Took my GMC to fix auto gilbert after trying to get it looked at by two other shops, the other shops told me that they “couldn't look at it” because of the fact that it was “put back together” after I tried putting on some new parts for it and put my bumper back on. When I got to the shop, J helped me at the front and was amazing, He got on his back and laid down to show me where my problems were. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon and got it back the following Monday, a couple days sooner than I expected. I’ve already told friends and family about this place because I was just beyond impressed. Thank you Fix Auto Gilbert you guys were amazing!

If I could give no stars I would. The service there is not customer oriented. They do not listen to your concerns I had a list of things that were damaged due to the accident and was told we do not fix previous damage.... There was no previous damage. The estimator is arrogant. The work was rushed through and it showed. They didn't match the paint correctly (I've been to several different body shops who pointed this out before me telling them it's a problem and was told they did a bad job), my trunk is not aligned correctly and the scratches look like they were painted over with a paint pen so they are still very visible. I contacted my insurance who said since they warranty their work I have to talk to them which had proven impossible due to them not wanting to help fix the issues I have. I honestly could have went to a backyard house in AJ and got better work done. This place is totally unprofessional and does not stand behind their work. Total disappointment and a complete headache. My car is currently at a shop now trying to get the claim re-opened to fix it properly.

Every thing was great. But when we got home we noticed that one of our lights up front was not working. It was when we brought it in. Let FIX know. Took it back in and they fixed it with no issues. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. They are very kind and communicate well with their customers. They also take care of talking to insurance and the rental car company if needed. Would go back here again.

A couple weeks ago someone rear ended me and once I filed a claim against the person who rear ended me, I was provided a chose of car collision shops. After reviewing the reviews I felt Fix Auto was the best place to take my SUV. The overall experience was amazing with amazing customer service and attention to detail. My car had a pretty banged up bumper, but they did a fantastic job replacing it! You'd never know there were any issues at all. They worked really quickly and efficiently and all communications were super friendly and helpful. They also returned my car in immaculate condition, they cleaned the heck out of my little Corolla. It hasn't looked this good in years! Not to keep rambling on, but they were also able to come pick up my car and drive it in to be fixed when they had the parts ready, which was fantastic because I was sick that day and couldn't bring myself to drive it out to the shop. Highly recommend!

The guys at this place are amazing! I needed to get my car inspected for flood damage and thankfully only needed the carpet replaced. These guys did an incredible job in replacing the carpet and detailed my car as well and did so again when I was on my way to pick up the car. I had a wonderful experience they were all very courteous, kind, and did a phenomenal job. If I ever need any car fixed again I’m taking it to this place!

I recently got hit while in my old Miata and ended up with a damaged fender and a pretty big scrape on my door. I took the car to Fix Auto Gilbert and they did a wonderful job! I was surprised at how quickly it was done too - I dropped my car off on Monday and had it back Thursday. They replaced the fender and liner, fixed the scrape on the door, and everything looks and feels great at this point! I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking to have any body work fixed or replaced on your vehicle. I’ve included some before and after photos for reference
