Great pharmacy! Reminds me of a small town pharmacy versus the "big box" pharmacies we've all become used to. Personable, knowledgeable service; pharmacists spend time with me making sure I understood my new compounded medication. Love being able to purchase health store caliber products like supplements, etc and always get my questions answered.

This is a great pharmacy. I stopped in today to fill an acne medication for my son and found out they could make my dogs compound valley fever medication (fluconazole). I had been driving to Scottsdale prior so great to have a compounding pharmacy in Chandler. Steve and Taylor helped me out and got me a way better deal on my son's medicine than what I was getting at Costco. Thanks medmetrics!!!

Very nice and accommodating staff. Refilling was very easy but a little too efficient for their own good.. I had called Medmetrics and talked to a receptionist letting her know my dog had died so he wouldn't be needing his meds refilled anymore. She passed along her condolence and i though that would be it. However still, a fax got sent to his veterinary clinic a day or 2 later and i got a call from them asking questions about my dead dog and why his meds were requesting refills? Etc.. so i told them i had already contacted medmetrics letting them know he had passed away so they said they would disreguard the fax and again i thought that would be it.. Nope, the next day i got another call from a different employee from his veterinary clinic asking again the same questions because they received yet another fax asking for authorization to refill his pain medication.. (she said it was a new fax, i made sure to ask if it had that days date on the top and not the date of the fax i discussed with them the day before) so i asked that they write on the fax ''patient deceased, refills no longer authorized, declined forever" something of that nature and the calls/faxes finally stopped until today, months and months later i get an email addressed to my dead dog asking he write a review of his experience... It is difficult to lose a pet but to continually have to verbalize "he is dead, i no longer have my family member who i loved for the better part of a decade" made the grieving process- which is very already difficult- that much more difficult.. so if you can deactivate his chart, profile, file, information, whatever you call it I'd appreciate it. And hopefully you can figure out how to better note that so this doesn't happen to someone else.. i understand we live in a digital age so these were probably on auto send, including this email, but maybe try and work a little harder on taking the deceased off the automative systems. That would have made his passing less work and less of a constant reminder right when it was still so raw. Great service but this experiences at the ebbs and thought email will likely keep me from being a return customer. I understand too you are a new business and likely working out the bugs but to me this is s pretty big bug. So i hope someone finds this review so things can be repaired.

I was purchasing my hormone cream at a different location off of Val Vista for $15 more and it would just rub off. I complained to the owner twice and no change. Instead of taking injections doctor advised I try different vendor. Just off of Alma School and Riggs Road is the closest one to me. Not only is the hormone cream working but it's less expensive. Staff is friendly. Love it!

It's more than just a pharmacy. I found many supplements I currently take that I usually have to order online. Now, not only can I get my Rx filled but I can also purchase my other items, for less and without the shipping costs, all in one place. As an added bonus, it close to home and everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Everyone I've had the pleasure of talking with are great. I get valley fever medicine here for my pup (it's almost gone now to, thankfully). You can get your pups meds in flavored treats too.

Medmetrics for the win! My dr called in some meds to another pharmacy and I was unable to get any type of communication from them. They could not tell me the cost, quantity or when it would be ready to be picked up and stated it was still in the “system” and could not do anything until it was processed but no telling when that would be. I was asked why it took so long they stated that they ensured that it was “made correctly” but could take up to 5-7 days with no other information.
Medmetrics to the rescue. The pharmacist was very upfront - gave me the cost, when it would be ready by and answered all other questions for me. Amazing communication here and nothing hidden which makes me feel so comfortable about the meds I’m taking.

Fast service and cheaper than other compound pharmacies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to bring my cat in after just leaving the vet, so I didn't have to leave my car running. They even took a picture of him to post on their social media. I'm switching to them permanently!

They will process your compound prescriptions through your prescription insurance for you. They even gave me ice packs on a summer day to keep the refrigerated medicine cold until I could make my 45 minute drive home. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great to work with!

I love that it’s easy to speak to a (helpful) human any time I call during business hours. Minus one star only bc saving money by purchasing multiple months of a script on file wasn’t offered to me as an option until after I’d paid for and picked up a month’s worth. Not a big deal, but I’ll make sure to take advantage of the discount by purchasing 2 month’s worth at a time next visit. Great customer service otherwise. Thank you!

Ive been a loyal customer for years with no issue up until recently when they moved and changed their name. Im assuming ownership changed because thos was when they began price gouging. Im talking 3 and 4 times the price found at any other pharmacy. No this is not for compounded prescriptions. The new front desk employee is aggressive, rude, and entitled. Its a night and day change from the positive experiences of the past. I would not recommend them anymore. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that is at least going to treat you well.
