They will not service vehicles over 200k miles because they are afraid of getting a poor review if the vehicle has other issues. I do not think this is the correct way to do business. I have other cars with 100k or less miles but I will not go to this shop.

Alex’s is the service adviser and knows her stuff! They help their clients prioritize the repairs needed rather than pushing to do everything at once. They are honest and up front about charges. Photos are taken of work needed and completed and discussed with their clients. Honest and reasonably priced too. Plus their oil changes are less expensive than the drive in quickie places. I’m glad to have found them! They want customers for life and they are going about it the right way!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Omg I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate P&A Auto Repair! From start to finish, they made the entire process of getting my car worked on so easy and stress-free. Being a single mom of 2, it is hard to find a mechanic that’s honest and trustworthy. Alexa kept me updated the whole way through, Pete called with an honest estimate and actually figured out a repair that 3 other mechanics couldn’t, and Ruben even showed me the parts they replaced so I could see for myself. They went above and beyond—not just with my car, but with kindness. My kids were given popsicles (which made their day!) and even a sticker book. It’s those little touches that make such a big difference. My car is older and has about 167,000 miles and I’ve always worried about being pressured into unnecessary repairs by other mechanics. That wasn’t the case here! They were honest, fair, and the cost was very reasonable especially being a single mom of 2 kids. This is exactly the kind of local family business I want to support. The level of service at this shop is above and beyond. Great communication, extremely knowledgeable staff, and the willingness to make everything exactly right. This is what sets P & A apart from all other auto repair shops, you can definitely expect incredible customer service, on top of the top-tier skills of the mechanics. They did a complete engine replacement on my Jeep, kept the costs to a minimum, and I drove it out of there feeling like I had a new car. This was over summer 2025, and the car is still running perfectly. The price for the whole operation was thousands less than the dealer, and so much less stressful. This is my go-to auto service shop now, and I'd recommend them to anybody. They made me a very happy customer!

I wanted to take a moment to share the great experience I had with P&A Auto. I had shopped around for the issues I was having with my vehicle and reached out to this shop, per some great reviews I had seen from other Gilbert residents. Alexa was very quick to respond and also quote me on the issues at hand. After choosing to have my car serviced here, they were very thorough on doing a full inspection prior to any work being completed and we’re very communicative every step of the way. Honestly don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again! My car was acting strange and Alexa called me after hours to talk it over. I was able to drop my car off that night and when they worked on it the next day, they did not end up finding anything concerning. Rather than charge me for extra diagnostics that weren’t needed and upselling unnecessary services, they completed an oil change at a very fair price and arranged for me to pick my car up after hours. Extremely impressed with the honesty and customer service. As a woman, car repairs and dealing with mechanics can be an extremely stressful process. I never felt like P&A had anything but my best interest in mind and I will absolutely use them for future vehicle needs.
