I usually don’t take the time to share bad experiences but felt the need to with this shop. They made me wait 30 mins and charge $150 for a quote. This is an extremely rude and dishonest practice. MAACO in Pearl City gives free quotes and has better customer service.

The man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. We had someone break the window of our rented mini-van and we were giving this person details of the model of our car. The man on the phone condescendingly said he “doesn’t have all day for you to figure out the model of your car” and shut down our phone call in a rude fashion. He was extremely impatient when we were describing our car when we were trying to give this guy our business. Don’t go to this guy if you’re a victim of a car break-in. The man on the phone has no respect for customers who call on the phone.

The worse and most unprofessional body shop ever. He was told something he didn’t like and he went off and started harassing because of it. He then proceeded to use personal information and phone numbers to continue the harassment. To the point if having to contact police twice for harassment because of it. I would think more than twice when considering using this body shop. After reading multiple reviews this seems to be common and that the owner has something going on.

Rear end damage. Brought to them to repair ok but paint started blistering few weeks later. They responded saying ok work covered under warranty. They don’t have loaners “have someone pick you up”, they can you taken home but find your way back. They can get a rent a car all you pay is 30%. They then said their loaner will be available at the end of next month (august). Good bye, never again.

My car was broken into and they smashed up my back window and messed up my lock. Pacific Auto Repair towed my car from the scene on saturday morning and had my car back to me by monday! They even washed and waxed my car, as well as cleaned the interior! Everyone was super polite, as well. Will definitely use them for my car needs from now on.

AMAZING staff!! I called, told me to come in and 2 mins later they’re helping me already. I came in because my car’s bumper shield is loose and hanging. They told me they’ll be able to fix that day. Waited for 5 mins and told me they’ll do it for FREE. This is unheard of. I’ve dreaded to fix this because typically auto repairs/body shop tries to get as much as the can from you. Especially when you’re a girl. Very professional, friendly, and honest. A+++ Two ladies in the office are amazing!!

Faka, just go here!! These guys are great, and know exactly what they're doing. Based on my visit here, they knew exactly what the problem was with my sunroof and got straight to the point. Although they were short staff and busy, the manager Edward took the time to see what was wrong with my cars sunroof. In essence, my sunroof wasn't closing in properly causing water leakage in the interior of the car. I came to these guys seeking help after going to several shops. They spotted the problem within seconds and was able to maneuver the sunroof by constantly fiddling with the gadgets. Overall, they saved me thousands of dollars because in order to fix it, I had to replace the entire motor for it to close on its own. No other shop took the time that these guys did, and gave me a solution in minutes. Go spock em out!! 🤙

Took my Grand Cherokee in to have the CV axle repaired so I could pass safety inspection. while inspecting the axles Edward brought up the Oil leaks on the vehicle. We discussed replacing the valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket. They did the CV repair and called me and gave me a quote to replace the gaskets. I agreed to have them replace thew gaskets. On the day that they were replacing the gaskets I was told that the vehicle would be ready by 5pm. When I arrived at about 5:30 the vehicle was not ready. They were having trouble getting the oil pan back on. After waiting about another hour i was told that I would have to return the next day to get the vehicle. Edward apologized and said they would do the safety inspection for free for the inconvenience. When I Picked up the vehicle the next day I asked about the safety inspection and he said they were not able to do it. I do not remember the reason for not performing the inspection. While driving home I noticed that my vehicle was not shifting right. I took the vehicle some place else to get the safety inspection completed. After another day or so I noticed my truck was still leaking oil. I brought the vehicle back to him and said i suspected the rear main seal was bad but asked if they could look and determine the source of the leak. I also mentioned that the truck was not shifting normally. I received a call saying that they were going to change the rear main seal and was given another quote. I agreed to the work and the quote. They then had my truck for over a week to do that repair and still were not ready when he told me I could pick it up. He then volunteered to deliver the truck to my house when they finished the next day. He did deliver the truck the next day with one of his employees. Bottom line is the truck is still leaking oil and not shifting right after all the work they did and all the money that I paid them. They did get the CV repair right. There is no way that they drove my truck from Mapunana to Mililani and did not notice the shifting problems. When he delivered the truck he asked me to give him a 5 star rating. I was not going to give him a rating at all until I found the reason the truck was shifting poorly. After a month of not being able to use it. I was able to discover why it was shifting poorly after much time and research on the internet. I discovered the throttle valve cable connector had been broken and the cable was not connected causing the transmission to not shift correctly. It was most likely broken when they did the valve cover gasket replacement and needed to move it out of the way. The mechanic should have found this after reinstalling the valve cover and reconnecting the cables. I am pretty sure his mechanics are not certified and do not do professional work. The vehicle is still leaking oil. I would not recommend using them and gave them one star for repairing the CV axles.

I had the most amazing experience with this shop! I got a call form HPD on 10/11 in the morning that my back window was smashed. It was crushing and even going through my insurance the earliest they could get my car into a shop was the end of October. I jumped on google and found this shop and they have been a God send! The customer service gentleman was amazingly nice and reassuring he even got me set up to drop the car off the very same day! They even helped get me set up with a rental car while mine was in the shop, I had the most amazing experience with them, anyone I know that needs work done I will always recommend to this shop!

These guys are really good at what they do. They handled all the insurance claim hassle for me and got my truck back in action in no time. Everywhere else quoted me 3-4 months to do the repair and these guys had my truck back in my hands within 5 weeks. Their two locations are easy to find and they’re very easy to get a hold of. They even details my truck so she’s more than ready for the road. Mahalo Leo, Ed, and Silvi🌈♥️🌸

If your looking for a excellent shop to do repairs and installation this is your place to bring your car. I walked in and immediately Edward asked if he could help me, I had told him I was bringing a backup camera in to be installed. Immediately he had one of his employees, his name is Sky, very professional and knew exactly how to install everything. Within one hour I had the camera installed and 2 bulbs replaced, for the license plate. Thank you again for the great work. And a big thank you to Edwards wife for the conversation we had, she was of great help in her knowledge of every day life for me and my wife here in Oahu. Sky your the best I would recommend anyone coming here will be treated kindly.

I would highly recommend this location of Pacific Auto Collision to any of my friends! I am so glad I switched here from another body shop when I was still in the very beginning of the insurance claim process, and had to decide which one I wanted to go with. The other body shop wasn’t efficient at all, and that they were not as organized/flexible as Pacific. From making an appointment to picking up my fixed car, Pacific made things go smoothly and can accommodate my busy schedule! Big shout out to Chris for his attention to details & excellent customer care. Jennifer at the front desk is so wonderful at answering my questions, too! Thank you for making this an easy and great experience for me!

TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD. They stole and scamed 300 dollars from me due to them not filing the claim and supplementing with my insurance. They also don't tell you until after the fact that they are a cash only business. My total for fixes, according to my insurance, was just under 500, but due to some circumstances that the shop said, the total was actually 800. The car sat in the shop for over 2 months, and the majority of that time was waiting on them to submit the supplement with my insurance to prove that it was 800. Come the end of the 2 months, im military and was PCSing and had to take my car out of the shop. After arguing with them for 2 hours they said they would file the supplement (its been an additional 2 months and they never did) scammed me out of 800 dollars and when I asked for my recipt of payment he sent me an email from his personal account stating I paid 800 dollars. NO ITEMIZED RECIPT. This place is not a legit business and is just a scam to steal money. On top of that the owner had told me the day before I picked up my truck that he would be in and we would talk about the supplement and the very next day his "whole family flew to africa" so is also a liar. Take your business elsewhere and avoid it here. If you have an insurance claim, dont take your car here. They just try to milk money from insurance when its not necessary. They tried to say a tiny paint scratch (that I couldn't even see) was 2000 dollars to fix. Horrible company and people.

Pacific Auto helped repair my car (Toyota Corolla) on multiple occasions, across multiple years. They are always reliable, considerate, very helpful, and understanding. They go above and beyond to ensure that the repair goes well. The quality of the repair is always good, and the quality of service is also really good. They make the repair process really easy, and go out of their way to save my time and resource. My insurer is Geico, and I had no issue working with Pacific Auto on multiple repairs. They are really good at fixing cars and prioritizing customer service at the same time.

My car was broken into and the side window of my right front seat was completely smashed. Things were already stolen from my vehicle and I was worried to spend more on my window! I called around, but my dad ended up directing me to this business that got me in the next day. Due to my insurance I payed a few bucks and Geico covered the rest. It's convenient that you can pay over the phone or online. My car was turned in around the end of September and was done UNDER a month!! They ordered the parts asap and fixed my car in 2-3 weeks! I missed my baby lol, she looks brand new and they even washed my car and vacuumed inside with all the gas, no extra cost!! 10000/10 recommend coming here!

My first time getting into and accident and I'm glad my insurance was able to connect me with this place. Special shout-out to Leo who has been helping me and answering all my questions along the way. Was finally able to come get my car today and let me tell you, it literally looks better than when I first bought it! They were kind enough to wash and do a deep clean of my vehicle. The staff in the office is super friendly as well! Definitely recommend contacting them if you have any issues!

I had my driver's side window fixed because my car got broken into. Edward was always so pleasant to work with from the start. He made me feel safe because he was very accommodating to keep my car in his shop while waiting for the part, instead of driving it without a window. His team did not only replaced my driver's window, they also detailed the inside of my car. They even removed all the water spots from my hood and all the other windows!!!! And the best part, they even cleaned my engine!!!! They didn't have to do all of these, but I felt so special as a first time customer! I would definitely keep them in my books for any future repairs, and I highly recommend them!!!

Very disappointing, initially I thought I was leaving my 2008 F50 HD in good hands for a rear view mirror replacement and driver door damage repair as part of an insurance claim and small cosmetic repair to the passenger's side rear panel. But we never learn, when it sounds too good to be true, mostly likely it is. They lied to me, did not fix my truck right or replaced the door shell the insurance paid for, broke parts in my door panel, and did a lousy lousy paint job. On top of all that, they charged the insurance for parts they didn't even touched. My driver's door is not sealed properly, air leaks as I drive and water if it rains and when I wash it. Did I mentioned I was dumb enough to supplied my own rear view mirror? They still kept the entire initial check (for parts and labor) from the insurance, charged me $750 for the rear panel, and charged an extra couple thousand dollars for bogus parts they never replaced and labor they never performed. After taking it back over three times to get the issues corrected with no satisfactory result, I will be seeking legal assistance and try to get some justice or at least a refund to be able to get my truck fixed the right way. I suggest anyone considering to have work done here to think it over and due their research. This place is not professional, honest, nor trustworthy. Plenty more photos available upon request.

Leo is fantastic. The shop does great work. I've now brought all three of my family's cars here for work (see earlier review), and have been satisfied on quality, price, and timing. Ed is very responsive on Yelp with estimates, and the work came in below that initial estimate and in less time than predicted, even heading into a three day weekend. However, I was disappointed that they put their license plate frame on my car. They should ask, and they should really offer a discount for the OPTION of advertising their business on your car. (UPDATE: Apparently it gets you a free safety check, but nobody told me that.)
