Worst experience. They attempted to rip me off. When I came in they said my alignment would cost $140 then a few minutes later the attendant on the counter tells me the price had gone up to 285 because he had to do the rear alignment too which doesn’t make sense. Upon questioning, he said they will stick to the $140 but only do the front tires. I walked out and got my alignment done at a renown auto shop for $120. Please don’t go to this location unless you want to be ripped off!

I went for an oil change and tire rotation which was very well priced and they were quick to get it done. Later that day I picked up a nail so I brought my car back in. They removed it and made sure it wasn’t leaking at no charge. Dennis (front desk) and the mechanic went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location!

I wouldn’t go back. Coupon AND sign out front says “$39 oil change and tire rotation.” However, you get in there and they tell you it’ll be $54. Now I understand tax is never included in pricing, but apparently an oil change price doesn’t include the shop fee and oil disposal either. When customers feel they’ve been lied to, it’s a great way to never have them back. Why not just advertise the real price?

The staff was friendly and helpful and it didn’t take long for my vehicle to be serviced after I arrived.

I would give it zero but it won’t let me. I went there last week cause the diagnostic test we had done was showing codes. I went in there with the paperwork saying this is what I need fixed they said they needed to run their own diagnostic test, I said it just got done and can’t afford another charge for this, they still said they needed to do it so I got charged $89 for the same test that showed the same codes. Then they said I needed a valve cover replaced before they could fix the codes, they said it might fix it and the codes would be gone. So I had to apply for credit to afford this, 2 hrs later and over $950 later they said that the codes are showing the same thing and started quoting 3 different things that they needed to do, for a price close to $4000, I explained that we could not afford that and he said that we got approved for 4 loans so we could divide them up on those. I said no, I told him I wanted these fixed in the first place when I got there which one of the loans would have covered it but you insisted that I needed the valve cover first. I told them I was not happy and left. I have now went to two other places and they said I was overcharged by $300 on the valve and also both places quoted me way lower prices in the other jobs that need to be done. I want a partial refund on the job that was overcharged. I will NOT be going back and will be explaining to everyone that I do not recommend this place. I hate to say this but I think they saw a woman and decided to overcharge. Do not go there.

Poor time management. Told me 30 minutes for a quick oil change, took 90 minutes. Consumers also be aware of the misleading / false advertising of the 59.99 oil change and tire rotation. They forget to disclose or mention additional information.

I went to get a noise checked in the rear passenger side and my breas changed. I asked Alex at the front desk to drive the car before doing anything to the car to see what's making that noise, He said he will have someone drive it. Instead they pulled the car right into the shop and started working on the breaks, waited for over 2 hours. The front passenger tire was missing a bolt, which Alex had mentioned that they broke it and replaced it at no extra charge. As I'm sitting there waiting to pay, I noticed the bolt was missing, so they had to bring the car back in and made me wait another 30 minutes to be able to leave after I paid. As soon as I try to drive off, there's that screeching noise, which was the reason I was there for in the first place. Had to come back in and basically beg for one of them to drive the car to hear the noise, the guy was hesitant but finally got in the car and he was able to hear the noise and I told him that was the reason we were there in the first place. He brought it back into the shop to look and after about 30 minutes later Dennis, the other guy at the front, tells me they have no idea what that is and now they don't have time to check it so I have to comeback another day. Horrible service, bad communication. I would say stay away from this shop, they are very negligent. You're better off looking up information on YouTube before you arrive because they never know what's wrong with your vehicle.

Brought my truck in to have my brakes fixed. I was told they’d do a brake inspection and waive the inspection fee if my brakes needed to be replaced. That didn’t happen — they replaced my rear brakes and rotors, and I was still charged for the inspection. On top of that, my son-in-law, who’s a mechanic, said I was overcharged for the work that was done. Overall, I don’t recommend this place.

The pricing on labor and parts is outrageous. A job that should cost $250 in parts , they are charging me $1200, and the job itself shouldn’t take more than two hours in labor and they are charging me over a $1000. I will never go there again ever.

Not sure why I make an appointment if it takes 90min to do a simple oil change. The amount of time is ridiculous. Then I have to go into a text and decline additional services before they will continue. Vavoline, jiffy lube cost about the same and in and out for same services in 15 min. Will think hard before returning.

Potential bad workmanship by technician w/ Meineke at this location: 1306 E Sante Fe St (Store #1380). The job was a new rear brake kit, which include calipers, brackets, rotors, pads, and clips. Kit from Amazon.com, bought new. Found in about 2.5 years, my driver rear (DR) brake was stuck. Both slide pins seized in the caliper bracket, causing the inner brake pad to wear out completely down to the metal (see photos). This was due to NOT greasing to the slide pins prior to install. I went in there directly to try to work it out with the shop instead of simply doing a civil suit or BBB complaint. If you have been in there recently or are about to go, you'll see they are having their technicians take photos of their work, which might be an indication of something. Meineke desk employees also told Olathe PD, whom I decided to call shortly after M denied any liability, as I thought this was more or less a criminal matter, that they have gone through an ownership change entirely. Ok. One slide pin I was able to bang out with a vise, wrench and framing hammer. Other was really stuck. Used WD-40 Specialist, waited, then propane torch, then bang. It’s stuck in there. Car is sitting in the driveway now; driving my 1st gen Tundra 4x4 DC SR5 V8 :)! Will disassemble and inspect PR caliper this weekend. Photo'd are the pads that came with rear brake kit. Haven't even gone through 1 pad change with this new rear axle kit, and the DR rotor is toast. Even if get that last slide pin out and refurb both by emery sanding it down, cleaning, then greasing them, the caliper piston and within the boot got heavily contaminated with metal shavings coming from the disc rotor. It's all over the place, even in the hub bearing. Why am I doing this after I paid for a professional install? Receipt shows work completed 3/01/2022 @ 126,096 miles. 169000 mi now. 75%--conservative-- highway miles, 25% Kansas "city" miles. Lasted for 2 years, 9 months, now everything needs to be replaced.

If you want to watch employees hit their vapes inside of the business where you wait this is a great place. Not sure who the manager is (if there is one) or if he or she is worth your breath to even talk too. My drivers side floor mat completely ruined from an oil change and tire rotation.. Like umm boot covers are you in second grade?? Frustrated with the unprofessional service I received, so here it is right back. I saw two employees hit their vapes; the taller gentlemen who didn’t want to hardly look or talk to you who worked the front desk (seemed to be having a bad day), and the short chunkier mechanic that performed the maintenance on my vehicle. I got in my car after the work was done to find my floor mat covered in what looked to be like grease/oil/tar, I left the shop and went directly to the car wash to try and get it out of my carpe but unfortunately no luck whatsoever. After trying to clean it out I called back and they set down the phone and just left it for numerous minutes not bothering to pick it back up. Photos attached of my ruined floor mat. Would do zero stars if I could :(

They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are really great with working with you, and helping you out. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Meineke, for fitting me in with all the work I needed in a short time period. The manager, Manny is amazing! Thank you.

My name is John Costa and had my rear brake disc pads replaced on my Kia Sedona at your Olathe Kansas location on Wednesday February 25th. Far from home, Destiny at home office and young man named Manny working at this location helped me get in and out quick. Excellent job done. If not done already, I suggest you move this young man into a management position. He was concerned with multiple other issues I'm currently having in my 2010 Kia Sedona with over 277,000 miles and explained all. Will replace my vehicle sooner than later. Sitting in waiting room, I heard Manny speak with a young man that was wanting all diagnostic transmission codes identified and cost to solve. He explained that was difficult to do without inspecting the vehicle. Thinking was going to get confrontational. Didn't. You got a good employee there named Manny. Please let him know the same and that you've received this message. Thank you.

Manny took great care of us today! Went in for an oil change/tire rotation and had several other items that needed attention after the inspection. Manny answered all the questions I had, suggested a priority order if I didn’t want to do them all today, and applied all available coupons. I did not feel any pressure from him to do any of the services beyond what I initially came in for, and he got everything done the same day (came in at 9:30, car done by 3:30). Highly recommend this shop!

Zero stars. Avoid like the plague. Exceedingly hostile supervisor! Went in for a clunking in the rear passenger side, paid over $4.6k for suspension work all the way around, an alignment and an oil change. They installed the wrong strut and coil assembly on the driver side(thank goodness for O'Reilly autoparts' website 360 viewer), left my air intake disconnected and filter box unlatched and open, would not not provide any alignment paperwork, said they test drove it but didn't(Odometer did not match their invoice), and had no final inspection paperwork. Their negligence wrecked my steering and they wanted to charge me an extra $1.8K to fix it, and flat out refuse to admit they used the strut/coil entirely. They essentially totalled my car, and were exceedingly hostile when I brought up these issues. Avoid this place entirely. If you want the full story, go check out my Yelp review, but you may wanna grab some popcorn. Edit- Upon further digging it looks like that grey strut they installed the driver side was a 34NS1134 (Nissan), not 34SB1126(Subaru)... I added a pictures so that you can see for yourself.
