As soon as Dustin understood that I have problem with my AC he got me even though I didn’t have an appointment. He gave me replacement car when he understood that the diagnosis will be longer than a day. Dustin kept me informed about the car and called me with an updates every few days. Got my car back and AC works great. Thank you Dustin!

I had the best experience this weekend at Horne. Javier was my service advisor and made sure I was well taken care of. I had previously visited another Kia dealership and was told of a repair that I would need in the future and I was quoted a significant amount. This time when I visited Horne Kia for an oil change, I was also advised of the same repair but when they called me to inform me of this repair, they had already taken the initiative in locating my warranty and offering to call the warranty company to get approval. The warranty company approved the claim, and I was able to get additional maintenance done at the same time. They kept me informed throughout the process and completed the job timely. I’m very satisfied with the customer service that I received And I’ll only be returning to Horne Kia moving forward. Thanks Javier!

Two years ago, I gave Horn Kia a five star rating my last experience indicates there has been a change either in management or philosophy Before the holidays I made an appointment for an oil change, address recalls and a car inspection. The work took four hours longer than I was told. And when I went to pick up the vehicle, they had not done the oil change nor the inspection and told me they could not repair the recall. When I expressed my disappointment, they completed the recalls, but told me I would have to come back for the other service. I probably should’ve asked for credit for the cost of the Uber.

My car was due for maintenance. I just lost my husband so was a little nervous about taking the car in by myself. I drove up and was instantly greeted by a very nice professional young man who immediately called my service advisor. Mikey was extremely helpful and went through what I could expect. He assured me all the areas would be checked and that they would take care of the 2 recalls. My friend picked me up and 11/2 hours later he called me with an update that all work was completed and my car was ready. Picking up my car was also easy and hassle free. I was so happy with all the people I interacted with. Would definitely always ask for Mikey Gill in the future. Took away all the apprehension and worry about getting service work done! Can’t thank him enough for the great job.

This is the second card that I have purchased from Horne, that tells you something about them. From the sale to service they are five star. Our salesman Juan Velasco was extra nice, explained all the operation of all the bells and whistles the car has (more than I will probably use). For our first maintenance check we had the pleasure of meeting Joseph Fischer. He was just as nice as Juan. Told us how long the service would take and he would call us if there was an issue, etc. He actually called before expected and again, was super nice and courteous. I love my Kia and the Horne dealership! Thank you!!

I called Horne Kia today to make an appointment for my 2023 Kia Sportage. When I had my oil changed by my local garage they noted that there was grime on the side of the timing cover. I was told by the customer service gal that I would need to leave my car for 24 hours for a diagnostic service. That is not what my car reguires. I cannot do that as we live about 20 miles away and only have the one car. She had no idea what I was asking for and truly didn't care. She said they are a very busy dealership and that was the best she could do. I did not get my last free oil change there because it takes a very long time, even with an appointment. I would not purchase another car from this dealership as there service is so poor!

My first time there and Brian took very good care of a new customer! The lot was packed at 8:30 am. The greeter lead me to park then ask about my appointment. Finally, a good experience! Had run arounds with this place for a while. Thank goodness previous guys we dealt with are no longer there. After speaking with Craig Dawson things got done and all in one appointment. Had recall issue addressed, tints done, and oil change. Didn’t wait all day this time. If I could shout from the mountaintops, I would sing the praises of the incredible care and kindness I received from Buttons, Jake and Scott—three people who completely transformed what could have been a stressful experience into something truly uplifting. Since my car accident, things haven’t been easy. I was nervous walking into the service center, unsure of what to expect. But from the very first moment, Scott made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued as a Kia owner. He took the time to explain each step of the process with patience and clarity, never letting me feel lost or alone. His communication was thoughtful and consistent, and it was clear he truly cared—not just about fixing my car, but about making sure I felt supported and confident through it all. And then there’s Buttons and Jake—what a gem. He went above and beyond to make sure I got to my destination safely and comfortably, and later returned to pick me up so I could retrieve my car. That level of care is rare, and it meant so much to me. He wasn’t just doing a job—he was taking care of someone who needed a little extra kindness, and I will never forget that. Got a flat tire on Wednesday evening and drove in Thursday morning with no appointment. Joseph was great in welcoming me and finding a solution to my problem. The tire was not in stock, so it had to be ordered. While I was there, I also got an oil change.

Just completed 2nd service and took 3.25 hrs waiting on vehicle. The first time I took it in it took 4 hrs for a service. I work in service and if it took this much in my company there would be management involved looking on why it took so much time! I believe we are going to find a different dealer in the future to do business with because the time it takes is not acceptable! Maybe management should look into vehicle turnaround time and make changes to the scheduling in the future. I called a different Kia dealership and asked the service manager how long their service takes on average and they said an hour to hour and half. The sales team said I could get a spare key phob for the vehicle so the first time I took it in they could not get it programmed to the vehicle. This time I asked they said it would cost over $200 for it.

This is not a good review, I have left Positive reviews for the Parts department of Horne Kia in the past because there service has been good so I'm disappointed to now be writhing a negative review for the service department. The lock cylinder was failing on the door of my Soul so I ordered a new one from the parts department. The service department said they could re-key it to match my existing key and install it, the labor cost was reasonable so I decided to go with that option rather than do it myself. I setup an appointment and sent my wife in with the car, they again told her re-keying to match the existing was no problem, so she left the car with them. Upon her return they told her they installed it, but did not re-key it, gave her the bill, and a referral to a locksmith. She reminded them that re-keying it was the reason we decided to have them do it and now we were going to have to pay a locksmith to remove it and did not appreciate that. At this point the counter person left to talk to service, then returned and said they actually had not installed the cylinder but they had some recall issues they needed to address on the car and asked her to return later. Upon my wifes return the third time she over heard several people saying "is that her", "Yes that's her" This is rude and bellow the level of service I expect. I am very disappointed that I cannot trust Horne Kia provide the service originally discussed, and treat my wife with respect when I have her drop off the car for me.

Second worst experience at a Kia dealership (worst experience was also here when they didn’t reattach a seatbelt belt). Went in for an oil change, ended up spending $500 on other items but it’s not about that. 4 hours waiting with no communication. Texted for updates and got nothing. Car was sitting in the parking lot for an hour completed with no updates. They couldn’t even be bothered to clean up their notes that they put on the windshield before being “done”. I’m not one to do surveys normally but after the awesome sales experience, I have been completely turned off by the multiple times dealing with the servicing. Will not return to this dealership for any business (purchase or servicing) ever. I will be taking all servicing to small business mechanics from here on out.

Bought a new car here in 2023 and would always have my car serviced here, despite it being a bit farther from home because I always received great service. My most recent visit here, however, was so incredibly unpleasant that I will be getting my future services done elsewhere. I came in for a routine oil change and to have my rear windshield wipers replaced (which despite me rarely using, they kind of just fell apart). I had called the week before when I made the appointment, and was told that I had a service plan for 50% off on wipers, so the price would be $17 instead of $34. I mentioned that one of the front wipers was falling apart too, and asked if that would also be discounted and he said yes. I intended initially just to have the rear done since it was in worse shape, but figured with the discount I might as well have both done. On the day of the appointment, I was told it'd be 1.5 hours. After 2 hours, someone comes and tells me they're wrapping up paperwork so I'll be out of there soon. Another hour goes by and I have heard nothing, so I walk up to the counter and ask how the paperwork is going. They tell me they couldn't do the wipers because they had to get them from Lexus (which was confusing since I have a kia soul), and they tell me there's no charge. I was super confused and asked to clarify- turns out they were looking at someone else's paperwork and pulled up his car instead of mine lol. We had similar names so that was an understandable mistake. However, they then pull up my paperwork and the charge is twice what I expected! I told them I was quoted a different price and had a 50% off plan, and the guy says no front wipers aren't included in the plan at all... and I know for a fact I double checked with the person I spoke to on the phone about that, since I hadn't even wanted the front wipers done initially. So I tell him I'm positive the person I spoke to said it'd be discounted. He then asks for me to check my phone records so he can see which staff member it was, and says if it was one of the other staff he'll give me the initially agreed upon price, but if he made the call he wont... so I check the day of the call, he says "oh yeah that would've been me you spoke to, I wouldn't have said front wipers are discounted" (he did tho). I push back on this and ask if he can pull up a recording of the call, the lady working at the front is arguing against him too now, saying he should just give me the price since I'd at this point been waiting 2 hours longer than quoted, and he's pushing back against both of us. I'm tired and want to go home but its been 3 hours so I figure I don't mind waiting a bit longer, and ask him to pull up the phone call. It's only $17 but it's the principle of the thing. So I wait another half hour and finally he walks over and says they'll do the discounted price I was quoted. I asked if he found the phone call and what was said on it, and he says his boss just told him to give me the discount and asked what the heck he was making such a fuss over $17 for. I'm inclined to agree. Don't get your services done here, the new management is deceptive and incredibly rude and the staff seems pretty miserable working with that guy as well.

After reading previous reviews, looks like the poor service seems to be the norm at the service center. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, I was told by McKenna that they were “behind” on oil changes and it would be a 2 and a half hour wait. She asked if I lived within a 10 minute drive to which I said no I live an hour away. She said “I’ll see what I can do”, which I knew meant nothing. After waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes, I decided to go look outside and there I see my car still sitting in the line to be serviced. I went inside and found her and questioned why it was still in this line, she said “sorry we’re really busy”. I ended up leaving after almost 3 hours without my car even being serviced. She never once came to find me to update me on the time because they don’t care clearly. Something needs to change with their scheduling because they do not have adequate staff to service the volume of appointments they are scheduling. Money is definitely more valued than the customers. At that rate, it would’ve been at least 5 hours for a simple oil change. I won’t be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Service Advisor Dustin, driver Valentino and team did a remarkable job on our Kia today. The expectation was high but they absolutely blew away every mark! Great dealer, Great Service Department. We were happy to get a fantastic price on our car about a year ago and it just keeps getting better the more I get to know them! Shuttle service was exceptional, zero wait time! At my age that is so important! Great job Horne Kia! Highly recommend this business!

The service manager quoted $7,000 for a new engine replacement with a P0011 code for my Kia Niro with no alternative tips on what to fix first before replacing the whole engine. I found a reddit post with someone who gave very detailed information on this easy repair. The sludge from dirty oil triggered the code. A new solenoid cost $40 online. Replaced the spark plugs at the same time. The dashboard engine light went away and is running just fine.
