I have came here a total of 3 or 4 times so far this year for an oil change on our commuter car. Everytime, it has been most pleasant, inviting, courteous environment. My first time getting an oil change from this company. They were very very friendly and informed me that they weren’t participating in the promotion for 34.95 for oil change and free inspection. I was sorta bummed out but they offered me a different one they had on Groupon for about $15 more . They even recommended me getting my filters that were dirty on Amazon ! Super great guys in the front. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage because I am a woman. Would recommend to someone who is looking for a service . And the guy who was working on the car showed another customer what he saw wrong in his car. Was a little mouthy but was straight forward and knows what he’s talking about. Respect.

Went for an oil change at 8am. With the change and inspection I was out at 8:45. They didn’t try to get me on any extras or surprise fees and the two guys at the front were great! I also used a groupon. It was $60 for a full synthetic oil change. I did purchase an additional quart because I have an SUV. The Groupon only covers for up to 5 quarts but still a good deal.

These people were the most professional and friendly folks ever! Alex and Terry were great. I was a little stressed because I needed a battery they didn't carry. I was allowed to purchase from a nearby Costco which they were able to install expeditiously. I saw how they interacted with others with seniors, taking their time explaining maintenance issues!

My appointment was scheduled and handled by Alex and he did a great job explaining details of what was going on with my car and went above and beyond to accommodate me with discounts within my budget. However, some of the prices quoted for tires and alignment were a bit high but overall my oil change was affordable.

I had an oil change, and I love that they tell you what is going on with your vehicle, how the brakes are, the suspension, what is going to need attention, if anything. Its nice to have someone check those things out for you. I feel better knowing everything has been checked by a professional.

I told the tech my door only opens on the outside and I left the window down so he could do the door from the outside. But he must have tried to open from the inside and completely detached my driver door locking mechanism. When I got there my door could open. When they finished my door was broken inside and outside I couldn't open my door and the door doesn't lock anymore. I only came here because I purchased a Groupon voucher for full synthetic oil change for $70. I usually go to Valvoline because I don't have to get out of my car... and I wouldn't have this problem. That was my mistake. My first time and last time coming here unfortunately....
