I must say I am over pleased. When it comes to customer service and exhausting resources this is where it's at. I was kinda on the fence about it because a decent size company and the 1st guy i came in contact with just pushed me out of the door. Would not listen to anything i said about what was happening nor watch videosi had. But i went back monday and the othet 2 guys i talked to went to work and they fixed the prob and cant be more greatful. But nah I'm 100% pleased. My 2006 dodge charger rt was having some computer resetting problems. They took their time I was not rushing as my car means a lot to me. They had it for a week and lowered how much to pay. They fixed the problem and had 4 different specialist check it out. Very humbled for them.

Total rip-off. I used the $59.95 full synthetic coupon like I always do. Last time, I paid exactly $59.95. This time, they charged me $63.79 even after applying a $25 discount. The summary shows an extra $8.80 fee, but the detailed invoice doesn’t list it anywhere. How do you add fees that aren’t even on the receipt? That’s shady and makes me feel like I got overcharged. I expect the price to match the coupon and for every charge to be transparent. Won’t be coming back if they can’t be upfront about pricing.

We had a terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone. We went in for a diagnostic and were told we could use the fee towards service. When we asked to use the fee towards a service that was on the diagnostics they said we couldn’t use it. One of the issues was also overlooked on the diagnostics and when we called a few days later, they refused to look at it without paying another fee of over $200. Garrett was very unhelpful.

I have used this shop 3 times now. They did my transmission pan filter and gasket change. They did a good job. But I was skeptical when I was told my filter was still looking good and it was torn? So I said no put a new one in. They had to go to the part store because they had the wrong kit. Than I had a new fuel tank installed. They did a great job. We even put in all new hoses and fuel lines. On Saturday I went back to have a sliding lower door rocker panel put on. They said they had two Welders. I figured they fabricate Mufflers. So I saw no problems. I had shown the Manager the after market panel I had prior to the install. I could not see what they where doing because of the welding. I like to watch the progress and stick around because I am there if there is any questions. When they pulled my Van around my jaw dropped when I saw how terrible the welding was. And that the panel is now just hanging off the Van. I had the Manager come out and look at the mess they created. The pan was not made to fit the bottom of the door. This guy clearly does not know how to Weld... I know they are not a body shop. So maybe they should have said they cannot do the the rocker panel and tell me to take it to a body shop. The Manager did not charge me. But what do I do with this. I will have to find a body shop. They will have to cut it off and start over again 😡

I'm satisfied with the quality of the repair work, but I'm unhappy with how they priced the work. First, they charged me 4.5 hours of labor even though the job was done in two, and even the official Nissan reference shows it as a 2-hour job. Second, they charged me more than double the OEM Nissan cost of the part, and I'm sure they paid far less for it than OEM. I understand they have overhead, and I'm happy to pay for the convenience and skill of having them do the work, but this went way too far. Padding the bill like they did just isn't right. If they had priced it more reasonably, I would be inclined to use their shop again next time I need maintenance or repairs done. But this experience deters me from ever going back.

Took vehicle in due to check engine light. Paid around $800 thinking everything was fixed. With in 1 day light came back on I took back. They told me it would be another $240 for another diagnosis. I was assured when I picked up the 1st time and paid that vehicle was fixed and would pass DEQ. Feel like after 1st diagnostic they would have seen if there were other issues. Also when I got 1st text with estimate and I approved they messaged me 15 minutes later and said car was done but I was charged a hour and a half labor not including $250 for diagnostic I really feel I have been taken advantage of. They kept pushing financing on me for the repairs. It is the same generic code at the 1st repair.this all took place today. Also I brought he vehicle in yesterday and the guy working said it’s just the computer trying to catch up with the repair and light will stop coming on it didn’t I reset 3 times. This whole experience has been a nightmare!! I am very unhappy and will not ever use a meineke car care center again.

This place is AWESOME. I’m a single mom of three daughters, and our experience with this shop has been nothing short of exceptional. My oldest daughter found them first and had such a great experience that I felt confident bringing my middle daughter’s car next, she also received outstanding service. When my youngest recently got her car, she had already been taking automotive classes and loved working on it herself. She had to pause a project because she felt she wasn’t skilled enough yet, so we brought the car here for help. Let me tell you…this shop truly understood the assignment. Not only did they do excellent work, they took the time to teach her, explain what they were doing, and build her confidence. That level of care and intention is rare. I have patronized this location for at least 10 years, primarily for oil changes, coolant flushes, rear differential gear oil changes, miscellaneous repairs, and other maintenance procedures. I've always been treated fairly and courteously by the various managers and employees. Their prices are competitive with similar service providers in my community. I utilize their coupons whenever possible, in addition to points earned from previous services and repairs to help lower my costs. My truck is always repaired and/or maintenance items performed in the time frame and cost estimate provided. My girlfriend and I have three vehicles that we have serviced here.
