They were given every opportunity, and they did not stand behind their work, very disappointed.

I would give them negative stars if that was an option. I purchased my truck from this dealership with a maintenance package, they told me I had to get my maintenance done at their dealership. Not true. My first experience with Joshua in the service dept was great. My second was with Robert/Ashley, Ashley was who I had my appt with, she was oblivious to the fact that I even had one. Then she said Robert would help me. Robert doesn't know how to do his job. He failed to notice I had a maintenance package. Wanted to charge me for my 60k mile maintenance, and charged me for rotating my tires, which comes with the oil change, along with washing my vehicle, which didn't happen. When asked about it, he literally said he didn't realize I had a maintenance package. I've never had to ensure they knew that. He texted me saying that I could text him any time with questions or for updates, he never responded to those messages. He then called my husband about the work being done, when I gave my number and my husband isn't the one that knows anything about my truck. When I called to ask about charges, he didn't return my calls, I had to call and ask to speak with anyone in service, and he happened to be the anyone answering the phone. Then told me he thought he called me. Initially, San Tan told me to just drop my truck off and they'd get to it sometime in the next 2 weeks, but I made an appt anyway, thinking they had a scheduling service for a reason. They also won't give you a rental until they verify warranty work, which i get, but not when they're cool with you being without a vehicle for 2 weeks before they can even figure out the problem instead of actually using their scheduling system for the purpose it was intended. Every dealership has at least a 2 week wait for transmission work right now. They not only didn't fix my transmission issue, they made it worse, so I had to go without my truck again to fix what they couldn't. Larry H Miller had a 2 week wait as well, but they at least rescheduled my appt for when they could actually look at it. They also communicated the whole time and didn't charge me for things that I shouldn't be charged for. I will be taking all further business to them instead. San Tan Ford was probably the worst experience I've had at a dealership. And I'm still waiting to get my money back that he said was charged by accident. I work in the service industry, and I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. But Robert went beyond deserving that and should probably reconsider his career choices.

Fantastic experience with my first service for my Lincoln Navigator at San Tan Ford. Service Advisor, Zach Roinick, was attentive, provided great, frequent communication, understood the service request and completed without any complications and had everything on the service list done in one day. My Navigator was washed and then delivered to my home. Thank you for a service well done!

Amazing Dealer Service! I scheduled online, which was super easy, then when dropping off my vehicle they were very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. Communication was great throughout the day and everything I requested was completed by the end of the day. I was especially pleased because this was my first time using their service department, after being disappointed with the service we had been receiving for the last 9 years at a different, closer dealership. I am sold on San Tan and will continue to return here, despite it not being the closest dealer to my home. Thank you!

Took my 2019 Mustang GT in for a recall and was greeted immediately upon arrival. My advisor Alysa H. was professional, communicative and knowledgeable! The facility is immaculate and everyone is friendly. Thank you San Tan Ford for helping me get this done!

I purchased a Ford F-150 from San Tan Ford in 2020. I began to hear an undetectable noise and was worried they would not be able to repeat it. I asked to drive with the technician and he diagnosed the noise immediately to be my springs. They replaced the isolator pads and all was good. However what was cool was he noticed that my dash had warped, I had not even noticed. They also replaced my dash all under my factory warranty. I was treated with professionalism and the utmost respect. I dropped my truck off and was on my way with a rental in a very short time. As long as San Tan Ford keeps up their impeccable customer service I will have my car serviced there. Shout out to Eric Thompson who took care of me, I will always ask for Eric!!!!!

I think the techs do good work here, however service schedules appts at least a month out and parts needed for warranty repairs don't arrive when expected leading to many extra weeks of waiting. Also, communication with my service advisor has been a struggle. He is hard to reach by phone and doesn't always reply to emails, and hasn't shared the outcomes of each of the concerns I reported before dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle they rented to me, which turned into a Ford-paid rental as the wait got longer, was in okay condition but not nearly as fuel efficient or fun to drive as my own vehicle. I'll update this when the part they're waiting on has arrived and been installed.

After over 8 years of purchasing my car, coming here for service and repairs. My experience has left something to be desired. I keep making appointment online and they are somehow getting cancelled (not by me) I had an appointment for 10/15 at 8am and it somehow disappeared. I have made another appointment and taken a screenshot for when I have to call the service manager again.

I should know better by now then to use these guys. Charged me extra to rotate my tires even though it's supposed to be included in "The Works" package. Extra $50 because Ford recommends a 5-tire rotation instead of 4. Go somewhere else. Earnhardt, Rob Horne, anywhere else really.

I bought my F-150 in November of '23 and took it in for its first oil change, tire rotation and 10,000 mile inspection. The price was more than fair. The whole staff was friendly and Zachary my service writer was very communicative. Great place for service! Oh yeah...loved the show of force in the morning! You all looked eager and willing to take care of my truck! Thank you!

The company I work for has us go to the fleet services to get our oil change and routine services. Having everything scheduled and communicated is always key to a busy stressful work week. These guys did a great job and I absolutely recommend them for all your fleet services.

If I couldn't get good service with a full factory warranty, sometimes over 7k in repairs, how in the world would you be treated fair here? Risk it somewhere else. Had my transmission problems eternally on my 2019 expedition while under an extended factory warranty. Took it to them 4 or 5 times over the last 5 years for the same issues. Always kept it for over a week and one time, over 3 weeks. Everytime I got it, it seemed ok for a bit until I went on a long trip then the exact same shifting problem would come back and at times go into a limp mode where I could only go like 40mph. I'm convinced a few times they never did anything just bandaid or reset computer. Although claiming twice they "rebuilt" the transmission. It's actually most likely they did do the work but they are just incompetent. Now my warranty is out, still same problems. I'll never be going back here. And right now they have a new expedition I want, like really want, but over my dead body will I give them my new car purchase. I'm sick of allowing poor service to occur in this industry. I'm ashamed I kept giving them a chance all that time. Don't risk it with these guys.

Wanted to let people know that they allow you to drive off after doing repairs with an unsafe vehicle. Brought in my Ford Focus for repair. Power steering was failing. Told they could fix. $2300 for repair. Car is not worth that much but it is still needed so we agree. My son took it home and then to work the next day. Steering freezes up again and he nearly has an accident. Parts fell off. Took it back and they repaired it with duct tape and ties. Apparently the wiring harness was cracked. Spoke with service manager about letting us drive off after the repairs were done and paid for and having this happen. His response was that on the way home we hit a curb or something in the road that caused this to happen and that it was a veteran tech and he would not make such a mistake. He also told me he personally looked at it. That is funny because I called to complain and was told there was no service manager available on the weekend. They lied. Nothing happened to cause this after we left. The problem existed the first time it was brought in and they thought it would be ok. They were not willing to do anything and would say anything to cover the negligence of their technicians. If you bring your car here I would be very concerned that you may be driving off an unsafe vehicle after you pay for the repairs.

I brought our family van in for a recall that we received in the mail. The paperwork said it should only take a day. While dropping the van off I was told it could be a few days, I explained how tough it was going to be because no other vehicle could fit my big family but I know how business can be so I was understanding. The recall paperwork said a rental would be coved but when I asked for one I was told none were available. Well after a week and a half and being passed around to 3 different services people. I asked again for a rental and finally was able to get one. Another week went by before our van was fixed. It took 2 1/2 weeks to complete the work that was supposed to take 1 days. Also the door to out fuel port was broken when we got our van back. Definitely a frustrating experience.

Excellent Dealership! I bought my Ford F350 Dually at San Tan Ford. I also bought an extended warranty. Don’t let people tell you that once the warranty expires, your coverage stops. A few things went wrong within a few months after my warranty expired. However, Jesus, my advisor, helped me by appealing to Ford Motor Company and arranged a big discount for the parts and repairs I needed. In addition, they discovered a recall item on my back-up camera and also fixed that! All of this occurred in a single day! It gets better! Another advisor helped me with some questions I had while I was waiting. She was outstanding and so helpful! Just before I picked up my truck, I was advised not to use the car wash for my truck since it was so big. But they hand washed it anyway. Wow! Wait! It gets even better! Jesus discovered some credits on Ford Pass and further reduced the cost for the repairs! What a great crew of people whose obvious goal is to serve the customer! Look no further people. San Tan Ford is the best!

My recent service was unfortunately quite negative. Highlighted by high costs, a slow turnaround, and poor communication—a sharp contrast to a much better experience I had here previously. I brought my truck in on Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation, engine light and bed camera replacement. Despite an expectation set for Monday, I didn't get it back until Tuesday. Cost: I was charged two separate diagnostic fees of $199 each for a check engine light (even after I mentioned I'd already replaced the battery and perhaps that was the cause) and a bed camera issue. The invoice described the troubleshooting for both as IDENTICAL (code reading and circuit validation), yet two charges still applied. The final bill of $762 for a camera replacement, oil change, and tire rotation felt excessive, especially given a replacement camera costs about $40 and takes 15 minutes to install. Time & Communication: Our service advisor, James, was very difficult to reach. If I missed his call, I could never get him on the phone when I called back. For a multi-day repair, the complete lack of proactive updates via text or email was a major problem. This was the opposite of our previous visit with Alysa, who provided excellent, consistent text communication from the moment we dropped off. In hindsight, I should have handled the issues myself. The long wait, high price, and inconsistent service quality will make us reconsider coming back. I would advise others to confirm all pricing, diagnostics and the expected communication process very clearly before leaving their vehicle. If able, give strong consideration to which service advisor is handling their visit.

I went in for warranty work on my f150 and Jesus took great care of me! I appreciate all the hard work everyone at San Tan Ford service department did for me, especially Jesus, I’ve always been a Ford guy and will remain a Ford guy based on how I was treated and taken care of here! Hopefully Jesus’ supervisor reads this and promotes him or something 👍

I bought the maintenance plan and for the past 6 visits, they've honored it and do a great job. I've also been here for a windshield replacement and they did a great job, especially with explaining and helping call with the insurance step. On my most recent visit, Eric investigated a loud noise in my blower motor and fixed it before I even needed to go into the shop! Thanks Eric!

Great service, before and after pictures of the transfer case, they really cleaned it very well after replacing the rear output shaft seal.
