My hatch on my SUV stopped working and so I had originally brought it to the dealership who recommended over $2K worth of work!! $1500 for just the hatch. I decided to take my car back and at least start with replacing the battery which was also recommended. The hatch began working again, but then stopped. I didn’t trust the dealership and their costs so I took my vehicle in to SSC. It took them all of 5 mins to determine that just a setting on my car needed to be updated after the battery exchange. I appreciated how quickly they determined the problem and I expected to pay the standard $75-100 diagnostic fee as they still had to figure out the problem, but this was also MUCH cheaper than the RIDICULOUS price the dealership was charging me!! However, the kind folks at SCC didn’t charge me!!! What great service!! I will absolutely go to them for any future car needs!! What an honest, thorough and generous business. I very much appreciate this easy and quick fix and that they charged me a VERY fair price ($0)! Thank you SSC!!!!

Simply the best. The quality service Dustin and his team provided started when I walked in and it didn't stop til my car was fixed, I was out the door. Just a real genuine connection, with empathy, knowledge, and hard work. Originally, I had come to SSC because I'd gotten an estimate from Firestone which I thought was too high. Sure enough, Dustin and his team went over the estimate with me and said they could do better than Firestone. And They Did! Amazing interactions with everyone I crossed at SSC Auto Repair. Clean waiting room with chairs and a TV.

Can't say enough good things about this shop. I have been a customer for almost twenty years and they have been a constant reliable service in my life. Just got my truck back and it's running great. It's good to have a dependable go-to mechanic and with SSC I have that. I was especially appreciative during my time in the Army years ago, knowing my wife could take our vehicle to honest professionals. Now as a veteran I still take my truck there if ever I have an issue. Just want to thank SSC for the quick turn-around on my repairs. Very grateful for you hard work and attention to detail.

I came here originally with a battery issue, which they were able to fix. Less than a year later, the battery started failing again, so I brought it back under warranty. The man assisting me insisted it wasn't the battery but the fuel pump—without even inspecting my car. A few weeks later, the battery completely died, and it turned out that the battery was indeed the problem after a second look. I’m disappointed with the misdiagnosis and the lack of attention to my actual issue. I expected a more thorough and accurate inspection, especially with a warranty in place.

I have been going here for almost 3 years for services, I'm 19 and have no idea about anything when it comes to cars. When ever I get service done at SSC auto they always make me feel welcomed and never dumb about my lack of knowledge. They are very fairly priced and always offer me the best deals. They even let me know if it something that I could even do on my own to save money. Overall this is my #1 auto shop that I go to.

I attempted to become a new customer after reading all the positive reviews, but the Service Manager was able to diagnosis my car's issues over the phone and I ended up not needing an appointment. Brought our F150, in because of an oil leak. Dropped it off and the next day Scott phoned me with a quote and said it would be a couple of days. Scott called back when he was done with a revised quote that was LOWER than he originally said and the work was completed a day earlier than expected. I can’t say enough good things about SSC and Adam a Scott. Have been using them for several years and are completely satisfied. Great work and great people!!!

After $1600 and multiple trips back to the shop I had to take my vehicle to the dealership and pay $250 for them to fix SSC's mistakes. New part was installed incorrectly as well as parts of the system put back together incorrect causing emissions leaks and check engine light to stay on. Tried to give a local business Mom and Pop a chance but they can't be trusted so moving on. buyer beware if you use them.

Went to drop off a Uhaul trailer guy did not even come outside to verify the trailer was in good working order or anything when I picked it up it was full of rocks and dirt had to clean it out before I could even use it not happy with the service at this location the guy at the counter was not wearing a uhaul t-shirt he was wearing a SSC shirt if your going to have uhaul services at your business then maybe consider hiring a uhaul employee
