I replaced two back tires last week and all 4 wheels lug nuts. I heard an odd noise coming from my front tires this afternoon and it was a rotating noise when I slowed down. I went to check my front tires and they were fine. I checked the lug nuts and 3 of them were loose. I easily unscrewed them with my fingers. I will never come back to this location again

Unfortunately, I waited 3 hrs for a tire balance at this store. I would give the sales Associates & tire busters 5⭐️ because the were friendly professional and kicking butt. But not good to over book and have to wait 3 hrs. I had my nails done b4 they even took vehicle back.

Super slow, waited over 3 hours in their lobby for an alignment that I didn’t even get done cause I had to be somewhere at 330. No communication with me on how many more cars where infront of me or anything. I understand they don’t do appointments but if you got people waiting in the lobby for their car you’d think they’d work on those ones first

Very very busy store.... ALL THE TIME! EVERY DAY! The manager... "Jaz" does a good job all things concerted. Wait time in this store is ALWAYS long. But...there is construction next door. My car had a flat. Jaz sold me 4 NEW tires. $1.5k! He had 2 order the tires. Had 2 leave car and walk home over a mile in 109 degree temp...... did I mention that I'm 75? Transportation for seniors who need a ride home should B review. Say 5 to 8 mile range. Over all I an happy with my purchase .

Super grateful for the team at this location who went above and beyond to help me get air in the tires of my RV. My outer tires needed an extension installed in order to put air in with their device. Their staff work diligently to come up with a solution to install my provided air extension valves so that the could air them up. All of this was complimentary. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾💜💜💜 Thank you so much.

I love this location. Your team at Cooper and Warner has always been fast, professional and getting the job done. Had service today for a bad tire that needed replacing. Terrence S. was my salesperson and gave me a great deal that I’m extremely happy with. Terrence was professional and knew his job well and what I needed for my car. I’ve been a loyal customer at this Discount Tire location for 18 years and have generally been satisfied with their service. However, over the past few years, I’ve noticed a pattern where staff repeatedly try to upsell me on new tires, even when my current ones are relatively new and have plenty of tread left. This time, I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire puncture repair. Over the phone, I was told the tire was still under warranty, that they’d need to order a replacement, and that it would be shipped to the store later that day for installation. No prices were mentioned, so I naturally assumed the warranty would cover it. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I was shocked to be charged $280 for the “repair.” After I explained that no costs had been discussed during the initial call, the price was reduced to $180. I reiterated that I hadn’t been quoted any price and would prefer to take my original tire back so I could patch the hole myself. At that point, the employee forcefully handed me my keys and said, “Fine. You’ve got a free tire. Bye.” This experience has left me disappointed after so many years of loyalty, and it’s made me question whether I’ll continue using this location.

Do not use this place for tire rotation, repairs, or alignment issues. I have been here 3 times since October for issues related to the alignment and each time they try to charge me for an alignment, after I paid for the first alignment which was not corrected. I am currently in the shop and they are asking for another payment for a service they have yet to correct. Also, make sure they don’t kill your battery, they still haven’t cut me a check for that issue as well even though they admitted to leaving my battery on during the initial alignment.

Worst tire shop! I pre ordered tires and paid for everything on the website thinking it would be the easiest way to go. I show up and wait 35 minutes just to check in. As soon as he saw that this was all paid and done the UPSELL attempt started. I said I was happy with my choice and asked just to give me what I paid for. Then he walked out to inspect my current tires,instantly says I need an alignment. I said no thanks let's just do what I paid for. Next is you need to replace your TPMS in all four tires because if one goes bad all the rest will go bad in a short time. NO THANK YOU! I know the light is on there is a screw in the tire that's why I am here and since the tires are 4 years old I wanna replace them. Today I went back against my better judgement for a one year balance and rotation for free as part of there customer service. Guess what.... I was told again I needed an alignment before they would rotate and balance tires. No thanks I will just get the the service done. I was told ok but it will be a WHILE before we can get it in are you going to wait? Yes, I will wait. Then I am as told unless you get the alignment we won't be able to service the tires. Its all about getting you in the door and separating you from your money. Upsell upsell upsell!

I’m a fan of Discount Tire as a whole. As an owner of a newer vehicle it’s been more than a year since I last came in, allowing the dealer service warranty to max out. I needed a tire alignment and the Discount Tire by my home didn’t offer alignments. They encouraged me to schedule and appointment at the Warner and Cooper location and advised they were one of the few offering the service-it was a new product for Discount. I was relieved because there’s trust and prior experience with Discount and I’d rather go here than the dealer. I called ahead the past week to schedule an appointment and explain the services I was seeking, a tire rotation and alignment. I was advised because this was a ‘newer’ service they didn’t schedule appointments but they encouraged me to show up early. Fast forward to today, traveling from East Mesa to this location, I was first in line - the place was slammed before they opened the door. Jonathan was through and very helpful. He was informative and walked the vehicle. When we went to enter the information in the system there was some delay he checked some manuals and let me know that they were unable to perform the tire alignment because they didn’t have the tools necessary to complete the request on a new vehicle. Where I understand, this is a new service and the process that they’re working to build out with discount tire along with my consistent good experiences with discount tire. This was really frustrating to drive all the way out here after calling ahead, confirming offered the services for my year make and model… only to be told that they should have asked about cruise control. I spent my Saturday morning driving across the east valley for nothing and it was a pretty poor experience. Where I did ask for the rotation. It took 45 min waiting to get my keys and leave. Jonathan was apologetic and I appreciated the effort but the underlying issue was just such a waste and terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend for alignments or rotations until they have a few years to more thoughtfully train their teams and update their processes

I got on the phone with one of the employees and got a quote. Head straight over. The guy at the counter tried to upsell me but I got him together real fast. They gave me a great deal. I had to go to work so I thought I would get a call at like 2 or 3! No they texted an hour after me dropping the car off! I was in shock! When I got back I talked to the manager. He did let me know it was time for a new battery. I appreciate that! Because I wouldn’t have known. I will definitely be back!

Today was very busy with a lot of customers, but the crew still managed to replace all of my tires as quickly as possible. The entire team displayed excellent customer service. I personally dealt with Cyris today, who was incredible, but all other employees were extremely helpful as well. Even though my vehicle was delayed slightly (being fair, the volume was very large), the team's excellent customer service made up for it. Good job :)

This is the most honest discount tire! When I had my tires checked at this place, they told me all my tires look fine and I don’t need any new tires for a while. Then when I went to another place a few weeks later to get A leaking tire fixed they lied to me and said that I need new tires. This place never lies to me. Terrance was very helpful selecting & tracking down a set of 17" Konig Wheels for my son's Rav4. He ordered them from CA Monday afternoon and we had them on the car with Michelin Defender 2's by Friday evening. I changed the tire selection twice and appreciate their patience as we figured out what we wanted. Wes, their shop Manager, called me to make sure we were OK with a slight deviation in the cover for the full size spare we requested(not noticeable). They also refunded my alignment since the car was within limits. Highly recommended this location, they do great work!!!
