I really appreciate the work that was done to my car and my girlfriend's cat as well. Never judge a book by its cover; My girls 2015 Lexus IS had several warning lights on and different mechanics had looked at her car over the years and said it was sensors turning the lights on. They turned the lights off but only for a week or so lapsed before they turned back on. Meineke has a wonderful Hispanic female that worked on my car and my girls car. She carefully inspected all areas of my girls car and informed me of the repairs, and I was impressed that just small repairs she did.... Turned off all the warning lights! Its going on two months now and all my girls warning lights have not Turned Back on at ALL! Meineke has my business and they did not try to upsell me other service work that was not necessary that other shops have tried to do in the past. THANK YOU Meineke for the great work on my cars; I will be back!

I stopped by this center to get my brakes looked at because of squeaking. Joe was super nice. He changed out the front brake pads and replaced the brake fluid. Price was reasonable and Joe checked with me before doing any of the work with an exact price.

I was here this morning & was initially told by a very nice lady that there is a wait but they can definitely get me taken care of for an oil change and to just wait for her boss. After waiting for some time, he came but when he found out I wanted to use a voucher he turned me away saying I’d need to make an appointment to use the voucher. Which I doubled checked and it did say that so that definitely was my mistake. I apologized and asked if there is anything that can be done saying that I would be willing to wait. I specifically had my mom come over this morning to watch my baby so I can finally run some overdue errands. And I honestly get rules being rules but sometimes it’s all about how you deliver a message and to at least make a customer feel like you tried even if you don’t. It’s just simple customer service etiquette really. Instead whole demeanor was like he is actually annoyed by me using a voucher. Knowing they would’ve had me taken care of if it wasn’t for that, it was really disheartening how he now didn’t even want to try to make anything work same day. I asked if I can make an appointment same day & was basically told they already have all these appointments - pointing at a calendar with just 3 appointments & only one person in the waiting room at the time. Didn’t even try to offer me a later time that day - nothing & was basically like I can do Monday through Friday making it clear that I would not be helped today because I would be using their voucher. I work Monday through Friday but at that point it felt like I’m literally asking for free service or begging and not actually a customer that’s simply using discounted service via voucher so I scheduled an appointment for next Saturday and left. As I drove away I felt so uncomfortable with my experience that I decided I rather not have them touch my car since I honestly didn’t even trust they’d do a good job just because I’m using a voucher. I’d recommend not offering anymore vouchers if this is how you feel about them. I will definitely not be using my voucher at this point as I rather let it go to waste then come back here. So I guess you can consider this a cancellation of my appointment next week. Vouchers are great to reach new customers which I thought this business was doing since I wouldn’t ve been here otherwise but even the best deal is worthless if you don’t treat your customers well.

I had an appointment for an oil change and it took 1 hour. Then, when I turned on my a/c it smelled like oil/gas. I popped the hood and saw they forgot to put the cap back on… The desk staff was friendly though.

They were very quick. The female mechanic was very sweet, friendly, and kind. She should be the one dealing with customers! They said they don't have stickers for the next oil change. Showing miles so I'm not sure when I should have it done again but I'll figure it out.

Came in for a check engine light problem. A diagnosis was ran, and came up as a sensor for the oil transmission I have auto warranty and had them start a claim. I should have left this place as soon as I heard him telling his partner what else can I add to this claim. The customer is not paying anyways. And the partner said don’t worry take what they give you and other problems will arise after that. That should have been my red flag to leave this place. But because he had spent an hour or so talking to the warranty company thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt. Well I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and by the after noon it was ready which was as I expected since he said it was a simple fix. I come to pick the car up and takes it for a test drive. And tells me gears are getting stuck from first to second gear. He states to me we had to drop the transmission oil to get to the sensor. And so I just have to drive the car a day or so and it should go away. I take the car drive it a day and nothing seems to be getting g better I call him and tell him about it. And has the audacity to say. Oh bring the car back I’ll start another claim and get you a new transmission. Excuse me?? Start a new claim? What?? You did not do a good job on what you were suppose to do. It should be your job to fix what you messed up. Not open a whole other claim. I inform him I don’t feel comfortable bringing the car back after hearing you the conversation between you and your partner stating well something else will arise after. He proceeded to tell me. I’m going to need a new transmission whether I take it to him or not and disconnect my call. Do not go here. All he cares about is scamming my warranty to get the most money out of them.

Do Not Go Here! I will be reporting the “Manager” Chris to the Better Business Bureau… I came to this establishment at the beginning of January 2025 after making an appointment for an oil change, immediately was confronted by Chris who naturally has a weird pushy rude demeanor. He stated he was unable to perform an oil change for me b/c there were several rental cars dropped off that needed maintenance & he would not have time to do my oil change and ask if I could come back the next day. Which I informed him I was driving 15 hours home and I wouldn’t be able to come back. I was understanding and I left, I decided I would come back to the establishment upon my return to Dallas. I called and made an appointment 1/30/2025 & Here I am 1/31/2025 trying to get my oil change and again I’m being turned away by the rude guy Chris. I don’t understand. This is terrible. I’m starting to wonder if this guy is being discriminatory towards me.

I got a coupon in the mail for this place and decided to give it a try. When I showed up at 8:30am (they open at 8:00am according to the flyer) , the door was open but no one seemed to be there. I called the phone number on the flyer twice and listened as the phone just rang and no one picked up and loudly said “hello? Is anyone here??” But no one responded. Finally I saw an employee walking around in the service area and waved at him but he ignored me. Moments later, he apparently had to come inside for something and I said “hi…” but before i could ask any questions he said, “my manager will be here in a second,” and offered no assistance himself whatsoever before walking into an office and closing the door. I waited two more minutes looking for any sort of pricing information in the lobby (none was posted for anything) and then finally I gave up. Not a good look as far as customer service experience is concerned.

I stopped by here yesterday in need of an oil change. The owner was there and was very helpful in answering all my questions I had in regards to a couple of repairs I need to do on my car. I want to personally recommend this place, they have great prices and outstanding customer service. Normally I would have posted 5 stars but since I wasn't notified of this free service that I did not ask for nor notified of. Please beware especially if using a group on for this location they will be doing a full inspection of your vehicle that they report to car fax on your behalf. I paid for a group on for a oil change and upon getting that oil change could not figure out why with no cars in front of me it has taken over a hour for the oil change. So at the end they tell me they sent me a email with things that needed my attention. Upon further investigation the things that needed were addressed were not verbalized at all just a email sent. Then all this information was forwarded to car fax without my consent. Fast forward a few months and they are still updating my services without consent to car fax. So please beware that this company does take it upon themselves to report everything they feel needs addressed to car fax. I'm sure it's in the fine print somewhere or else they would have been sued by now. But they never verbalized any of this to me. I have nothing to hide but apparently they do!

Exceptional service. 5 stars. The head honcho a man named Joe, a very well mannered, chill dude with all of the answers to all of my questions. He took the time to explain each part & its function as well as helping me compare prices online for items needed on future work. Huge help! I went in for an oil change, cost 57$ for full synthetic high mileage which is a steal & I left confident knowing more about vehicle than I had before. This place is the place to go to 🕺🚗💰😍

This is my second time at this location The first time was such a great experience I had to make sure that I brought back my vehicle to this spot The manager cares about his establishment and it is very apparent with how he handles customer service He is thorough. He offers options. He tells you what is critical and what can wait. He found problems with my vehicle that Audi Dallas had been putting a Band-Aid on to pacify the true issue They handled my car with care they were efficient reasonably priced and I will be coming back. I cannot say enough good things about the establishment and I hope that the manager doesn’t go anywhere so take care of your employees Meineke!
