Saturday, 2 pm, I had my truck towed to W. Sacramento shop with a sheared ball joint and a tire hanging by a thread. They had me out in two hours with BOTH sides new ball joints, and it cost me $300 less than I expected for just one joint. Kudos to Chris and crew!

The gentlemen behind the desk to the mechanics are all top notch Uber Hertz rental however needs to overhaul their voucher system as it takes waaaaayyyyy too long to get approval for the work to happen 10:30 am to 2:30 pm is too long for a half an hour inspection to happen

I was able to book a same day appointment through their website which made everything super easy. I went in early hoping they could start it sooner, which they did and the whole thing wasn’t long at all. Was just a little caught off guard with the pricing considering the google link I clicked said another discounted price, but I should’ve double checked to see if that was right. Overall, very happy with my experience

I haven’t found a mechanic I trust until working with Anthony at Meineke. He’s so informative and down to earth. I’ve been back 3 times for various repairs, without feeling pressured or treated like I don’t know what I’m talking about. They do quick work and the prices are pretty transparent. Plus the app and the estimates via text are so user friendly.

I have to say they’ve done a lot of the work over the last two years on my project van (she’s the struggles bus) To say the least they’ve done amazing! What a wonderful experience. The staff were inviting and chill. The waiting area was clean and well spaced. I arrived early and was immediately helped. They thoroughly inspected my car and gave me a complete list of items and their order of importance. It was affordable and easy. Thanks Meineke! I will be back and refer others. The folks were very nice and worked to get me in for an oil change right away on a corporate vehicle. However, partially my fault for not paying closer attention to the estimate, but they snuck in three completely unnecessary fuel/oil treatments in to the tune of $100 without specifically calling them out. New vehicles do not need ‘Oil System Cleaner’ or ‘Complete Fuel System Treatment’. It’s too bad, because we have about 40 vehicles in our fleet and I will make sure we don’t ever send another one there.

Over all the staff was nice time was 45 to an hour for oil change. Didn't do tire rotation. I opted out that part. Asked about ailinement cost was 140.00 when everyone else is 89 to 100 .

The crew they got here in West Sacramento is fantastic. Professional and genuine. I bought tires from here 6 months, the two rear tires had a slow leak. Took it back and got them fixed for free. This isn't my first time here either, I've gotten my vehicles serviced over the last two years and these guys answer any questions I have and fix my issues promptly.

My check engine light in my 2016 Ford Escape came on. I took my car to Ford. $7000 later, it came back on. Meineke diagnosed the true issue but that cost more than the car was worth. If I had gone there first. I could have saved $6650. I know better now, make them your first stop, Not your last.

I called to get a quote for my car, it was $140 - the next day at my appt it went up to $200 - just an oil change was done... Reason/Response I received for price increase " I don't know who told u that or why, also I don't work at this store either, so" (he did give offer me $10 off discount for the inconvenience of miscommunication aka the lie) .. Then afterwards after going through with the oil change- apparently there was additional work to my car that needed to be done but they marked on my paperwork/receipt that I "Declined services" - when in fact I just was never informed -( I didn't read the paperwork/receipt until I got home). I'm not saying it's a bad business- this is just my experience. I definitely would have appreciated better service - it's seems they have No problem lying to you/on you at all - and I think we all try to avoid these kinds of mechanics when looking for somewhere trustworthy to take our vehicles. Its about integrity - honor your prices and your customers.

Not only was Anthony friendly, but he was up front with what was needing to be fixed today and what could wait. I had an appointment the day after I called, and was given pictures and detailed explanations on what was going on with my car. I appreciate the honest business, and didn’t get anything fixed that time, but will definitely be coming back if I need anything!

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. The gentleman who checked me in stated it would take 2 hours. I explained to him I made an appointment at 10 AM from the previous day and his answer was we had several walk-ins before you got there. It sounds like walk-ins take precedence over appointments. My daughter and I patiently waited with no updates until I finally went to the counter after three hours and asked for an update. The gentleman at the counter had stated they had ordered the wrong belt but not to worry, they’d ordered the new bell, and it was already on site and they were installing it. As I went outside, I noticed our vehicle was untouched for another 15 minutes before a gentleman finally sat down just outside of the bay behind our car and continue to smoke cigarettes and drink energy drinks for another 30 mins. Then he proceeded to work on the vehicle where it took him roughly 20 to 30 minutes. I’ll send and done a process that was supposed to take two hours. Took four hours. Finally, all said and done I went inside to collect the keys for the gentleman at the counter. It stated the car was not fixed and they wanted to do full diagnostics test. I asked him a few basic questions in regards to the issue where he did not have a good answer. At that point, I wanted to take my Vehicle to the dealership, not comfortable with the professionalism that was in this particular branch. Both the manager and the front desk we’re standing there. I then asked them how the test drive go. He claims that driving it out of the bay and into a parking stall 30 feet is an adequate test drive. Everybody in the industry knows that’s incorrect. I’m not one to complain, but with the lack of respect and the lack of communication, it leads me with the conclusion to never come back and have my Vehicles worked on with you guys again.

I had such an incredible experience with Anthony at Meineke! After a really disappointing visit to another Meineke location in Sacramento, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but Anthony completely restored my faith in the company. He was professional, honest, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what my car actually needed. On top of that, he was just an awesome person to talk to. The conversation was great, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers and the quality of his work. If you’re looking for honest service and someone you can trust, Anthony is your guy. Highly recommend!
