I took my car into Tedricks to supposably get the problem it had fixed and instead of fixing my car they messed up alot of other stuff thats costing me so much money. i payed tedrcks $2000 for a job they did completely wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, they do a bad job on cars.

*****************************************WARNING!***************************************************** I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. My family had a horrible experience here! Tidricks quality transmission offered HORRIBLE SERVICE they gave us a very unreliable loner vehicle that left me and my 9 month old son stranded. The vehicle didn’t even have a rear view mirror. How is that safe? I don’t know about you mr tidrick but I would want my customers to feel safe and want to come back again, especially when they pay well over $500.00 for your services! in January of 2018 my 73 year old grandfather brought in his vehicle to be worked on and when the vehicle was returned it ended up needing more work so we took it to sears in February 2018 well come to find out tidricks ended up charging my grandfather for work that wasn’t even done. The parts weren’t even touched!!!!!!!! While the vehicle was in the shop my grandfather had been in contact with mr tidrick multiple times and each time he got nothing but disrespect. How could you do this mr tidrick especially to a 73 year old man! You’re horrible.!

2006 Ram 3500 48re transmission was a mess. Brad rebuilt with better than stock parts plus a billet tourqe converter and transmission cooler. Shifts strong and I couldn't be happier. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

I don't know what she was talking about. I went to Tidricks because my Tahoe lost reverse and they diagnosed it and rebuilt the transmission for me in a very timely manner. I was so thankful for their service that about a year later I took them the rear end out of my Mustang and had them swap gears in it, Once again getting GREAT service. I recommend them to everyone.

I had him rebuild a transmission for a 1991 chevy S10 2.5 manual 5 speed He didn't replace the fork the cylinder. And not even 3000 miles transmission when out had to redo everything my self to fix his Poor work.

Wow, what a great place. Brad and his crew will bend over backward to solve your problem, even if it is not transmission related. We were having troubles ever since we had a new engine put on our van and he was able to either fix the problems or he knew someone who could. And he called me up to go on a test drive with him because after the last job he did not think it was quite right and wanted to know if what he heard was typical or new. It was new, so he put it back on the rack and found the problem and now it runs great. He’s been in business a long time, has vast knowledge, and takes great pride in his work, unlike the people who put our new engine in. As an added bonus, they have a great shop cat.

I called the shop to find out a ballpark estimate of what it would cost to fix my 2007 Cadillac DTS. I've had trouble with the transmission. These guys checked the books and gave me a legitimate estimate and went beyond with suggestions of how I could get the car repaired. I'm definitely going to have them work on my cars in the future because they are down-to-earth and honest! They definitely care about people. They are not just money grabbing. I am so relieved to find a business I can't trust.

Had the transmission rebuilt in my 2015 ram. After taking it back multiple times for a leaking pan it hasn't even lasted a year and it went out again with barely enough miles put on the truck for an engine oil change.

I would give them negative stars if I could. They sounded extremely helpful and reputable when I first called and set up an appointment, a week later and no one had looked at the car. The receptionist keeps stating she will call back since the mechanics are on lunch, by the way they have been on lunch since Thursday of last week!!! If you have a choice to take your vehicle for repair take it anywhere but here. Horrible accountability, if you want to waste time and money this is definitely the place to go. I hope the owner reads this and hope he figures out a better system that holds his mechanics accountable. I would highly recommend AAMCO, they are extremely transparent and honest and won’t waste any time or money!!! I’m sure this was a great company at one point but not for first time customers. Don’t waste your time here call around and get service elsewhere unless you have three plus weeks to waste waiting for diagnostics.

It’s bold to lecture a teenager on being a ‘team player’ while you’re using your professional business name to publicly kick someone while they’re down. If being a 'team player' means stalking community groups to mock people with health issues, I think the rest of Yakima is happy to be off your team.
