Amado did a fantastic job and had great communication throughout. The only thing I did not like is I have to wait 40-60 days for my rebate. I have never had to wait before. As soon as the windshield is installed I get my rebate. After the run around of trying ti get my appointment confirmed I didn’t expect to have to wait for my rebate.

Amado was super great! I was worried about my scheduled window being the same time I needed to pick my daughter up from school and I guess he got done early with prior jobs and called me up and gave me the option to have him come earlier which was a huge relief! Amado was not only super quick and efficient at replacing my windshield but he was also super friendly, down to earth and extremely easy to talk to. It almost felt like we were just long time friends chatting it up. He was very thorough when explaining the instructions on what to do, when to do it as well as what not to do and made sure to reiterate that if I had any questions later or have any issues or concerns, to not hesitate to reach out so I’m fully taken care of. With the type of daily driving I do, I’ve had to replace dozens of windshields, so I’m pretty familiar with the overall general process of how all of this works. With all that being said, I can say with 100% certainty that Amado is one of the only glass technicians I've ever worked with that went above and beyond his scope of work and all in such a way that it was like 1st nature to him. The next time I need my windshield replaced, I’ll definitely be requesting that he be the one to come out and do it. I found this company to be very honest and hard working. The office person was absolutely superb and extremely friendly and helpful. I just had my driver side window motor replaced on my 2008 van. I did a lot of comparison shopping and found their cost was significantly lower than the local Dealership. There price for what I needed done was one third less than the dealership. When you’re on a fixed income, believe me dollars matter a whole lot. The service person on the job that came to my home was very nice, respectful and gracious. I mentioned to him while he was working on the van, I like to look in on people from time to time that are on projects that I farm out like my car. Absolutely no problem he said. I was going to try this repair on my own, but felt like I might be biting off more than I could chew, and I was right. This gentleman had the knowledge, tools and the expertise to do a great job, and he did. I really like doing business with the small entrepreneur, they will always be your best bet in the savings department.

The whole team was great! From the first call to the installation, everything went seamlessly and they worked with my insurance behind the scenes. The ladies on the phone were great and getting me scheduled and Juan did an excellent job installing my window quick and very nice guy. I came to them after I had an issue with Safelite and I’m very glad that I did, highly recommend!
