This was the best vehicle garage I have been to it’s clean organized and has an excellent team in all working there. Scott helped me out twice now fitting me in do to travel schedule and as a woman of a few years travel from New England to the 4 corner states this was amazing. When I see a check engine light it’s extremely annoying and as I do a lot of the road less traveled by I didn’t know how quickly AAA might respond. Haha. They did figure it out and I am back to travel schedule. Two days befor I had gone to a very big GMC dealer for a diagnostic on Light and change oil. After 4 hours I was quoted with a $3400 quote on other work they said it needed. So second opinion and got what needed to be done Done. Good business ethics and customer satisfaction!

Went in for a simple oil change, set an appointment online and was given a confirmation call. Arrived at the appointment time but apparently the one person that does oil changes is at lunch. After waiting 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time I brought it to the attention of the receptionist who explained he was still at lunch, I asked how long and the man next to her told me to sit down or leave. Poor service in my opinion, if you set an appointment for a customer you should schedule your employees lunches around them, or better, set the appointment around your employees lunch. I'm sure they do great work on cars, but maybe try being a little professional.

I have had them do so many things for me free of charge because that’s the kind of shop they run. Feels like they truly care about you—they are honest, reliable, knowledgeable and want your business for life and they work hard to keep you happy. They even give my kids toys, candy, and let them pick the movie while we wait. They loan you a car so you won’t be out a car the whole day. Wow. I can’t say enough good about them. Would recommend them to anyone. You’ll never need to look for a better company you can trust with your car...The search ends here.

We couldn’t sing praises louder about them! They have treated us like family without even knowing us! Their honesty is what has blown us out of the water. We had gotten our car diagnosed elsewhere and it came back with an endless list of repairs they HIGHLY recommended totaling more than our cars value even was. When we brought it to them they came back with the true issue which was minimal cost and actually fixed our problem. We recently brought our car back in to them for something that was an easy fix and when we offered to pay for at least labor cost they kindly refused. We will bring our car to no one else from this point on

Crooks with bad attitudes. Horrible customer service and do not treat their customers with respect. Cannot take criticism and are not full of integrity at all. What would cost at a normal mechanic shop 400/500 parts and labor they will up sell you 1100/1200 dollars! I beg you to price match your parts and your mechanics, don’t even bother going here! Save your money and your stress levels. They Break parts in your car and want you to pay for them to fix. Car started when I brought it and when I picked it up had to have it towed out of there. Disrespectful and disappointed. The people coming here must not know about cars.

I can not rave enough about Fleet! We take our Escalades and my sons Audi here... Tony and the crew are AMAZING! In my opinion, the most important things about finding a great mechanic are... they need to do great work and be honest. There were several times we thought we needed major work done and after inspection they said it was just a little fix or nothing needed to be done.... versus the dealer who wanted us to spend $500-$1,500. Their price is also very fair... much less than the dealer. I HIGHLY recommend them!

These guys are amazing. We had issues with our Mercedes Sprinter Van 3500 over the weekend while on our roadtrip. Weird crunchy noises from the drivers side front wheel. Called them up at 7am on Monday and they had us in immediately. Diagnosed the issue within an hour and we were back on the road by 1pm with new brake rotors sorted. can’t say enough good things about Integrity Fleet Services. They were amazing to work with. They found and fixed an issue that other shops couldn’t diagnose. This wasn’t an easy job either—it involved a rare, non-civilian military diesel engine. Instead of guessing or throwing parts at it, they actually did the homework, took the time to understand the problem, and nailed it. What impressed me most is that once they identified the issue, they repaired it in just a couple hours. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish.
