This is the best place for auto body work. This is 3rd time working with them and they have a lifetime customer. I needed to replace my side mirror on my car and they made sure it was the real manufacturers part and color matched appropriately. I didn't feel like they were trying to overcharge me or slap whatever on there. When I went for service the lobby was very nice, Robin the staff was so polite and made the process smooth. I was literally in and out in less than 45 minutes. The service man was very nice and went over everything. They took care of my vehicle and treated me well..This place deserves more recognition! Ps..so for the delayed post.

I had a very minor repair that I had been putting off for some time. I drive by Orlando's Gilbert location at least 3-4 times a week, so I decided to take my vehicle in for a quote. I kind of expected that since my repair was so minor, that I would likely have to come back at some later date and that they'd get to it when they could. Boy, was I ever wrong! I was treated like I was having a big job done, and that my business was the most important thing from the minute I walked in the door. The job was completed by early the next afternoon, and I received both an email and a phone call stating that my vehicle was ready to go. When I arrived, my car was parked in front of the building, alongside other cars that were ready for pick, all of which had been washed. Great customer service like that offered by Orlando Auto Body in Gilbert is very rare today. Thanks to the entire crew- job well done!!

Orlando's has done another awesome body repair job on my vehicle that got damaged when a tree fell on it. Robin & Kim (office) make the process as easy as possible whether it's dealing with insurance companies or self-pay. The communication is great during the whole process. After smashing the back of my ‘24 Super Duty, I took it to Orlando Auto Body on Williams Field—frankly, for no other reason than because it was close to my house and convenient. Knowing what I know now, I would have taken it to them even if they were on the other side of town. Every part of my experience was fantastic. Robyn and Kim got me scheduled quickly and my parts ordered right away. The techs did a great job with the repair—like it never happened. When I picked up the finished truck, it was clean inside and outside, just as I would expect from a top-notch shop. I chose to pay cash for this repair instead of running it through my insurance, and Orlando was fair and accommodating. I don’t ever want to need help from an auto body shop again—but I am sure I will. When that day comes, I would not even consider taking my vehicle someplace other than Orlando. I am only giving it 5 stars because giving 10 stars isn't an option with google reviews.

Orlando Auto Body- Gilbert went above and beyond repairing my vehicle. Looks nicer now than when I bought the car! Great communication from Robin at the front desk, I received weekly updates about progress and the whole team was very straightforward and honest.
