These guys are absolute crooks. They bait and switch their shipping to get more from you. They list a smaller amount on their website then try to tell you the amount was way less than they should've charged then try to get you to pay the amount that is 3-4x more shipping. They collect your credit card and billing details but do not ship you any product. I'm contacting the BBB and my CC company to have to watch for fraudulent charges now.

I ordered a light assembly indicator for my mirror that I broke (Kia Seltos). They shipped the part in 2 days to Ontario, Canada and it got delivered within 2 weeks. I was charged what was on their website so I was pretty surprised to see all the other comments. Saved me a bunch of money and time vs going to my local Kia dealer here who throw such attitude to source a part for you. Would recommend them based on my experience.

Ordered a replacement seat belt holder on January 2, 2022. Within 48 hours had an email letting me know the price on their website was wrong and it would cost an additional $4. Then they sent the wrong part and refuse to send the part I ordered unless I order again from them. Photo of my purchase and what they sent attached. Absolute worst customer experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am incredibly thankful for Bobby for helping me get a much needed part for my Optima. My wife and infant son need that car and it currently has a big crack in the air intake. It seems there are only a few places that carry this part anymore, I was told there was a nationwide waitlist for this part that you need to pay in advance to be on. Luckily Bobby found the right part for me and got it to me as quickly as he could. I can tell he cared about my situation and wanted to help. It is that kind of customer service many people believe does not exist anymore. I greatly appreciate his help and should I need anything else for any of my Kia’s, this is surely where I will look first!

Placed an order. Supplied the vin. Got the part. A no fit. Wrote email no answer. Contacted parts dept. Counter guy seemed overworked. No real answer. Called the 2nd time told me how to return part. My $50 part turned into maybe a $10. return to me. Maybe less. I dont think this guy has a pulse. A real overworked introvert. Never buy here again.

Ordered from Canada. My local dealer was trying to rob me on the price of a brake booster @ $900. With shipping and conversion paid $400 from these guys. I looked at a bunch of dealers in the states and these guys not only had the best price, but best customer service, they actually answered the phone and my questions with detail. Item took a 2-3 days to get to them and then 1 week to me in Canada. Installed and working beautifully! Only thing i could recommend would be more secure packaging. My brake booster came in a bag in side of a box and the nozzle was sticking out of the box when i got it, luckily no damage. Regardless, great experience and will be ordering all my parts here.

Their website said The screw that I was ordering was the part that I needed but when I got the part it was wrong. They didn't refund my payment or send me the new part.

Ordered several times with no issues. The last time however they suddenly cancelled the order after it was confirmed and was already shipped! It appeared that it was shipped to a wrong address and then they decided to cancel the order. This is understandable. But the shocking thing was the lack of care about what happened! I already planned and scheduled my car to be repaired with a mechanic and I was waiting for the parts. But there was zero communication from them about what happened to the order or what other options they could offer to alleviate the issue. I had no issues of trying to send the order again. They just canceled the order without caring to mention what happened. I even needed to send several emails to them going back and forth until they finally decided to explain what happened. I took the time to complain to them about this and again there was zero care about it! What happened was unnecessary and also very unprofessional. You have lost a loyal customer.

The worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Buyer beware! Took TWO WEEKS to ship from AZ to ID. Part arrived damaged from poor packaging. They want me to pay to ship back the broken part before shipping me a replacement. They charged me for the core, but provided no instructions or label to ship it to them. The email correspondence was unorganized and incomplete. They complained they couldn't open a cell phone pic (.heic format) of the damaged part even though I verified the attachment. They want ME to file an insurance claim on their behalf for the damaged part. Who does this!? I feel like I got scammed. AVOID this company!

I ordered a rear window wiper blade for my car based on the website's recommendation for my year, make, model and trim vehicle. I doublechecked that the part was the correct one prior to purchase. I received the wrong part. I used the online contact form twice to start a return, but received no response. Then I emailed them twice--still no response. Next I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. (By the way, I ordered the same part from Amazon, it arrived overnight and was identical to my original part.)

Called for a quick check in. A small annoying part I am hunting for a brand new Kia (2025) is back ordered. Website said available but may take a few extra shipping days. Called and explained what I was looking for and why I was calling. Rep sounded completely disinterested and just said “we are probably in the same boat”. No offer to check or see what could be done, no offer to see what a timeline for ordering would be. I gave up and hung up. If I gotta beg and plead to get info, then I won’t be doing business. Not the worst experience but definitely enough to make this place not worth dealing with for bigger orders, especially since we are a shop and order 6K plus in parts at a time regularly with vendors we like.

Do not buy any parts from this Kia Dealership. Very poor customer service. I ordered a part from them and never received it. They won't refund my money unless the product is returned to them. How can I return it if I never received it? Informed me I can file a claim with Extend. I shouldn't have to go thru that process. Kia Parts should send me a replacement part for free. I tried filing a claim with Extend and was unsuccessful. 🤬🤬🤬
