My interaction was with Hailey, Erik and Michael. They all were a lot like working with a friend. They were very engage to figure out what my A/C problem was. For a small fee they confirmed it was good. They then did pressure test on the cooling system. Found a problem and repaired. I was with my previous repair shop for 12 years but service dropped off and I went to GA. I think I have found a now home.

You had the opportunity to make it right and I was told "it hasn't blown up on you so we did our job". I've been taking my car there for years and since new ownership took over service and quality has gone downhill drastically. Will never return or trust this shop. Oil filter was put on so tight other shop had to use equipment to get it off along with oil plug since it had been stripped and that was just a minor issue compared to everything else.

Although I feel the service was quite a bit overpriced, the service itself was actually pretty amazing. The tech was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of work was top notch and he communicated straight and honestly. He finished repairs in a very timely manner. There was some confusion over the diagnostic fee. I was told when scheduling the service that the diagnostic fee would be included with the cost of repairs. However, the tech stated that was not the case and explained the diagnostic fee was in fact, a separate fee. That put parts, labor, and the diagnostic fee at $1000 to replace a driver window regulator. I must say the tech gave me a $100 discount, for the misinformation. Honestly, I would love for them to be my go to mobile mechanic for my aging BMW, but due to the pricing they will always have to be an alternative choice instead of my first call. But if price isn’t a worry for you then 100% choose these guys first!

Generational auto went above and beyond on our Excursion. We had previously gotten a part installed, and Generational Auto spent the time tracking down the problem, which took several diagnostic steps, and turned out to be the part that we had previously installed. They were able to search and found another replacement part at low cost, and fixed the issue for us. I can’t recommend them enough. Their communication along the way, and the service they provided is unmatched. I highly recommend Generational Auto.

I'm one of those guys who have worked on cars for fun and also needed repairs since I was old enough to drive and have only taken my cars to a shop a handful of times through the years. Although do to where I'm living currently I can't work on vehicles and was in need of a shop to fix problems I was having. Fortunately for me I found Generational Auto Repair. If you are looking for a shop that is honest, thorough, quick and has very fair pricing this is the place. I hope to be able to work on my own vehicles again in the future to some degree just because I enjoy it although I will be having Generational Auto do the vast majority of repairs from now on because they are great.
