Very friendly, professional, and personable. The mechanic was thorough in his explanation of my service. Owners are warm and welcoming. They didn’t make me wait long and kept me up to date about my car during the whole process. I will definitely be taking my car back there. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

After moving to a new city and leaving my repair shop of 20 years behind, I believe I have found a honest, friendly repair shop with fair prices and speedy service.

Great service. We took our 2007 mercury montego in for service. The staff was amazing, they have reasonable price and are fair. We will definitely be bringing our car to this shop going forward. So glad we decided to go to them.

Highly recommend! Scott at the front desk is such a good guy who is easy to talk to and makes the time fly while you are sitting waiting for your car! The mechanics are honest and great at what they do. They figured out a problem that the last 4 mechanics couldn't find! Great service! Don't waste your time looking any further for a mechanic you can trust:))

Poor quality of work. I went there to get an annual inspection and they told me I needed to replace front control arms for $800. When they reassembled the liners in the wheel well and under front end, they left out a bunch of fasteners. I counted at least five of them the missing. Now all the loose panels bang together with every bump in the road, making a huge racket. In response to your response, the work was performed Aug 2023. This is my second car, I don’t drive it that frequently so I didn’t notice the missing fasteners until I got under it recently to change the oil.

Went for inspection, failed for breaks. $515 to replace breaks and rotors at McNabbs.(Explains the shaking on a hard break). Unfortunately my skeptical nature and 2 hour time estimate(avg looked it up for my car) said I wasnt going to make my next appointment. My rock and hard place ended up costing me 710 in the end. Woulda just been cheaper to Uber to my next appt. Dont be as untrustworthy as I was.

Efficient service and trustworthy mechanics. Always call with a breakdown of the expense before making repairs. Never push additional repairs. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an independent repair shop in the area.

I called last minute for an oil change and they worked me in. Prices are listed on photo board, I asked about their winterization package and front desk person printed out a list for me. Did I mention this is the first time I have used them? I may be changing to them for good. Would recommend.

McNabb Car Repair and Service is the best! I’ve known the owners for years as a customer of mine…and it’s a family run service. They are honest and trustworthy and professional. I can’t say enough about this family run business. The techs are the best. I trust them and hope others take their cars there to see what I mean.

This was my first time getting my car inspected at McNabb’s service and repair. Making the appointment was very easy. It had to be changed because of bad scheduling on my part and they were open to having me come the very next day instead with no problems. Dropped my car off 10 minutes early and the car was ready little bit more than an hour. Checkout was the fastest I’ve ever had at any garage.

First off let me say that I have used them in the past. I went to them as my engine light came on. I went to AutoZone to see what the problem was. I went and said I need an oil pressure sensor changed. I was told that I would need to pay $160 for diagnostic and that AutoZone tells you nothing and that is why it is free. I went a purchased a code reader tool and it said the same thing. So I purchased it and did my research on how to change it. I spent less to fix the problem than the price of the diagnostic price. I don’t understand the practice of having to make a customer pay for diagnostic when they already know what is wrong with their vehicle. If I go in for a transmission service do I need to pay for diagnostic first? But in the end what was wrong with my truck was OH WOW the oil pressure sensor. Just be careful that you are not forced to pay for something that you don’t need. And I know what they will say. “we don’t repair a vehicle without diagnosing it first”. But I already diagnosed it. I told them what was wrong with it. I just don’t get it cause it is upcharging and having to pay for something you don’t need.
