I have to give a shout out to the mechanic Ken. From start to finish, he was professional and and humble. I had an appointment with another mechanic that day who called me and cancelled because they said they couldn't fix my car issue. Ken took care of it pretty easily. I'll 100% be coming back here in the future. Super nice guy and very competent.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! They got my car in so fast, had all my oil leaks + other damaged parts fixed for a very reasonable price! My car was ready the very next day!! They were very clear about communicating what they needed to fix and why they needed to fix it so I felt very informed and trustworthy of them. I needed my car issue diagnosed/inspected, not a car person at all, but I knew something was off after driving terribly over a curb and hearing something dragging/flapping around, asked my friend for a mechanic referral. Ken was super nice and accommodating, I was able to bring my car in the same day, he took a look, and helped me fix it immediately (since it was something simple). He helped diagnose the other issues I had as well. Super grateful for his help! He was very responsive-had no trouble getting ahold of him for my inquiry, experienced and quick, no frills, straight up, and honest. I’m definitely coming back here for any auto repairs I may need.

I originally took my car to Firestone about two times and every 4 to 5 months my car would be back overheating. Ken allowed me to bring in my car and gave me a breakdown of what was going on. After having this car, 2013 Chevrolet Cruz, I thought that it will always give me issues but Ken has got my car running like its brand new. Do not waste your time and money anywhere, especially Firestone, else and trust your car to Ken Sum General Auto Repar.
