuckle smear on my hood and luckily it didnt leave a dent or ding. If thats how u want your car to be treated then go for it. I guess i will find another place to do my service. Unreal!!

They are a little short staffed but most of the employees are really nice so it’s not too big of a deal. I hate to rate them so low but their mechanic Aimin is so unreliable i can’t believe they willingly employ him. It’s a bad look and makes me not want to use their services.

I had a great experience. They changed my oil for me no problem and then my tires were balding and they found a competitive price for me with four options and they were able to replace all my tires for me for pretty cheap and it was nice and easy so I had a good experience. The manager’s name was Cameron. He was awesome.

It’s convenient but also somewhere I always feel comfortable going to because the service is good and the employees are always friendly. I never feel pressure but I am given my options and the information I need. I’ve been here several times and regardless of who helps me, they treat me like a loyal customer and have the history of what I’ve done in the past. They don’t do safety inspections. I wish they could have communicated that with customers much earlier. I waited in queue wasting time because they assumed I wanted an oil change when I never said anything like that.

Most recently I came in thinking I was due for an oil change, but they checked my oil and said that I could go a little longer since my oil quality was still good. They even topped off my oil since I was already there. Brandon was especially kind and helpful with explaining everything to me. Thank you!

I've been to this Jiffy Lube over 10 times, and today was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Charles, the team lead, was immediately rude, dismissive, and clearly irritated that he had to interact with a customer at all. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and a tone that made it obvious he thinks customers are beneath him. If that’s leadership, this place is already doomed. Then Brandon at checkout decided to take things from bad to outright insulting. He mocked me for using a discount code, literally saying it was “just to save $17,” and continued making comments about me using gift cards. That’s not joking—that’s being a smug, condescending jerk to someone who’s paying for a service. Promotions and gift cards exist for customers to use, not for employees to sneer at. I did not walk in asking for charity. I came in expecting basic respect and left feeling openly ridiculed. This wasn’t a misunderstanding or a bad day—this was intentional, arrogant, and humiliating behavior from employees who clearly think they can get away with it. If management tolerates this kind of behavior, they’re just as worthless as the service. Save yourself the frustration and take your money somewhere it won’t be met with sarcasm, mockery, and contempt. This location deserves to lose customers until management gets this sorted. Casie, the crew chief, provided exceptional service every past visit. It’s unfortunate she wasn’t here today, and let my previous 5 star experiences go down the drain.
