I took my 2012 Lexus into this shop because they are affiliated with my warranty company. A previous repair shop indicated that I had power steering problems and several oil leaks. I dropped off the vehicle and within 3 hours they called me back to say that they have fixed the issue and there was no charge. There was nothing wrong with my power steering and I do not have an oil leak it was a simple drain plug screw that was not tightened properly. Last night when I got home I put a giant piece of cardboard under my car because it has been leaking for months and I wanted to make sure that it was no longer leaking. I checked it again this morning & it's completely dry! Not only did they not charge me for fixing the issue but they probably saved me thousands of dollars in repairs I am so eternally grateful! They have my business forever! I will be recommending tire pros to anyone that will listen!

This place was amazing in every way. I usually change my own oil but i went here and they caught a leak i had no idea about. No it wasnt a scam sell more, they showed me everything i have missed over the last few years. Glad they had a though inspection the last "20 min oil change" missed or didnt care. These people are top notch and i will use them for any issues i have in the future.

Let me start off by saying I’m still in awe at how awesome this team is. I took my truck in and it was ready the same day! Very quick and top notch quality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is my favorite shop, I take my Nissan SUV here and whatever I need done to it they take care of me. The prices are very reasonable ( just bring your own part if you can ) and they don’t ancc tips for some reason but I think they do. I’m tempted to drop it on the ground and say did someone lose this? But anyway they are five stars and everyone there needs a raise. Tire Pros is worth every penny.

I've gone to Tire Pros for year's and recently had to start going to this location in Gilbert. Earl is very rude and is not the right person to run this location. They fixed a sensor on my 2022 Nissan Altima and I brought it in with no issues but the engine light came on. Other than that the car ran really good. After they fixed the issue my car now ran terrible leaving this place. I come back and the first thing Earl states to me that you know I have to charge you $200 right? I'm like I need to find out why my car ran fine before coming in here to it running terrible after you guys worked on it. He got real defensive. I wasn't getting anywhere with him and walked out. I then came back in because I spent a lot of money and I need to find out what happened to my car. Earl finally takes a look at it and tells me you know what's wrong with it, it's what I told you before. It's your motor mount. I was like you never mentioned that to me because I would have had you fix it. Earl then claims he didn't have me fix it because my budget. I replied stating you don't know nothing about my budget. Its your job to figure out what's wrong with the car and tell the customer. The customer can then decide what they can afford to fix. I looked up right in front of him and it clearly states the while fixing a sensor on a 2022 Nissan altima a motor mount can be damaged. Its highly unlikely a motor mount could get warned out by now and Crack. I kept asking to talk to the owner the owner was willing to meet the next day due to being out of town. The whole time Earl was so rude and very defensive. He stated it was going to be a little under $2500 to fix. I left and went to Big Brand Tires on Power in Queen Creek who took a look and explained things much better. This is the location I originally went to for years till it had a new owner and changed names. They explained due to being in AZ the motor mount could get warned out due to the heat in AZ and when the sensor was being fixed it could potentially Crack. So Tire Pros should have at least given a big discount or explained things instead of getting defensive on the information I looked up. I will never go back to Tire Pros. Big Brand Tires offered $349 to fix it. So I said that's a deal.

I had high hopes for this place. I hardly ever post negative reviews but I can’t help it as I have to see my crooked exhaust every day. What was more disappointing was I specifically scheduled a day where they were going to have their more experienced mechanic on it (Matt) to install my full exhaust system on my Durango.. Well let’s just say that didn’t happen, even after I brought it back a second time it was still the same person who installed it. I would’ve like to do more business with them since their staff was friendly but would rather have good quality work instead.
