Mixed emotions with sams club tire centers. Several bad experiences, one they cross threaded a lug nut of which I had to replace on my own. Secondly, it’s frustrating to get to the tire center at 6:15pm and be told that they can’t help today because there are 2 cars in front getting tires and they close at 7:00. It’s more like they close at 6:00, sams should mention that the 7:00pm close time is at their convenience. I might mention that I have had fairly good luck with sams in the past. Just not the last few times.

The WORST service I have ever experienced. I was trying to switch from Discount Tire to Sam Club but at this point I wish I hadn't. I was never notified that my tires were ready even though their website says I will be. They say you can walk in with no appointment but they turned me away even though no cars were being worked on. Tried to make an appointment over the phone (which looks like the only way to make one) and they NEVER pick up the phone. Been Calling for four straight days and they won't pick up the phone and the the customer service desk will not help you. All they say is to call back later. They almost canceled my order which would have lost my Black Friday Sale Discount. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO SELL TIRES IF YOU DON'T LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THEY CAME IN, TURN THEM AWAY WHEN THEY PHYSICALLY SHOW UP AT THE STORE, AND WON'T PICK UP THE DANG PHONE OVER SEVERAL DAYS!!!!!

Yeah just not worth the savings, just go to your normal tire store. Saved 900$ on mounting and balance but had to get lug nuts replaced and fixed, then the tpms valve was defective they replaced and took another hour and a half, about to have discount Tire recalibrate the tpmses

I went in to get gas and well my car battery died and I couldn’t get my truck to start so I asked for help because as luck would have it my husband was out of town and couldn’t come help me so Benjamin and Joseph came to the rescue Benjamin tried to jump start my truck and nothing so my only option was to buy a new battery they helped me push my truck out to the parking lot and Joseph went to grab a new battery while Benjamin pulled the old one out Luckily these too guys were there to give a helping hand and minutes later I was on my way home !! These two guys were my angels today I’m so thankful they were kind, understanding and above all were happy to help !!

We needed tires really badly. We called at 8 am on a Saturday morning. Our tires had like no tread left and that's a huge danger in Arizona hot temperatures. They said we needed an appointment but did have our tires in stock. They said their first available appointment was tomorrow. We told the guy that we would have to look elsewhere (we are going to be driving around 300 miles between today and tomorrow). I was starting to panic. The guy said that they could see us as a walk in. We brought the car in and they finished by the time we were done shopping. We also got the tires for way less than any other local tire shops quoted. I stopped and to get my tires checked because I thought they might be leaking air. Jesus was so kind and very willing to help. Because Of his skill and customer Care, he was able to diagnose a Larger problem, there was a cut in my tire that was irreparable. He quickly provided me three different quotes to replace two tires. The order came in quickly, and when I brought it in for installation his customer service went above and beyond my expectations. His Technical knowledge and his customer service are both the best in its class. He made me feel like a VIP. During the installation, he uncovered a very serious hidden problem And was able to take care of that also. because of his expertise, he saved me from a potentially life threatening accident. I will never go anywhere else from now on and will share this wonderful experience with my family and friends. The quality of the tires they sell and the warranties provided, along with a great customer experience make this location my top recommendation!
