I was looking for a place to take my vehicle for routine maintenance and stumbled upon Spectrum. I initially went in for an oil change but quickly learned that my truck had a leaking water pump. The guys in the front office were great! Super friendly, and thoroughly explained the issue, that it had been leaking for quite some time and why it needed attention asap. They kept the truck overnight and had all repair work completed by the following afternoon. They even lent me a company car so I had a vehicle to drive while my car was being fixed. I chose them because of all the positive reviews people have left over the years and now they have one more! The service I received definitely lived up to the 5 star hype. Thanks a million!! I’m happy to have found a reputable, friendly and honest car shop :)

I just had to give a massive shoutout to Mike, Justin, and the whole team over there. These guys are seriously the best, and I gotta share my recent experience with everyone. So, my ride needed some work, and I took it to Spectrum. Right off the bat, they were super cool and honest. You know what floored me? They could've charged me for swapping out the control arms like another place suggested, but nope. Mike and Justin were like, "You're good for now on the control arms. Just get those tires changed elsewhere, and then swing back for an alignment." Fast forward to the tire change, and I'm back at Spectrum for that alignment. Guess what? They tell me my car doesn't even need one. No charge, nada. Just the tires needed attention. I'm seriously impressed with these guys. They're not just about making a buck; they're about doing right by their customers. It's like finding a unicorn in the car repair world. Hats off to Spectrum Car Care for keeping it real. Here’s my story with Spectrum Car Care. My alternator went bad. I was out of work and alternator repair is fairly pricey. So I had to park my car in my driveway. I got back to work, but by that time it was six months later. I cringed thinking about the what ifs. What if my car wouldn’t run again? What if the cost was too much? That’s where Spectrum Car Care comes in. One of the mechanics there, Shane, I’ve known for years. I got my car in and they quoted me the price. I was surprised. It was reasonable, and I never once got the feeling I was being cheated. In addition, Mike and Gabe and their crew of top-notch mechanics fully warrantied the repair for two years, and to add to their already exemplary service, they had it done quick. So, great service. Spectrum did a pre-purchase evaluation on a modified Jeep Wrangler. I was happy to learn that they have two technicians that are very experienced with Jeeps and really helped me out with what I have and the things I can do to make it better. first of all I have used spectrum In the past. I had a good experience. today I bring my car in due to trunk problem motor and loss of power for my car.. I was treated like trash and you could tell noone wanted to deal with my warranty or help in any way fkr battery asking for 300 plus for a batter that I got interstate for 100 I went back because they refused to look at the car with the battery low voltage. witch was fine but the attitude that I got I was gonnna use spectrum to redo the trunk latch and new motor thru insurance witch would have been covered but the way I was treated is inexcusable noone offered to come look at it or make me feel comfortable. I've never been treated so crappy in my life like if somebody comes to you with a car and there's other things that you could fix that's covered under warranty and you guys would have gotten paid you will not get the work I'm going to give you a one-star review I'm not happy I feel like you guys treating me really crappy I will never get my business again and I hope everybody that sees this post understands that I don't just do reviews for nothing I'll find another spot to take my car and do the trunk so you guys lost my business due to the fact that you had zero Compassion or concern for what was going on with my car you told me to get the battery fixed or get it off your lot really nice service you guys have there please do not contact me my review is final

If you’re looking for a mechanic, THIS IS YOUR SPOT! As a woman, I was looking for a mechanic shop I could trust as I know nothing about cars and have experience dealing with people just trying to rack up the bill. I can truly trust them with all my truck needs. Today was my third time bringing my truck in, just wanted them to look at the tires & and oil change. The first question Michael asked after looking at it was “how long do you plan on keeping the vehicle?” With that, his recommendations were not to worry about replacing at this time. He said that the truck is not going to break down but did make me aware of things that would need attention in the future. Michael and Gabe are super friendly & personable. I will be bringing it back in the coming days for an alignment after getting new tires. 10/10 recommend! Very quick, efficient, & integrity unmatched!!!
