The first time I used them they were very reasonable. Needed them again and they did not fix the problem.I called them back and they said that my car needed another part. Why he didn't see this the first time is beyond me after I was charged over $700. Now, I was told that the part I need is only sold through the dealership, and it would cost around $800 . I got a second opinion and the part sells for around $60 and this new mechanic is only charging $200!! After they hook you in then they take advantage and rob you blind. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I appreciate the mobile service. AAA had said it was the alternator which fortunately it wasn't so I was grateful for Mobile Mechanic letting us know that! Only thing I would recommend is being more communicative about the timing because we ended up waiting a while past the appointment time. But definitely helped with diagnostic.

Paul and Robert are always amazing when it comes to taking care of my F150. Unfortunately, my car has over 200,000 miles and typically needs a lot of work. These guys are great at servicing my vehicle and keeping it running so that I can continue to use it for work. I also like that they come to the house, as I can schedule, work on the truck and my wife car at the same time .

Could not have been a worse experience. Mechanic rescheduled twice, and was late. I was quoted for a repair only for them to show up and run a diagnostic for $300, then to tell me I needed to schedule a second appointment for the repair and additional $600. Do not waste your time.
