Liars and thieves! They did an oil change and broke the threading of the oil pan. Instead of telling ME, they wrote it on the pan!!! SCANDALOUS!!! Ps dont go in with a coupon cuz the money you save WILL turn into a 400$ repair

I went in for an oil change with an appt they only had 1 mechanic on duty...this about 845am in the morning. Took more than 2 hours ok hrs waiting. Finally another mechanic showed up little after 10am. Wouldn't recommend this loxstion...my last 3bor 4 experience has soured me!

The customer service at this location is great. They humans there are personable. Rusell was great. Plus, I was super impressed with the price. I haven't been quote less than $100 at any other oil change spot in a while, and this only cost me $70. I'll definitely be back. Thanks you guys.

I would've put this as a 0, because I've never felt this used before! Russel at the Meineke on S. Fort Apache was nice at first. I came in originally thinking my car needed coolant, only for him to tell me my radiator was leaking and my engine fan wasn't working. So I pay the price listed to me: $1,700. They called me in the morning, telling me they fixed the problems, but now, when they tested it, my water pump broke! They were going to charge me $1,900 on top of the $1,700 paid. I called my dealership, and they cover broken water pumps. I guess Russel assumed I was going to accept this job, because upon telling him I was going to decline the job, he told me he took off the bumper to my car. I told him the towing company was coming to pick up the car, and he told me he was going to put my bumper back on. The towing company called me to tell me that Meineke wouldn't release MY CAR to them. They made him (the tow guy) wait 45 minutes. When I called to ask, Russel said that when I called, he was waiting for me to either accept or decline the offer, and had my bumper off. He said he was also "Charging up" my AC, which I didn't ask for. I was thinking he was putting the bumper back on when he's really stalling the tow guy! (In my opinion). They canceled the job and charged me the stall fee and towing fee. All in all, a terrible experience. I'd rather have a full refund or a refund of the stand-by fee and towing fee, because it was so disrespectful to both me and the towing guy.

Unfortunately the second time putting my catalytic converter 2 yrs ago in this location and the engine light came out again and I took it back and it read catalytic converter code again and it's been almost 3 years and meineke has yet to fix my car I thought Rob would be able to fix it but they didn't and it's been years and every time I take it for something they brake something else and never actually fixed anything they've left me broke and carless and to think I drove almost 30 min thinking they were going to solve this issue here at Cheyenne so might as well take it to the nellis and bonanza location because that way the bus ride is closer when they keep my car to not actually fixing anything .also all the parts that I buy and replace with meineke only last about a year .I got shocks and struts and exactly a year later they started leaking . Sad to say I'm a customer of 10+ years and this last 3-4 years nothing has been quality or getting fixed . Rob use to be the man to go to now I'm just getting ripped off at nellis

Worst experience EVER! ME AND MY HUSBAND CAME HERE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRES ROTATED. AFTER SERVICES THEY TOLD US WE NEEDED OUR BRAKES AND ROTERS DONE ON JUS THE BACK TWO AND IT WOULD BE $1500. HE SAID WE HAD LITTLE TO NO BREAK LEFT AND IT LOOKED REALLY BAD. ( MIND YOU WE HAD THIS DONE AT ANOTHER PLACE LESS THAN 3 YRS AGO. WE DROVE TO MY FATHERS MECHANIC ( 2 DIFF ONES AT THAT) AND THE GUYS TOLD US OUR ROTERS ANND BREAKS LOOKED JUST FINE AND COMPARED THEM WITH WHAT NEW ONES LOOKED LIKE AND SAID THIS PLACE WAS JUST TRYNA GET THEIR #'S UP! THEY LAUGHED AND SAID THEY CANT IMAGINE HOW MANY OTHER PPL THEY DO THIS TO.

While the service was good and I didnt wait longer than needed for my oil change, after coming home I noticed oil on my driveway. Had to come back for them clean up my filter, I guess they said it wasnt cleaned up well or something. But came back home again, and more oil was still dripping. I dont want to keep going back and forth, as it should just be cleaned up correctly to begin with.

I usually always go here for all my car problems, I always feel welcomed and feel like they give me a decent price when I am there. Ever since I notice that they change the employees I do not feel like they not what they are doing. I came in with a check engine light in my car and they just pulled my car in to the computer and said that I have a broken front grille shutter that needs to be replaced. Once I got my estimate I was super upset and shock that they were going to charge me $2,000 to replace it when I did my own research and saw that the part alone is only $200. I do not know where they got this crazy estimate but I was really thrown off that the chances of me coming back is unlikely.

I have been going to Meineke for years. I went to the Nellis location until I moved and they don't disappoint. Kyle and his crew at the Fort Apache location are top notch. They take care of my car every time with pride and excellence. A big shout out to them for having this awesome lady mechanic, Ashleigh.
