Best service I ever experienced!!! I will definitely be going back!!! I was helped by a guy named Abe not only did he take me under the car showed me what was wrong he informed me of other issues and explained to me what it was and how it affected my car!!! He also showed me the parts that were taken out and why they needed to be replaced!! His main concerned was safety which is mine as well being a single mother of 4 their lives matter!!! Great staff great service reasonable price after six month of bearly driving the cheap break started eating at the rotors car started pulling left and right front ties went bald alignment messed up 1 lug screw flew out the rear tire safety issues. had to take to belle tire for a safer professional work. Remain blessed and safe out there yall. Price not worth danger and risk to people out here.

Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism My experience with West Warren Auto Repair was deeply unsatisfactory. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a straightforward repair, but the process quickly became frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were repeatedly missed, and I was given little to no explanation for the delays. When I finally received my car, the original issue had not been properly addressed, and additional problems appeared shortly afterward. Despite expressing my concerns, the staff showed little accountability or interest in resolving the matter. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s important to caution others. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend West Warren Auto Repair for anyone seeking reliable, professional, or transparent automotive service.
