I stopped in intending to drop my vehicle off due to a bad coolant leak. I already had booked an Uber as I arrived assuming my vehicle would be there at least overnight while being diagnosed. I was told if I wanted to sit tight, that they had time to look at it on the stop and they could likely get me out within an hour or so. Not only did they keep their word and get me out within an hour, but they saved me the initial price of my Uber as well as gave me a great deal on the repairs needed. Would highly recommend for any auto repair work needing done in the area.

My car was overheating and they fixed it. It didn’t need a new thermostat that would have been about $800-900 but my water pump belt had broken. They replaced it and saw I needed new air filters. Replaced those and I was out in a day. My car is no longer under warranty so I will be going back to Gary Ds. I appreciate their integrity and honesty.

In the past year I've had a catalytic converter replaced and brakes done on two different cars here. No complaints there, thought I had found my automotive go to place. Took my Silverado in to have running boards (which I provided that were specifically for my make and model of truck) 5 bolts on each side in predrilled holes. They said it took them 3.5 hours and charged $240.00! SUCH a rip-off. I'll NEVER go back.

Gary D’s is the only place I’ll bring our cars. They’ve been great at diagnosing our auto problems right the first time. We’ve never once had to bring a car back to them because the issue wasn’t fixed or the repair didn’t hold. They’ve never once tried to gouge us or sell us services that we didn’t need. I’ve learned that I can trust Gary D’s implicitly for all my automotive questions. I even rely on their input when shopping for used cars for my teen drivers. I dropped the vehicle off for an estimate to repair a power window issue. About an hour later, I received a quote that I thought was fair and I had approved the work. Before the work started, they realize that there was an over estimated price. They called immediately to let me know that the quote would be about $250 cheaper. Proving this is a honest company. I feel that there are companies that would’ve kept an extra 250 and not said a word. Kudos to Gary D’s for being a standup operation

They got us in quickly, repaired the vehicles in a very timely manner and their communication throughout the entire process was amazing! They went above and beyond to make our experience great. I've got an old Ford. An OLD Ford. I thought it would be easy to find a shop to work on it because the mechanicals are so seemingly simple. Not the case. When I finally discovered Gary D's, I finally located a shop that was trustworthy, close by, and could handle just about anything associated with the old Fairlane 500. I've taken the car there countless times for everything from making the horn honk to tracking down oil leaks to replacing the heater core. Finding parts for a 65 year old car can sometimes be more of a challenge than I anticipated. However, they've always come through. It may take some time, but it is always worth the wait. If there is ever a 'glitch', they make it right. It's a good bunch of guys to work with. I'm hoping to have them give the car a respray sometime in the future, and I'm confident that their paint and body work will be just as good as all the mechanical things I've had done. You can't go wrong with Gary D's.
