After browsing a bunch of places, looking for a mechanic to do a routine servicing, I saw all the great reviews and decided to give them a shot. Wow. Amazing. No other way to put it. Their customer service is incredible and they clearly really care about their customer. All the little touches really just really put it over the top. Sometimes you get mechanics that upcharge you for things you don’t need, but they are super honest. Recommend everyone to come here. The atmosphere they exude makes you want to come back, even without car issues.

Wonderful experience with this family-run business! My car's engine light came on nearby this shop after work hours. While they were unable to work on my type of vehicle, the owner happened to still be around and offered to take a look, helped me refill coolant, and helped me get a tow truck in under 45m. I took almost two hours of his time and he refused to take a dime, just great people willing to help. Will definitely bring other vehicles back!

The reviews Todd Nita receives are well deserved. He is personable and bluntly honest. He worked on my car for 3 days straight. He even took me in to his shop where he had my car on the lift rack and took the time to go over everything that needed attention. What shop does that?? None. I expected the bill to be higher for the time spent. He's a one man shop that pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. He fixed improperly installed brake lines on both sides, fixed a broken boot shooting grease everwhere, cleaned the grease and the rims up, changed my spark plugs and wires, changed my oil to Royal Purple and check my oil for metal shavings, inspected hoses and belts, cleaned up a dead rat on my intake, noticed the differential has been swapped out. Then gave me my car back clean and dust free. Its not just a job to him its his lifelong passion and profession. I don't see myself bringing my cars anywhere else on Island. So if you like being just a number or dollar sign to stealerships or large corporate companies then go elsewhere but if you value your time, car and money then NT Automotive is the spot!
