⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My car’s AC went out—definitely the worst timing living in Arizona! I called Higley Family Auto and was able to get my car in fairly quickly. Jake took a look and quickly figured out what the issue was. He called me right away with some not-so-great news, but instead of pushing me to do the repairs immediately, he suggested I check with my dealer about the warranty since my car is under 5 years old. He gave me incredibly helpful advice and walked me through what to do now and what to expect after the AC is fixed. Super honest and informative—I’m so grateful for Jake and the team. I’ll definitely be coming back to Higley Family Auto for future service!

I am SO grateful to have stumbled upon this gem of a family owned Auto Repair Shop. I am so grateful to have found this auto shop!!! It is by far the best that I have ever been to. Jake and his team are friendly, honest people who do really quality work. Jake explains everything very clearly, and is great at communicating even after the service is provided to make sure everything is going well. Jake also was able to get the price of the service lower than initially quoted which I greatly appreciate and is something that you don't often find in other shops. I am so impressed by this shop and am so glad I found them!!

Do you see all the five star reviews? They’re 100% earned & deserved. Last week, I brought my car in to have the timing belt looked at. Jake had looked up my car beforehand & double checked it when I brought it in, informing me my car didn’t have a timing belt (go ahead & laugh at me, I laughed at me too). He did that to save me the cost of labor it would’ve taken for them to really take it apart & look at my (nonexistent) timing belt. He then gave me the option to leave my car for an oil change with a complimentary tire rotation & free general safety check. I brought my car back in this week for them to do all the recommended maintenance from the safety check. My car’s brakes especially feel much better after the brake system flush. Rather than trying to squeeze as much money possible out of each customer, their business model is to provide honest, quality work at a fair price so you come back & also recommend them to everyone you know (as businesses should be but too few of them actually are). They have a military discount too. Jake even applied the additional discount from my oil change to my second visit, since I paid for the oil change before knowing about the military discount. Jake talks to his customers like he’s catching up with an old friend. He’s friendly & transparent about everything they do to your car and what it does/doesn’t need. If you need something they don’t provide (tires, cosmetic repairs, etc.), he’ll recommend places nearby that provide quality care & prices. Him & his team treat your car as they would their own. You will leave feeling like they truly want to help you take care of your car so it will last as long as possible.

Long time coming review. Jake and his team provide the most excellent service and most importantly, honesty. He will take the time to explain to you if there's an issue with your car and explain the fix (even if I don't fully understand haha!!). The transparency in the work and the quality of the work are the best I have ever received. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with an older vehicle, but these guys were amazing. They gave the car a full exam and were completely transparent about what was going on. How many mechanics do you trust 110%? All you need is ONE and for me that is Higley Family Auto Care (HFAC)! My family and friends have been going to HFAC for years and I can honestly say that I've saved thousands and thousands of dollars in the past few years. The owner, JJ, is very knowledgeable and most of all.... HONEST! He takes the time to analyze the issue, explain what needs to be done and why. Then, he makes sure it is done RIGHT! I have been to many other shops ranging from small to big dealerships and not a single one of them can come close to the integrity and quality of work that Higley Family Auto Care provides. My daughter's car had an issue that a "big shop" said would cost thousands to fix but when I took it to HFAC, all it needed was a transmission fluid flush! That saved me thousands right there. There's no other shop I would trust to take care of my family's vehicles now. We recommend HFAC to family and friends all the time because we know JJ and his crew will take good care of them like their own family.
