I got my SUV detailed Friday afternoon , took pics of It Saturday morning and posted it on Sunday. I saw the before/after pics and of course it looks good while the car is still wet. You won’t see any of the flaws with the car still wet. When I first got my suv ceramic coated , Tyler set up his pop up tent and did the whole ceramic coating whiling it was slightly off and on drizzling including tire dressing. Also you send an apprentice tech that started 2 months ago and doesn’t have all the equipment/tools/knowledge because he was using glass cleaner to clean my rims. I figured he must know what he’s doing if he’s doing that and the next day when my suv was dry I saw all the spots he missed. If he only missed a couple spots then fine okay send him out to fix it but he half ass ALL my rims. You called to send him back out but that is not needed because i can do a better job myself.

That 1 Detailer is awesome!!! I just got my 2025 Tacoma Trailhunter ceramic coated. Parker was super great, very informative, and transparent throughout the whole process. He took his time to ensure a flawless finish. He also went above an beyond to get all the blemishes and imperfections out. My truck looks better then when I bought it brand new. These guys absolutely kicked butt on my car. My Bronco had been scratched by the dealer with swirl marks. I took it to Island Detail to get a price and quote, they were super responsive and quick. Just all around good group of guys. Nick detailed mine specifically and from the door jams, cracks, carpets, and even wheel wells he did a fantastic job. Will definitely take it back to only them to detail / touch it going forward.

Too bad I can only give 5 stars. As many have said, the pics don’t do it justice. I called after an ad on a social platform. John was quick to get me scheduled, very knowledgeable on the product, and answered my questions with great detail which solidified my decision to go with ceramic coating. Tyler was my technician. **UPDATE!** Just had car number two done…”Lizzie” the Land Rover has her special coat on now and looks amazing next to the Blueberry…thanks again to Jordan for kicking @ss and taking names getting this beast done today!!!! Dealing with Max and Alex for scheduling and follow-up, and with Jordan on the day of were great. Jordan went the extra mile and met me at my house on-base, got the job done quickly and professionally…and left my wife’s car gleaming and well-protected against the Hawaii sun and rain. Plus this is the only ceramic coating that will follow the vehicle thru Carfax and is Warranted. They also service it yearly to reapply a boost coating and give expert advice on care. Both my wife and I had our cars ceramic coated over the course of the last three weeks. We had to get them done separately between the several rainy days we've been having lately here in Honolulu, having to reschedule once due to heavy rain. We were fortunate that Parker was the technician that was sent to do both jobs. Parker arrived at 8 am as scheduled, set up his portable cover and his tools, and priceeded to work straight through to about 3 pm to do my wife's new BMW sedan. He then worked on my Corvette about two weeks later from 8 am until almost 6 pm. My car is a couple years old, and has a lot more angles and tight spots to get to. And the black forged 21 spoke rims had some water spots that took an extra amount of work to get looking like new, as did the rest of the car from the headlights to the taillights. We always try to keep our cars clean and covered and looking good. But after Parker worked on them and applied the ceramic coating, they look absolutely fantastic and are so much easier to keep clean and shiny. We're looking forward to seeing how the ceramic coating holds up with the passage of time, and to determine if the relatively expensive package we purchased was worth the price. So far it seems to be. I will post an update on that topic after the one year touch up appointment. We really liked Parker. He was polite, courteous, diligent, and very hard working. We highly recommend him if you are fortunate enough to have him chosen to work on your car. I don't typically write a review unless there is a good reason to, whether because of really good service, or because of really bad service. In this case, it was definitely the former.

I would like to say first off, these guys were very professional all the way. I loved the communication. I had my 2023 Genesis G70 done and it came out great. Parker and another co worker did an amazing job on my car. I showed them my issue areas and they addressed all if them. The car looks showroom ready. I will be letting these guys do the ceramic coating on my wife's car soon. I highly recommend these guys, great company and people.
