i went in for resurfice of the two rear discbreaks and pads..i had the break pads with me i had purchesed at pepboys. Meineke charged me $109.00 dollars for thows two things ...i found that to be really expensive ...would not recomend....

Very Kind all the employers they time of labor good but the price it’s high in my case because it’s only check the ac system and recharge it …and put an evaporator cleaner no takes longer but the cost it was 70.68 😳I consider it’s too high finally I paid total =180.60 🤦🏼♀️

I had the oil changed 1-2-2020. I noticed that when I was driving my car in the evening a light in the Dash was on. It did not came off at all. I did not know why it came on. Since this is the first time it happened to me I was worry. I had a Mecanic come to my house this morning and I was told that it the light came on because it needed Brake fluid. I was a little upset because I had taken the car yesterday to have the oil change and I was told that my tires needed to be changed in the near future. Why they didn’t check the oil in the car to see what was needed. The mechanic visit cost me $60.00. I am a Senior Citizen female and I don’t know nothing about cars. My suggestion is that the should check all the oils of the cars and inform the client. I don’t believe that is a hard work maybe it will take the mecanic a few extra minutes but they will keep the customer happy showing that they care. Next time I will take the car someplace else. Thanks

Went in to have a diagnostic for my air conditioning and rotation of tires, and balancing. I got there at 9:15 my appointment was at 9:30 and I left at about 12:30 to long of a wait for the service, and with a very expensive bill for the service that I received and an over the top quote for the repair of the air conditioner.

Went a month ago for an oil change and paid for an engine air filter change too. Last week take my car to a mechanic for another situation and check all the filters and it results that the filter I was charged for was never changed. Totally disappointed!

I arrived around 1:20pm. Around 1:30pm they had moved my car to the garage. A few minutes later they confirmed the started had to be replaced (which I already knew and it was reason I went there because it was under warranty). It wasn't until 3:15pm when the mechanic actually started to replace the starter. It took 14 minutes to change. Why I had to wait until then? Beats me.
