They got me in but didn't make sure that everything was properly done correctly. Had to go back 3x before part of the work got resolved and then was called out of my name and talked to unprofessional. What I went there for didn't get resolved because other work needed to be done.

Good hard working men. If they don't know they will find out. You might come in with what you think is wrong but they explain what is happening and tell you what all needs to be done. They take their jobs very seriously. If you have multiple things wrong they will tell you what is the most SERIOUS thing to fix first and foremost for the safety of you and your car. Love this place. They work with you.

Went there for oil change and could not show me my old oil filter and said they use great oil but used cheap kind wanted $60 I would not recommend nobody there unsatisfying service I believe they look out for certain people the man at the desk lied he asked the mechanic where is my oil filter and he just said he have thrown it but could not say where. They to me are scammers oil look like it came from the gas station cheap oil never would go there again.

The guys there are amazing! They were so busy they really didn't want to do the labor intensive work I needed so 1 of their mechanics (CJ) referred me to a place on 8ml. That IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF! RYAN SOMETHING OR ANOTHER was the name 8&Ryan just E. Of RYAN. AS soon as CJ found out what the clown on 8 ml. tried to do he called and ACTUALLY got permission to do the job himself! Who does that! CJ at mechanic zone that's who! Finally a actual honest repair shop in DETROIT PEOPLE! SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE THEY GOT UR BACK!

Went in to get my back break lines done over and one new caliper. My total was $370 once they did the inspection on the lines and I agreed to pay. 2 hours later they call me back trying to charge me 900 for the lines I needed to repair in the first place. Instead of fixing what I told them to fix they took the easy route and basically just gave me a caliper and a break hose and that was $300. They waved the 70 dollars after I went and complained about my vehicles problem not being solved... I've come to this shop a lot of times and they literally ALWAYS over charge.

The service here used to be good. I got work done on another car of mine back in 2017 job done well and reasonably priced, I don't know what happened since 2020. Recently came in and they over charge way too high on 2 different issues on different occasions. I went elsewhere, save your money..won't be back there!

I’ve been going to this shop for years and even recommended this place to other folks. They’ve always seemed to do good work, turn around time was good too. I also thought it was fairly priced. Most recently, I took my car up there because my car was overheating. Got it back the next day, it was still overheating. They told me it was the sensors. My car still overheating and I told myself that I would take it back my next off day. I took my car in to get fixed on Tuesday, got it back Wednesday and it was still overheating. I get home Friday and my thermostat is still going up. Friday night, my car didn’t turn on at all. I called and told them my car isn’t turning on. They came out to my house, Saturday morning, to start it, and they said the cable to the battery was loose and that’s why it’s doing that. They said I must’ve hit a pothole to shake it loose. 😒 They take it back to the shop and say it’s now the fan that’s causing the overheating, not the sensors. They were going to charge me $370, when I already paid them $750 for what I thought was a sensor issue. They did not fix the initial issue because they said, “it didn’t show up on the scanner.” They brought me my car back (I don’t live far from the shop) and they were still trying to get me to pay an additional amount, and the manager Frank, who brought it back, told me, “ I fix cars in steps. I didn’t want to quote you $1800, then you’ll be like what?” What in the world is that suppose to mean!? If I paid you to fix my car, fix it entirely, ESPECIALLY since I paid y’all $750 to fix it in the first place. They were acting as if they were doing me a favor, and honestly I feel like I’ve been take advantage of. Im a single mom of two kids, working off of one income, and I just thinks it’s disgusting to take advantage of people this way. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. Im not the only person they’ve done shady business with. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Pretty good shop I’ve been going to them for almost 7 to 8 years. They have worked on at least three of my vehicles. They very reasonable and they try to work with you far as getting whatever repairs you need done done to your vehicle I would recommend them.
