Highly recommend this shop. Knowledgeable, from the desk to the garage. I have always used a dealership…but my issue couldn’t wait! The lobby was spotlessly clean, I was checked in immediately and as I waited in the lobby I watched how the staff interacted with other customers and each other. Straightforward, efficient, respectful service, all with a cheerful attitude even while explaining mechanical details! This shop is a little slice of humanity, people really helping people, for me it was a refreshing moment while handling something as inconvenient as a broken vehicle! Meineke Car Care Customer service in Silverdale is amazing! As an independent woman, I’m always skeptical taking my vehicle to any car auto care shop without them trying to nickel and dime me on unnecessary services. But Shauna and her team were nothing but amazing. I addressed my concern that I had and they performed a full vehicle inspection on my vehicle at no charge and didn’t try selling me on any services. Not only that, but Shawna was kind enough to go over my full vehicle inspection report and recommended services to be performed on my vehicle with no pressure. It’s safe to say I will be taking my vehicle to Meineke car care in Silverdale for all my vehicle needs.

Extremely nice staff. Super helpful with inspection and sending me updates and photos! Unfortunately I was quoted over double for a repair that I needed after calling around to multiple different places. I was told that I was being “ripped off” by whoever quoted me that.

Super honest mechanics. Told me at the cost of their own business of somewhere to go because I was cost conscious. Willing to admit that competition is less expensive for a specific repair. If I had the money, I'd go here anyways. Any business willing to help me save money by informing me about their competition is a business I want to support. Keep these guys in business at all costs.

Took my car here a few months back to get a control arm replaced and they did a fantastic job for a good price. Returned the other day to have some starting issues looked at and they found that my radiator cap was busted, and since it was such a relatively minor issue they didn't even charge me for the inspection. One of the mechanics even remembered me and my car from the first visit and collected lug nuts in the mean time to see if any would fit the one I had missing. Above and beyond customer service, will be going back for all my car needs.

Tested the new brakes on steep slopes and flat terrains, with hard and slow brakes. No sound, all smooth. The new brakes are geniunely good. Despite being understaffed, they did the brakes in just an hour. They even send you a website that includes a thorough check-up of other parts and required fixes, with images and explanations for the recommended actions. Robert, B.R. and the crew, I know you are understaffed, but it's hard not to go to your shop. Thank you for the great service you all provided.

I didn’t realize what was going on but my truck was overheating on my way to work. It turns out I had a coolant hose chewed through by a rodent. I didn’t want to risk overheating by driving all the way back to my house so I pulled into Meineke in Silverdale. They were extremely friendly and efficient and gave me a fair price to replace the hose and replace the lost coolant.

I didn't at all feel like they were trying to scare me into urgently getting the repairs done or into getting more repairs done than necessary. This is my go to location for oil changes. I have always had great service here. They recommend service that needs to be done to my vehicle with out pushing. I had a check engine light come on and they diagnosed it determining that there was no issue that I needed to be concerned with. They turned the light off. I will continue bringing bot of my vehicles here for servicing

I had specialized lug nuts for my Miata that didn't have a key for it, but I was sent here and I was well taken care of. They took care of the car within the same day and I was sent to get repairs completed, I was worried it would take 2 weeks originally. The boss was so kind to offer donuts while I was waiting. I needed to get my front brakes done and meineke was recommended by several people. I was able to easily make the appointment when it would work for me and I was even able to get a rough estimate over the phone, something that many places won't do. On the appointment day I was in and out in less than two hours and the price was right at the quote. Overall I am very happy with my experience and will be returning for future repairs.

Came in with parts to install on my vehicle. Lights and spark plug/coils. They ended up saving me money by checking the fuse on the lights and finding out it was just the fuse, not the actual lights going out. They provide an inspection with pictures! The service was super fast too! My car hasn’t run this well in so long. I will be back for sure!

Outstanding experience! They are very efficient and do an outstanding job. The most meaningful thing is, they photograph literally everything. When you leave, you have access to photos of the entire exterior of your car, highlighting any issues, pictures showing you that the windshield wiper fluid has been filled, showing you the filters for the cabin that they opened up to look at, and every other thing that they include in general maintenance for your car.

Outstanding work, down to earth friendly people, unmatched price. I was a mechanic for 8 years, so I know a good shop that takes pride in their work and community when i see one. This is that shop. I do just about all the work on my vehicles at home but I don’t have the equipment for tire change, rotation and proper alignment. I brought my Tacoma to them with oversized tires and they did the work with no fuss. Perfect alignment and install for the best price I have ever got for tire install. No up charge for larger tires. They also did a full inspection of the vehicle and provided pictures through a link that was sent to my phone number when they were finished with the work. The pictures also included the alignment, tire install, and rotation. They went way above and beyond what I expected. Needless to say.. I love this shop.
