My passenger side got a big nail and it’s emergency due to the nail on the edge and it will need to replace it ASAP instead of fix it. Costco will have to order and wait but Benz bring me in as walk in immediately. Thanks Devin always helps me out whenever I get questions, Big Mahalo for everything !

I little disappointed. Karly and Angel and the one tech were very friendly. No issues. However we got the first quote for battery and service around $1100. Approved all good. Second quote for the broken rooftop came in and we declined. All good. Got the notice car was ready and price was $577. I asked if service was done, it wasn’t so the did it right away. Also got the safety inspection done, they didn’t offer but it was in the inspection list. Done. Picked up car. I would’ve thought washing/ small detail would’ve been done? Acura always does. And the clock wasn’t reset from battery swap and the wing bolt in the battery was missing. And invoice was 1300. More than quoted It cost 289 to install a battery? Ok then reset clocks etc. Again staff was great. I felt they maybe short handed.

Gabby is an outstanding and personable service advisor! They mechanic also sent a great informative video walking around my car to visually put at ease and explain some things! It was done on a timely basis. On a personal basis, they offer a comfortable lounge playing Thor (win!). They also offered shuttle service and washed/vacuumed my car! Definitely a place to trust and feel well taken cared of!
