Incredibly disapointed with how this turned out. I've had service done here multiple times on my 2006 T1N Sprinter the last year; up until now things have been great. I've spent well over $3000 at this shop and expected the next bill to be a big one with engine and suspension issues. Dropped it off over a week and a half ago and they have not even had time to take a look at it; the thing has been parked in the same spot. This is my full time drive and I understand that the diesel business is a bit slower; no problem. I spoke with Jason on Monday and he said that he would get it in to start working on it; two days later I havnt heard anything so I call to check in. Ask to speak with Jason, secretary says he is not in shop; no problem I'll call back. I state that I really need a plan and time table because this is my full time ride and if they are too busy to help me right now I'll have to take it somewhere else to get things moved along - no hard feelings. She says OK. I call back later and ask for Jason - he is the person in charge of getting things done. Secretary tells me that Jason is in the shop but he is too busy dealing with more important things than to deal with my little problem. She sounds irritated. OK no worries; I'll take my business elsewhere. Pick up van hours later. No apologies, no I'm sorry to lose your business. Just a goodbye. Feeling incredibly undervalued, underappreciated as a customer and I wish I hadnt spent so much money here.

Worst company ever owner Jason is very rude they fixed my parents journey over tightened the wheels and lug nuts broke a stud and will not fix and are blaming me for their fault and damages I would deff avoid coming to this mechanic very rude and doesn’t take care of customers cars

They had installed an engine on my only delivery truck last year. shortly after the truck developed an oil leak and the core support was never secured to the vehicle. I called to make an appointment to drop it off and was told they don't make appointments and to just drop it off. I brought it to them on March 1st so they could honor their warranty. After two weeks I called to check the status ans was told they are really busy but they would look at it. I called once a week after that and was always given the same answer with more attitude each time. Finally after 45 days I called and asked if they ever looked at it and was told yes they did and it was just residual oil from before. I went and picked it up that day and the engine was still covered in oil, the core support was never reinstalled and the battery had to be jumped because the vehicle sat for so long untouched. I feel like because it was a warranty issue that I kept getting pushed off for paying customers.

Dropped the RV off on Monday wondering when it could be worked on, kept checking the storage lot but finally we called on Friday, seemed they would start work that day..After paying over $800.00+ even though we bought the part for steering repair on our RV, some two hours later heading back to our state the steering rods come loose while driving expressway. Luckily our relative had tools so my husband could do what we paid for in the first place. Caution to the wind if traveling through, try Mt Clemens.I don't think this place is ASE qualified even though a sign is displayed outside the office. I worked for a dealership in Colorado and know how important it is to be ASE qualified for all mechanics.

If I could give a ZERO I would’ve. First Poor attention to detail. Had my truck for over 10 days with no solution. Beware owner seems very under staffed. Secretary was blamed and I was told personally by owner when I showed up that she was screening my calls. Was promised someone would call me back, but that never happened. Highly recommend do not using unless they were last mechanics on earth. Left grease hand prints on truck and when picked up it was running worse than I dropped off. STAY AWAY!!! Took out of this place of business and to another repair shop and fixed in 2 days.

Needed a Diesel mechanic in the neighborhood prior always had to rely on dealerships. No more Jason was very professional and when I asked him about the two bad reviews he told me that both had taken vehicles to other mechanics prior and could not get them fixed. They tried to blame him for prior problems. I took a chance and glad I did needed glow plug on driver side. Jason suggested maybe doing all 4 since he had to gain access on that side so I said yes. He charged me a little more than the dealership wanted to replace 1. Would recommend the shop if you need diesel repair
