If there were something less than one star, I would have selected it. They advertised a free AC check online. After they connected my car to do a diagnostic on my AC, the manager told me that it would be $350 just to tell me what, if anything, was wrong with my AC. I told them to stop whatever they were doing and that I would take my car somewhere else. He replied Okay, then opened the door to the shop and yelled to the technician to get that car out of here. I did not care what it cost to fix my AC because we are in Florida, and it is a must-have. But to charge someone $350 for a diagnostic should be illegal.

Been taking our 3 vehicles to this Meineke since 2019 for all of our maintenance and repairs. There have been 5 management changes during this time. The service has been friendly, personable, with cost consideration options in my best interest. After my last 3 service visits in November, I am considering going to the other Meineke on Hillsborough. The repair techs and shop managers were kind and inviting but my services in November showed a noticeable disregard for the physical care of my truck. It was given back to me filthy--grease or some type of black lubricant stuff in my interior. Very noticeable on my console, door, and roof lining and white shoeprint residue on the driver and passenger side floors and panels. Before leaving I asked for rags so that I could clean my steering wheel and gear shifter knob.. I did more cleaning when I got home. Still trying to get all the black removed on my roof liner. I don't think it unreasonable to get a vehicle returned to a customer without shop residue inside the vehicle. If you get work done here, inspect your car for cleanliness when you get it back. Things might be better now because this Meineke was making another service manager change from the one who closed out my November invoice.

This place saved the day! Needed an adjustment on new Flowmaster mufflers so we called to explain what we needed and he told us to come in now so we came right in and he fixed it up and got us back on the road minutes later. Price was more than reasonable. Will definitely call them first the next time we need anything mechanical done.

Can you believe i've had three different alignments in four months from three different local shops here in tampa. Yeah, I said that's right.Three alignments in three months, and two brand new sets of tires! No shop was able to tell me what was going on to my vehicle, the entire front end components are all new. Came to this location, and they were able to tell me a couple of different issues that was going on with my car, not only that these brothers in the shop to care me! They were bare honest to the bone, they told me what components would and should fix certain things.And what probably wouldn't be fixed by replacing certain components! The information they gave me today was valuable! Apparently this car has a rear alignment as well, i gang sure didn't know, because. Apparently the other three repair shops did not know as well. So i've been paying for a full alignment service but receiving half of the job! This crew is down.Right amazing outstanding, this is what you want to feel the human side when dealing with issues that requires honesty! The shop has gained a customer, the type of service that was given to me today, you just can't put a price on it!

Went in yesterday for a brake check thinking it was the brakes, and we thought it might have just been the pins needing to be greased for the calipers. Check those out and I thought it was taken care of after that. After I left the noise immediately came back. A little sad I spent $113 just to get pins greased. but I also did find out that my brakes were fine and my rotors are fine so not too bad. Do need to figure this problem out though.
