Overall experience was 10/10. The gal at the front desk was extremely friendly and the gentleman in the shop went above and beyond. Fixed a rock chip within 10 minutes and then offered to clean the inside of my windshield due to the visible streaks. They have all my future business.

This place is amazing! I’m on vacation and someone smashed my back window! Safelite( who my insurance recommended) couldn’t fix it for 1.5 weeks! I called McKinney Auto glass and although they couldn’t get the window that day the offered to wrap it up to get us home! That is what I call customer service! If I could rate higher than a 5 star, I would rate them a ten. We were so impressed with the prompt service we received from the commercial service tech team. The salesperson, Gilbert, was professional, on time when meeting for the quote, he always answered my questions promptly, and the quote is comparable, if not better than others! Gilbert works hard to get the customer the best Milgard Windows for your budget! Taylor in the office corresponded quickly via email with quotes and answered my questions same day. The installers, John and Jaime were professional, quick, excellent cleanup and disposed of the old windows. The installation of four windows was done in February with snow on the ground and it was cold outside! This is a concrete block house, so it is not the easiest to install. Kudos to John and Jaime! We really appreciate all the staff at McKinney Glass! We highly recommend! You can't go wrong with Milgard Windows and the warranty!

We bought $35,000 in windows from McKinney’s and paid for them to install them. Installation was terrible. They did not glue frames to the wall which is a code. Put flashing over nails that were not flat. They did not install the sliding glass doors strait. The windows were not hung level to the windows next to them. Bottom track covers are too short. The flange is not strait ( half an inch dip by the header). They broke some parts of frame. They did send guys back to rehang some of the windows we caught however this was after it was caught and did not fix anything else. When other problems were found - too many problems to type here -the most upsetting thing was that when we reached out and even emailed the owner directly - we got NO response. The owner does not care for his consumers- it is clear to us. I would not recommend this business for window insulation.

We like the Milgard windows (screens are not good) but the installation not so much. Should have done a final walk around as to many issues were found (damaged windows and installation issues). Have had to come back to many times to fix issues that were damaged or not completed correctly. I still have one new window with damage that has not been fixed and it's been 30 days since they last said they were going to fix it.
