Sister in law came in for and oil change and to replace two o2 sensors. Was originally quoted 370 with her bringing the 02 sensors. After a few hours she got a call and was told the o2 sensors wouldn't fit and that they were too small and submitted a new quote for 1400. He said his o2 sensors cost 1100. Told him to stop the job and we picked up the car. He said he couldn't put the old o2 sensors back on due to it being illegal then later offered to put them back on for 360. Had to limp the car home and the car had noticeable problems with the sensors missing. We checked the size of the replacement sensors with the old ones and they were the same size. Unprofessional and tried to upcharge and wasted so much time. This was a big inconvenience.

Let us know how much it would cost to have it diagnosed and how much it would cost for different services if they were to find out outcome. Fair prices as well. I don’t even think it was there for 2 1/2 ~ 3 hours it was done! AC is running great thank you all very much. Will definitely be back for other services.

My car wouldn't start, which we knew was due to the starter needing to be replaced. The person we spoke to for a quote was very helpful, gave us the number for a towing company that would give us a good price from North West Reno to Sparks. Paid about $19 for that and they got the diagnostic and gave me part options by end of day! Next day my car was back up and running and overall a great experience! I was offered info for another service I might need soon and was able to use a finance option to pay for the service I had just received. Will definitely use this location again!

incredible service! i called prior to going to ask about oil changes and they were very pleasant over the phone. when i walked in i was met with a very welcoming personality. Normally I feel uneasy going to auto shops just because i feel women are taken advantage of sometimes, but they communicated everything clearly and made sure i understood. Werent too pushy about anything either! He also recommended some really good food so I'll give him props for that too. if i lived in northern NV i would definitely come back for my next oil change! Both of the guys at the desk were great and very nice

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT TRUST This Location!!!. I called to make an appointment on monday and they scheduled me in on Wednesday. I came in on Wednesday and they told me they were not taking in any appointments. What a waste of time, completely unprofessional. Do not tell customers you can see them, then send a confirmation text only to show up in person and not take them. Will definitely not return and will not recommend!

My alternator failed Friday night and needed to be replaced immediately. I was able to get in on short notice Saturday morning and got my car back by the afternoon with quality parts and workmanship. Paul and Grace are incredible! They have lovely personalities, great stories, and are super fun to talk to making the time fly by fast. I'll definitely be coming back here for future work on my car.

Not only are they open on Saturday, but they also allow you top drop off your car overnight and leave the keys for early service the following day (I promise its much less sketchy then it sounds!) They did a free general inspection, were super reasonable in pricing, AND had my car back to me 3 hours after they got my OK. Unironically one of the best shops in the city and hands down my favorite. Like, no hassle, no over charging, insanely fast service, didn't even insist on paying extra for a "tune up" just told me what they found and asked what I wanted. 100/10

Forgot too share this when the incident happened, but do have photos to back up my review. I always come to this shop as they do good work as they have changed my radiator and fixed an oil leak before but ON July 7th I went in too get a simple oil change as a returning customer. At 12:30 Joseph at the front desk was super respectful and helpful but the problem came when I picked up the car as soon as I drove off my cars break system was not functioning causing the slip disc light too turn on and not allow the car too accelerate. I immediately turned back and confronted the mechanic who “changed my oil” he got defensive and I insisted he drove my vehicle since he didn’t know what I was talking about. After he drove my vehicle his attitude went from passive aggressive to worried as he insisted he only changed the oil and that maybe it was like that before I came in and even insisting it was the “clutch “ (Which is not true any other person Knows when a clutch is out.) Joseph was really helpful and insisted I waited until after the next car was done so they can take a second look. I had no time as I had work and had too leave. I thought maybe he was right and it was just a coincidence. As I’m driving to work with All my brake and track system off(VDC). The dash lights up( as seen in pictures with time stamps ) then I get a call from Joesph at meineke stating that the mechanic “accidentally”rotated my tires and if I can come back. I understand mistakes happen but why would the mechanic deny and say he only “changed the oil “. I went back the next day and Joseph apologized for the mechanic as he had nothing to say and they fixed everything . Used too trust this shop now will never go back. Below have all the proof and time stamps only leaving a 2 star for Joseph up front who was super helpful and respectful and made things right.

We were in a pinch and Lisandro (and John) were absolute champs! They provided professional, friendly, and reliable service when our RV air conditioning broke down. Our Canadian rental proved tricky to diagnose and repair, but they were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough while troubleshooting and even guiding us through calls with the rental company. Lisandro took the time to answer all our questions and explain what was happening, which we really appreciated. Subject: Service Experience – 8:30 AM Diagnostic Appointment I scheduled an 8:30 AM diagnostic appointment for my 2008 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. I arrived at 8:15 AM. The front office employee and a technician were assisting another customer, and I was asked to wait a few minutes to check in, which was not an issue. During check-in, I was informed there would be a $100 diagnostic fee. This was not disclosed when I scheduled the appointment. While waiting, I observed that the store appeared very dirty and disorganized. The staff also seemed unprofessional. The front office employee took several phone calls while eating breakfast, speaking with food in her mouth and taking bites between sentences. The tone and presentation on those calls came across as rude and unprofessional. Shortly after checking me in, she returned to ask how to open the hood of my vehicle. This is a standard Jeep with external hood latches that have been designed the same way for decades. I found it concerning that a service writer would not be familiar with how to open the hood of such a common vehicle. After waiting more than an hour past my scheduled appointment time, my Jeep had not been moved or inspected. At that point, I decided to leave and take my vehicle elsewhere. Given the condition of the store, the apparent lack of organization, and the concerns described above, I did not feel confident that a complete exhaust system replacement would be handled properly or in a timely manner. This location appears to need stronger management oversight to meet acceptable service standards.
