I recently had an oil change and alignment done at Bill Luke San Tan service department. Unfortunately, I found the service provider to be less than friendly. My main concern arose the day after the service when I discovered a moderate oil leak in my car. This is the second time I’ve experienced this issue, which forced me to rearrange my work schedule. I recommend that others check their oil filters and inspect under their cars before leaving the service department to avoid similar problems.

Easy to schedule an appointment ovwr the phone. Upon my appointment, I was greeted by Jeff. After waiting in the lobby I was informed certain work was needed and fortunately, still covered by my warranty. Jeff advised of a plan of action ensuring they would get the parts in a timely manner and offered a Rental vehicle. I just had a wonderful experience getting my vehicle serviced. Staff is friendly and inviting. Helped me every step through the process of getting some extended warranty work performed. I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle at Bill Luke Santan and was unsure how it worked. It was great having the vanishing deductible. I didn’t have to pay a cent. Also received a rental car for a couple days through the service contract while my vehicle was being repaired. Toke my car into Bill Luke Service - Front end didn’t feel right and after replacing a few parts, 4 new tires, an alignment and a brake fluid flush, she feels awesome!! The cost was very fairly priced and Brad toke his time to explain what they were seeing and which repairs he felt we should focus on. I also like that he educated me to possible future repairs. Sally totally understands the importance of meeting Customer needs, and certainly made sure that all items I requested were completed. She also went over and above to fix, replace, or repair several items I had not mentioned, and along with the complete detailing my Atlas looks brand new. Francisco , The sales person I worked with over at Bill Luke dealership on Camelback was fantastic and when he knew I was looking for color and options, be referred me to Bill Luke San Tan, Where they had a car on the lot that met my requirements. My experience with San was quite upsetting. The manager, LaShaun Webb made it right in the end. And I don’t have any animus towards any individuals but the sales person I was working with Ed an unnamed supervisor reneged on a deal to replace a windshield on a Tahoe that had a bad chip on it. They lied to me about what they were doing to resolve it and I wasted several days dealing with the dealership that’s over an hour from my house. They even crossed out a document that I signed relative to promises made. I wrote on the document that they had promised to replace or repair windshield. The unilaterally crossed that out without my approval. The General sales manager, Lashaun Webb Add another supervisor I believe his name is Daniel did agree to replace the windshield eventually. I was not treated well and that’s quite disappointing for a dealership with a very long history. I am reluctantly posting this Google ad, but I agreed to do so on request, and I generally don’t like to leave any responses unless they’re five stars, but I’m hoping by leaving my honest feedback they will do better for the next consumers.

Sally consistently looks out for the customer, as she has for me the times I’ve brought my cars in for service. I have actually brought in cars for service that I originally purchased elsewhere. She provided multiple options and was transparent with costs. The service center does a thorough inspection and provides options. Sally was on top of contacting my warranty company and getting repairs approved that qualified. I never hesitate to work with Bill Luke SanTan, which is my favorite Bill Luke location, and their service center.

Absolutely horrible experience! Very disappointed with the Service Center at Bill Luke San Tan. After purchasing a 2025 Bronco from them on Valentine’s Day, we discovered a chip on the passenger side minutes after drive of the lot of the windshield that had been hidden under a sticker that was removed just before we drove off the lot. When we brought it to their attention, we were told they would “make it right.” We took the vehicle in twice for them to repair it. During the second repair attempt, the windshield cracked further from their repair attempt while the vehicle was in their possession, and now the cracks are spreading to other areas. Despite this, they are refusing to replace the windshield and told us to go through our insurance instead. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past, but after this experience we will not be returning and will be canceling our warranty since we no longer plan to use their service center.
