This place is by far the BEST! The service was excellent, and Nathaniel displayed the best customer care by far. My service tech, Conner was very thorough, and very polite. I’m a little torn with this review. They were all very pleasant and nice. Went in on Monday for new brakes and normal maintenance on my 2018 Acadia. They performed new brake pads with rotors on the front along with BG/fuel/Air Induction and removed and replaced spark plugs. I had been having an issue with my car from time to time when it seemed to want to stall in shifting as I went up a hill or stopped suddenly and turned. Never threw a code or anything though. They did all the maintenance and I picked up the car. Within a few mins of leaving, I had several lights come on. I called back and they asked me to bring the car back today (Tuesday). I went in today and they told me that the battery wasn’t installed properly and that I needed to have my ECM reprogrammed. I had my battery replaced in January/February of this year. And again never threw a code this whole time until yesterday. When I took the car there this morning all codes were off again. All the pictures were from the day before after picking up the car. I have an appointment tomorrow with the dealership to have the ECM reprogrammed. We shall see if that does the trick. I spent $1573.24 yesterday and will need to pay the dealership for the reprogramming. I will update this review after the dealership works on the car. Update- the dealership will now have my car 6-10 days since the ECM reset didn’t work. On to diagnostic testing now.

I always take our vehicles to this Meineke location. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. They dont try and take advantage of us females. I'm prefer them over the dealership anyway.

Run!!! Do not trust these people with your car unless it’s something simple. After having my car for over 80 days it still was not fixed properly and the dealership has confirmed they messed up my vehicle and tried to get me to pay for it. Once again RUN

Very friendly, helpful and upfront about everything, the only complaint I have is that for some reason, my computer on my car has changed from miles to kilometers but I will figure that out… And that is not bad. In fact that’s pretty darn good. We’ll be seeing them again

Update never give me my refund back , don't recommend this place at all and the corporate they don't do nothing either and the owner less and the employee worst they don't care about the costumers only doing money and it's so overwhelming when you are struggling with money and going to this places that they don't care about costumers .I went in the month of September to fix only the front valve gasket cover of my car;the manager I didn't like the way he was acting.he comes with my original part from my car he took it was not even broken.when he show me in the office in front of my face he say oh it's kind of damage and he broke the valve gasket cover in front of my face and not only that he over price me the part he order and i only want one valve gasket cover and he order 2 and charged me and didn't put the second valve cover in the back and of course I couldn't go with my car with valve gasket cover broken when he broke mines and have it out of my car, I have to fix my car and not even give a discount when I hear him in the phone talking in the phone offer discount to a person after he broke my part and I talk to him and the manager don't want to give me a refund back at least the part he broken and I recommend not to go here at all they steal your money and they have many bad reviews beacuse bad services update I will not recommend this shop at all ,they don't admit mistakes and not being honest and damage parts and overprice and not will give a refund back ,even they were the ones who do the mistake and especially the manager with no experience and inmature you cant not talk to him.to get a resolution. He should be replace and his employee too .and the owner too not professional I will recommend all to go to a professional place and honest and kind and not taking advantage of the people's with there overprice and don't trust them with your parts or with anything please if every one wants a car to work good don't bring the car here never save your money to go to a real.shop that will fix your car right and not overprice and when they make mistakes admit and refund your money back they are hungry money

These guys rebuilt a transmission, and left all the flywheel bolt loose and exhaust bolts loose! Now the car was parked for a year do to their repairs negligence, wasn’t able to drive to long, They was a wear that the mileage odometer shows that it was hardly driven and it was taken back because of the shaking and rattling. I reach out to them and there corporate after checking the vehicle and found all flywheel bolt loose and transmission leak, bail housing bolt loose, and exhaust leaks! Contact the Manger over there, he said that the warranty was expired and they have a new crew since then and wanted to charge me to look at it! $9000.00 was spent for the poor services. I have been in the Service business for a long time, there’s something that I have always standardized is good quality work and better customer services! I was able to troubleshoot the issue and within an hour, I have always taken pride of my work as a Technician. Just watch out out there for poor service, it may cost you in the end!

Went this morning and the guy acted hostile just to answer questions. Told me the testing was free but if they had to take anything apart it was 241 per hour. The said it needed spark plugs and tune up for $1,780. I got Fort Worth Mechanics to come to my home and do the exact service for $650.00! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The price gouging was horrible!

i'm so lucky to have found this Meineke. my car engine light came on and of course I panicked when I pulled over I noticed the engine coolant was completely empty so I went and bought some and put it all in and the next day all the coolant was out. I was driving looking for a place near home i passed this Meineke on poly Webb Road in Arlington and from the minute I walked in the office Desiree made me feel more than welcome, comfortable and secure that they would do a good job on my car.I went home brought the car back the next day and within a few hours my car was fixed. I am so lucky I found them!! I will be going back there now for everything. I wanted a good mechanic and I found it so thank you Meineke. The last two times I have gone in Nathan helped me. He remembered me the second time and that’s nice when you’re dealing with car issues. He and the staff are always helpful and kind. The thing for me is… I don’t like to be upsold when I get my cars taken care of… and I have never felt pressured to get any additional work done on my vehicles when I am at this location! I’ve been in for oil changes on my Nissan and my Volvo, I’ve had more extensive work done like a cracked motor mount repaired. They communicate well and let me know what’s going on every step of the way. My car is also never there too long:)

This location was one of the worst places I'd ever been to. They said my vehicle would be ready by end of business day, I didnt get it until the end of the NEXT business day. When they thought I didnt have a way up there,I showed up unexpected to 3 men sitting in the office chatting and laughing like hens, when someone was suppose to be working on my vehicle that I was waiting on. They left my car seat heavily soiled and didnt even have supplies to clean up afterwards. The work was completed, but the lack of communication, nonchalant replies and careless effort to complete the job within the time frame originally discussed, turned out to be an experience I wouldn't want to repeat. Definitely wouldn't waste my time going there again. MEINEKE, get employees that value good work ethics and can represent what good customer service is all about, that goes a long way!
