Great service and they know what they are doing. Kept me up to date with pricing and any problems they may have run across during the full inspections of the auction cars we took over. We've taken probably 6 different cars over to these guys and gotten everything back in great running condition (except for the motor I didn't want to replace) but that's on me. I would like to thank the guys over at Innovative Auto. I hit these guys up to get a quote on a timing belt & water pump on my DC2 integra & they gave me a very reasonable quote. They had my car back to me in 3hrs. I would highly recommend if you are in AZ & need work done that you check these guys out. They did a slave & master cylinder as well & knocked it out while i waited. Thanks again, you guys rule!

Nothing but 5 star service from Innovative Automotive. Several dissatisfied stops to the dealerships and franchise auto repair shops allowed me to search for an auto shop alternative. Innovative Auto provides same day turn around, OEM parts, and a much more reasonable final out the door price! Highly recommend to pay for your services in cash to avoid the extra fees that credit card companies apply to small business owners! Don’t let the lack of brick and mortar stop you from going to them. Been several times and haven’t had a bad experience yet!

We have a 2005 Mazda 6 that needed everything under the hood replaced, including radiator, engine, clutch, and everything else that goes along with that. After weeks of searching, I found a low mileage engine with a very good warranty from an engine replacement shop. Long story short, the car was not running after the other shop did their work and also had it towed to yet another place to get a catalytic converter replaced. The other shop blamed it on me for not getting the long list of "recommended services" that would cost an additional $3,000. When I asked them to finish what they started they basically told me that since I didn't have them complete all their "recommended services" initially, I'd have to wait a couple of weeks for them to squeeze me in. Everything they listed as “recommended” should have been included in the work they did. I called Mike at Innovative Automotive with the tow truck on the way, and he told me to bring it right over. He took one look under the hood and spotted just about everything that was botched by the other shop. They had smashed a steel brake line that was leaking in addition to a long list of other things. Since the car is so old, no parts companies carried the brake line needed so they scoured junk yards and drove over to pick one up on a Saturday. The car came back to us purring like a brand-new kitten. We have total peace of mind that this old car is good as new now that Innovative Automotive has completed it. They are honest, hardworking and do excellent work. They are very patient and provided excellent communication along the way. Needless to say, I will definitely come back to them for all our car care needs and will pass their name along to anyone looking for an excellent, honest Automotive Repair shop. I highly recommend this shop!!

The guys did an amazing job on my Altima. Mike was very friendly, honest, and professional. They were able to diagnose the issue right away and got everything taken care of super quick. They also pointed out some things that didn't need to be addressed right away, but could be taken care of later on. These guys are great! We weren't sure who to have install the airbag suspension on the back of my pickup to help us better tow our camper. After researching several outfits, and talking with the guys at Innovative (and also verifying they're a legit registered business), we decided to give them the job. We've been very happy with their professionalism, workmanship, thoroughness, transparency, work ethic, integrity, and flexibility. Oh, and their prices are very fair for the top quality work they do, as well. We've brought our vehicles to them 3 times, so far (for different work) and have been happy with the work these gentlemen have done for us. I absolutely recommend them!

Thank you Michael and Alex, for your help with getting our Tahoe running perfectly again! If you're in need of automotive repair or maintenance, I highly recommend Innovative Automotive. They did a great job on our Tahoe repair. They were communicative and nice to talk to, they shopped around (for quality parts for our Tahoe) for prices that were reasonable, and made sure everything was functioning as expected before returning our vehicle. Also lastly, from our experience, it shows that they will care for your vehicle, as if it was one of their own - our vehicle was returned very clean, just the same as when we dropped it off. If you are taking your vehicle anywhere other than Innovative Automotive, you are probably overpaying. Period. Michael and Alex just worked on my locksmith van AGAIN and the experience was on a completely different level than the average mechanic shop. They replaced my motor mounts, did all of the brakes, and had everything finished exceptionally fast. No delays. No runaround. No inflated invoice. Now here’s the part that really matters. They tested and charged my AC and found a loose hose. Most shops would have told me I needed parts. Most shops would have padded the bill. They didn’t. They fixed the loose hose properly and did not charge me for something that didn’t need replacing. That kind of honesty is rare. And when you run a business with fleet vehicles like I do, honesty is everything. Their pricing was far below what most shops in the area would have charged, and the quality of work was top tier. Clean, efficient, and done right the first time. From this point forward, every one of my fleet vehicles and my personal vehicles are going to Innovative Automotive. They earned that loyalty. If you value speed, real integrity, and pricing that doesn’t feel like a punch to the wallet, stop shopping around. Call them. Book the work. You are wasting money anywhere else. Innovative Automotive is the real deal.

I went to have my brakes replaced and they managed to find my rear differential was leaking for me. They were much more reasoanbly priced than other shops nearby and they probably saved me a lot more money by finding that leak. I highly recommend these guys.

Mike is honest and his crew is professional, courteous. They know their business. My kids are all teen drivers and so my strategy is to keep used cars for them. Of course, this means used-car-problems, but Mike keeps them running. I recently (accidentally) burned out an engine and he found a replacement which had 100,000 miles less than my car and he swapped it out in record time and at a great price. And on that topic, he tries to save me money wherever he can without cutting corners. I actively recommend him to all my friends. I cannot say enough good things about Innovative Auto.

Hands down the most caring shop I have been too. Took my car to 3 big name shops before coming to Innovative and will never take my car anywhere else. Michael went through and let me know exactly what was going on with the car and the best way to get it fixed. Not only that, he had it done within 2 days!! Between the service and the care with Innovative, my vehicle will never see another shop. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. Don’t mess with the big name shops!!!
